Nette B&B in een mooi pand, goede ontvangst door de host, 2 paar sleutels

Je moet zeer lang wachten op warm water in de douche. De douchestraal is zeer zwak. Bij contactpagina op de laatste dag met host werd noch persoonlijk, noch per telefoon noch per WhatsApp gereageerd. Dat laatste vind ik echt slecht !

Natalie (host) was terrific. Super helpful and thorough with instructions and support.

Property was a 10, but on night 2 of 3 our room was tossed. Every piece of luggage was completely searched. Every zipper opened and all our belongings were out of place. We identified nothing missing, so clearly looking for cash/drugs only. Property has cameras in hallways leading to rooms, none in room itself. Door had a double dead bolt lock system, so it was someone with keys. We reported the incident and were told it had never happened and they would look into it and let us know what they found. Home for a week now, but no word from property.

The location was good.

The apartment is NOT air conditioned as advertised. They have a building system that is inadequate. It was 37C outside and the coolest the apartment ever got was 25C and hotter in the bedrooms. That is not air conditioning. We asked for a refund as they could not deliver what was promised and they refused. Once they have your money they are not concerned with your comfort. They did provide fans but all they did was move around hot air. Beds weren't very comfortable and we very hard with pillows like cement.

Прекрасное расположение, великолепное историческое здание, уютная и стильная обстановка в апартаментах. Номер очень понравился — просторный, светлый, комфортный и со своей особенной атмосферой. Всё продумано до мелочей, сочетание исторического шарма и современного комфорта оставило самые приятные впечатления.

Очень комфортная квартира! Все чисто! Рядом все в доступности! Мы забыли чемодан на паркинге возле паркомаркета и уехали далеко. Я написала хозяевам апартов и они пошли и нашли наш чемодан! Мы очень благодарны! Спасибо!

Appartamento molto ben arredato, confortevole e pulito situato in un bellissimo palazzo del centro di Genova, cuore pulsante della città. Staff sempre disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza dell’ospite. In sintesi: ho adorato alloggiare qui e ritornerei certamente.

You couldn't control the AC but you got used to that, need a mirror in the apartment room for dressing. That was it. Rest was all good.

Non c’era la possibilità di regolare autonomamente l’aria condizionata e, nonostante lo staff sia passato diverse volte cercando di risolvere il problema, la temperatura è rimasta sempre fissa. Inoltre, ci era stato comunicato uno sconto per il parcheggio convenzionato, ma alla fine abbiamo pagato il prezzo pieno. Abbiamo contattato la struttura per chiedere il rimborso, ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. Se avessimo saputo che non ci sarebbe stato lo sconto, avremmo scelto un altro parcheggio. Nel complesso, abbiamo riscontrato una certa superficialità nella gestione di queste situazioni e una comunicazione poco efficace.

While we did appreciate new towels we would have liked to be informed in advance

Mooie accommodatie middenin het oude centrum. Wij hadden het superior appartement en dat was van alle gemakken voorzien; ruim, schoon en netjes. 2 goede badkamers (douches wel beetje klein), goede slaapkamers en een slaapbank. Fijn om gebruik te kunnen maken van een parkeerpas waardoor je makkelijk in en uit de garage kon zonder gedoe.

Airco is centraal geregeld, wij vonden het te warm. Bleef boven de 25 graden in het appartement. Parkeerplek is behoorlijk stukje lopen (5-7 min), met bagage (zeker als je behoorlijk wat bij je hebt) best een uitdaging. Eén steekkar of andere manier om transport van bagage makkelijker te maken zou gewaardeerd worden.

Appartements très propres, spacieux et décorés avec soin dans un immeuble historique très bien rénové. L'emplacement est situé dans la vielle ville (à côté du port, aquarium) et le personnel est particulièrement serviable.

La climatisation d'un des deux appartements ne fonctionnait pas bien malgré l'intervention du personnel, et le parking se trouve à environ 7 minutes à pied.

The outside of the property needs jet washed at least once a month. Smells of piss. Not the property’s fault BUT they could clean the outside with steam washing to help.

Es war sauber und hatte gemütliche Betten. Ruhige Lage und schönes Apartment.

Die Klimaanlage war am Anfang normal und wir hatten alle kühl aber gegen ende des Urlaubs war es unglaublich warm im Apartment und wir versuchten es immer wieder kalt zu haben.

Nos encantó alojarnos en este apartamento, situado en un precioso palazzo que le da un encanto especial. Es un alojamiento muy bonito, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia. Queremos destacar también la amabilidad del personal, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Incluso se acercaron a las 21:00 para intentar solucionar un problema con la televisión, un detalle que demuestra su excelente atención al cliente. Sin duda, una estancia muy agradable que recomendaríamos.

El único aspecto menos positivo fue la ubicación. Aunque está en una zona céntrica y permite desplazarse fácilmente a los principales puntos de interés, el entorno nos pareció bastante sucio y poco cuidado. Además, por la noche no nos transmitió una gran sensación de seguridad. En cualquier caso, consideramos que se trata de una característica de la zona y de la ciudad, más que del propio alojamiento.

Clean rooms, well equipped. No noise from streets. Comfortable beds and living area.

Would have loved more coffee capsules, and there was some noise from apartment above late at night but the staff were really helpful at addressing this.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town and very close to a metro stop. A grand residence with a very clean and comfortable 2 bed apartment. Convenient and attractive.

Could have done with an extra comfy seat in the lounge area to ensure all 4 guests could get a place to relax.

