Shed Loft apartment

Couple who own the farm are lovely and very friendly.

We normally stick to the same budget so it gives a fair review, firstly we had to walk through underwear on the line when we got up it was quite dirty, heard a lot of noise during the night and found a mouse nest. Balcony was pretty pointless just a mess below it, out of date milk lying in the fridge, lack of cutlery and plates. Steps had just been painted before we came so ended up with wet paint on my new trainers as told it was dry.

A perfect place to stay while visiting Longford. Everything was spotless clean, and we had great fun with the dartboard in the room! Our hosts responded promptly, and were incredibly helpful accommodating our arrival time.

Amazing room. Views, location, embedded in the farm. Maybe not for everyone but I loved it.

The location is a bit outside and it should be isolated a little bit better as you can hear everything i.e.birds etc. Also the toilet should be a bit more private. Otherwise good 👍

Immaculately clean, Michael is a gent very helpful and a real escape from city life, will definitely be back again.

The room, value, hosts, cleanliness and window view were all excellent. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. It’s nice and quiet so I definitly recommend for a good nights sleep. Everything needed was found in the room.

Brilliant, clean and warm space, just what we wanted for the weekend. Ya wouldn't get cows right outside your bedroom door anywhere else. Really accommodating host. 5 minutes from a local town, Drumlish with 2 takeaway restaurants and 4 pubs. and also 15mins away from Longford town. Taxi into the town was 26euro.

Quite and casual place to relax and enjoy the counrty side away from noises or tv; surrounded by nature and cows.

Maybe the access to the house and the apartment could be a bit easier.. The bathroom wouldn't be everyone s taste because of privacy, but it didn't bother us : )

The loft was absolutely amazing. I’d highly recommend it to anyone! Nice spot if you want to switch off & get away from everything. The loft has everything you’d need also. Super value also.

The place was lovely but as it says it was a loft above farm sheds, well kitted out

I met friends for dinner but had to leave early as it's a good bit away from the village along country roads with grass growing in the middle of the eoad

Loved the fact that it was in the Country.The Country smell of Hay and farm Animals,reminded us of our home in the past.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming on arrival. The farm is beautiful and peaceful.

A couple spiders and webs in the corners. Toilet is very open in the room (so make sure you’re comfortable with who you’re staying with ;p)

Extremely peaceful environment, Michael and Margaret were extremely friendly and welcoming, The apartment itself was beautiful. Views were amazing, Nothing but the sounds of the birds to listen to early morning. Will definitely be back .

Very nice and wonderful family, beautiful views, Ireland is a must-see.

Maybe too far from a big city for someone looking for city attractions but for someone who likes peace, countryside and beautiful surroundings I highly recommend it.

The area was very quiet and a short drive to the town. The homeowners were lovely and very welcoming.

You need a car and there are steps up to the loft apartment, for those less nimble.

Lovely aparetment, good value, quiet, and only five mins from Longford. Will book again without hesitation. Bathroom is totally open, no surround privacy screening .. 😱

If you are with two then you must be comfortable to go to the toilet with eachother… it’s all open

the fact that I left a message that I'd be at the accommodation for about 19:00 - 19:30 and I'd be contactable after 17:00. I received 2 missed back at 15:00 and returned these calls at 16:45 which there was no answer. I proceeded to travel from limerick to the accommodation and again tried to call where I received no answer. I had pre paid for this accommodation and was unable to get access to it. I have received no refund or apology.

It has been very peaceful and quite. I couldn't ask for more. The view from the appartement was amazing.

Everything is in one room. No door on the toilet or shower, but it did have a special meaning. I would go back...
