Super clean, modern, hot water, really good ace, nice belcony, comfy bed, good fridge, everything you need and the best area, walking distance to everything! Ken/hang was a really helpful staff! I stayed here 3 different times now!

We were staying for 17hrs transit. They allow us to check in earlier and that's really helpful, they even upgraded our room to make us more comfortable. The room was big, clean and in the heart of old quarter. Good location for Muslim traveler, close to the mosque and halal food.

The hotel was in a great location in the old quarter and the staff were absolutely incredible. All of them were friendly, helpful and polite. The room was comfortable and very nice for the price

Room was very small and didnt really match the presentation of the images. For example it was very dark and the rooms looked so much more spacious in the images. The water was so hot in the shower and I couldnt make it colder. I think the price was expensive compared to other hotels.

The hotel is in a great location, in the old quarters, close to day/night markets, coffee shops, restaurants, a short walk to the hoan kiem lake. The room is clean. The staff are all welcoming, especially Ken at front desk who gave extremely fantastic customer service, he helped me with all my enquiries quick and efficiently. He gave many recommendation on places to visit and eat. Highly recommend, especially for solo travellers.

Great location. Handy to old quarter her. Not too many rooms so gives it a bit of a boutique hotel vibe. Staff was super helpful and friendly. All staff spoke English well and more than happy to give advice/tips for enjoying Hanoi. I used this Hotel as a base for me to explore northern Vietnam. Came back to stay 3 times after visiting Cat Ba Island and Sapa. Great value for money.

Convenient location in the middle of old quarter. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The room was very small. We had to walk sideways to get to the bathroom.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel dans le vieux quartier de Hanoi. On peut faire beaucoup de choses à pieds.

La chambre ne correspond pas du tout aux photos du site. La chambre est équipée de vieux matériaux. Alors que sur le site les chambres sont modernes. Les draps du lit n’était pas très propres (cheveux).

The only good thing was the smart TV

I booked a Deluxe double room of 20 sqm with a window, but what I actually received was completely different. The room is no more than 10 sqm, extremely cramped, with the bed pushed against the wall on one side and only about 30 cm of space at the foot of the bed. The “window” is essentially useless, it faces a wall, so no natural light enters the room at all, making it dark and depressing at any time of day. I am specifically referring to room 102. The bathroom is in very poor condition: dirty tiles, no separation between the toilet and the shower, and even the electrical socket doesn’t work. The bathroom window (also facing a wall) is filthy and covered in mold. Honestly, I am surprised this hotel has such high ratings, as my experience was far from acceptable.

Location is not bad

I booked this hotel through Booking.com based on the photos and description, but the reality was very disappointing. The room I received was much smaller than expected, with barely any space to open or store luggage. It also had no window, which was not clearly communicated in the listing. The overall layout felt cramped and uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a small door leading directly outside, which made the room feel less secure and not what I expected from the photos provided online. Considering the high price I paid, the value for money was very poor. The room did not match the images or the expectations set during booking. I would strongly recommend that the hotel update its listing with accurate photos and clear descriptions so future guests know exactly what they are booking.

The toilet really needs a shower curtain everything else is ok. Also it’s a bit noisy since it’s in the middle of the busiest road.

The location was perfect and the higiene standards were probably the best we found in Vietnam so far.

The room was really small and the walls were very very thin, you could listen to almost everything that was happening outside. Plus, for Vietnam, the staying was a bit more expensive than usual and it's not worth that difference.

The room was very small, and we could hear everything that was happening in the hallway and in other rooms. The walls were very thin and not soundproof at all. The room had no ventilation and there was mold in the bathroom. The shower drained so slowly that the whole bathroom floor flooded every time we showered.

L'odeur dans l'hôtel Forcément proche de la ville donc assez bruyant (à 7h du matin il y a les hauts parleurs avec les infos locales ce qui est normal au vietnam mais c'est bon à savoir) Pas d'aération dans la salle de bain.

Hotel had a lot of old charm. It was a good location for walking around the old town. The stuff were helpful answering questions and provided extra pillows when I asked for with no problem.

The carpet is a bit old and dirty looking would be nice to have that replaced and the couch also was a bit stained

Personalen var supertrevlig. Kunde bra engelska och alltid hjälpsamma. Vi utökade 2 nätter och bokade även en till natt efter vår loop. Man kan lämna in tvätt för 40K/kg. Levererades samma dag. Städarna gjorde ett otroligt jobb varje dag också. Vi lämnade ganska stökigt någon dag men det ordnade allt ändå.

Det var lite fuktigt i rummet då det inte är något fönster att öppna utåt. Lite mögel på badrummet men inget som störde oss. Bra boende för det priset.

Location was good not far from all main areas and wasn’t loud from main road either. Clean comfortable hotel and staff were really kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Das Personal ist super lieb und extrem Hilfsbereit - ein großes Lob. Tägliche Reinigung und sehr zentral gelegen

Das Zimmer war sehr eng und für zwei Personen mit Gepäck nicht zum verweilen gedacht. Es war sehr hellhörig und man hatte das Gefühl die anderen Menschen stehen bei einem mit im Zimmer. Vom Verkehr war nichts zu hören. Das Bad war sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das Wasser ist extrem langsam abgeflossen. So stand zeitweise das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Sehr unangenehm, vorallem wenn zwei Personen hintereinander duschen möchten. Das Zimmer hatte kein Tageslicht. Geschmacksache, und hat es aber gefehlt

En pleno centro del Old quarter, se puede caminar a todos lados, eso es lo que más vale la pena. El precio es asequible pero tampoco te dan más de lo que pagas

Habitación muy pequeña, funcional o perfecta para una sola persona, para dos queda justa si pasas más de una o dos noches

Excellent Stay & Beyond Helpful Staff! I had Great experience at Le Petit Hotel Hanoi! Room 402 was clean and accessible by elevator. The staff is amazing. They provided laundry services, luggage storage while I was on a motorbike trip, and affordable airport transfers. Special thanks to Mr. Ken for going above and beyond to help fix my phone. He is truly trustworthy. Perfect location and highly recommended!

Phòng hơi khác trên ảnh chút, lễ tân rất chu đáo nhiệt tình, mở máy lạnh trc khi mình đến và đưa cho mình 2 thẻ phòng 1 cái để cắm khi ra ngoài về phòng vẫn mát ko bị nóng khá ấn tượng ạ.

Staff were so friendly and helpful and so welcoming. The location was great aswell. Comfy bed.

The size of the room was quite small but fitted everything you need, and you do have to climb a few stairs from the elevator (if you have a heavy bag )

Excellent staff, Ken was very helpful and friendly. Great location for Old Quarter and larger of the rooms was great. We stayed across a few nights using it as a base to do experiences from outside of Hanoi.

The smaller room is tiny but fine but the noise from the stairway at night was loud and we needed earplugs. We also had an unfortunate situation where another guest came into our room using their room keycard which was odd but the staff resolved the issue and were very apologetic.

Amazing hotel, really nice stuff, and the location was good, not in the center of the noise. Water in the bathroom was great!

The shower doesnt have a curtain so it can be very wet everywhere