L appartement est très bien situé dans la vieille ville, dans un très beau bâtiment. Il est très spacieux, moderne et bien agencé. le salon salle à manger est très agréable.

Poate o hartie igenica de o calitate mai buna o cafea pentru fiecare zi, am gasit doar de bun venit 2 capsule, eu stand 5 zile si sa gasesti totusi pe cineva la receptie( doamnele de la curatenie mi au zis sa vine cineva la 14 la receptie cu toate ca cameta era gata si nici atunci nu era nimeni, au sunat o fata care a venit destul de repede dar se vedea ca e pe fuga, nu lasa telefonul din mana). Lumina slaba in camera.

Duża przestrzeń, genialna lokalizacja. Miejsce było bardzo czyste i zadbane.

Posizione davvero strategica, comoda a tutti i punti di interesse in zona. Alloggio confortevole, ben climatizzato e molto silenzioso. Abbiamo trovato l'alloggio molto pulito.

La mancata presenza in loco di un addetto, se non per il check in preventivamente concordato, rende un po' più scomoda la comunicazione e le eventuali richieste. La comunicazione via messaggistica supplisce ma non è ottimale.

A great location, plenty of local cafés, and fresh, delicious food. The harbour is within walking distance.

The apartment is very spacious and has a lot of amenities. It was more than enough space for 4 and we enjoyed it. If you wanted to cook the kitchen was fully stocked. The staff was absolutely amazing.

It can be a bit of a walk from the parking to the hotel but if you do it by the bay it's fine. The wifi sometimes has a bit of trouble but overall really good, even enough for a video call

L'ARIA CONDIZIONATA NON FUNZIONANTE, durante l'ondata di caldo più importante di questi ultimi anni. Siamo rimasti solo due notti, ed hanno effettivamente provato a risolvere il problema solo la sera della seconda notte. Abbiamo comunicato diverse volte la difficoltà a dormire per il caldo, e nonostante le diverse chiamate e messaggi, la risposta è stata "l'aria è centralizzata, quindi stiamo risolvendo dall'esterno", quando in realtà nessuna misura è stata presa. Solo la seconda sera sono venute le due ragazze in camera cercando effettivamente di comprendere il perchè non funzionasse, molto gentili.

Extremely disappointing experience. For two consecutive nights, there was excessive noise disturbance at the property, making it impossible for my family to rest. Despite reporting the issue and receiving assurances that attempts would be made to intervene, the disturbance continued and no effective resolution was provided. The situation was particularly distressing because my children, aged 4 and 7, were unable to sleep due to the constant noise. As paying guests, we expected a safe and peaceful environment, but unfortunately our stay fell far below acceptable standards. To make matters worse, we were left without hot water for more than 48 hours. Having no hot water for such an extended period is completely unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience to my family. Combined with the relentless noise throughout the night, the accommodation became extremely uncomfortable and stressful. While I appreciate the efforts of individual staff members who tried to help, the reality is that the problems remained unresolved throughout our stay. Our patience wore thin after enduring days without hot water and unbearable noise night after night. I have audio and video recordings documenting the ongoing disturbance. What is even more frustrating is that a refund was promised but has never been paid. Despite repeated assurances, no reimbursement has been received, leaving me with little confidence in the company's commitment to resolving customer complaints. My experience with Booking.com customer service was equally disappointing. The support provided was ineffective and failed to assist in resolving what was clearly a serious issue affecting the habitability of the accommodation. The accommodation did not deliver the standard that was advertised, and the lack of effective action had a significant negative impact on our stay. The inconvenience, stress, and disruption caused to my family were unacceptable.

The location is amazing and rooms are brand new.

We ran out of hot water the second day we stayed there and it took a day to fix it.

Personalized greeting and walk thru of the place. Super clear communication, and the place looked like the pictures. Clearly a top-notch run business! The closest you’ll come to a hotel-type stay while having the flexibility of an apartment!

Our bed was a little firm for our liking, but that’s always a personal preference. The WiFi was not very strong, but the cell signal was enough to offer suitable service.

Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito e ben organizzato. La posizione è comoda e ben collegata, ideale sia per soggiorni brevi che più lunghi. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la tranquillità della zona e la disponibilità del proprietario, sempre gentile e rapido nelle risposte. Ambienti curati, letto comodo e cucina ben attrezzata. Esperienza davvero piacevole, consigliato.

The flats are very nice, the location is very central (though it gets very loud at night), and the people who work there were very helpful and polite.

We had no hot water for the majority of our stay. What's worse is that the property has provided no response to our complaints since - not to us directly, not to Booking.com when they tried to get in touch with them. Essentially just ghosted both us and Booking.com, with apparently no consequence whatsoever. So beware - the property is great, but if you have any issues, they are free to just ignore you with complete impunity (and they do!).

Room was large and spacious with kitchen facilities. Having a fridge was a big bonus as self catering. Nice, clean, small bathroom and the shower was very good. Lovely white sheets and very comfortable bed.

The fact that parking was a 10/15 minute walk away even though you do get a discount with underground parking. We also walked past the Seven Residence twice as the signage is very small and we missed it. The staff were very nice and waited for us to arrive and explain everything to us.

The building is in a prime location for Genova’s old town and harbour. The apartments are in a very good condition and clean. We especially loved the high ceilings and high level furnishings.

The kitchen supplies can be increased (tea bags, coffee pods) as well as the bathroom supplies (shampoo and conditioner). We were a family of 4 and had to go buy more for ourselves.

Posizione comoda e centrale.

Bagno troppo piccolo e considerata la fascia prezzo mi sarei aspettata qualche comfort in più.
