Nous avons été très déçus par ce logement. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté la présence de cafards, ainsi que de mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain, ce qui a clairement rendu notre séjour beaucoup moins agréable. Nous avons également été très déçus par la gestion de la propriétaire, Rym. La communication concernant le paiement a été particulièrement mauvaise. À aucun moment il ne nous avait été clairement indiqué que le règlement devait obligatoirement se faire en espèces : nous pensions que le paiement serait effectué via Booking. Nous avions pourtant précisé que nous réglerions en espèces dans l’après-midi, mais Rym a insisté à plusieurs reprises pour être payée immédiatement. Elle est notamment venue sonner très tôt le matin à plusieurs reprises, à environ deux heures d’intervalle, et nous a également envoyé plusieurs messages. Cette sollicitation a perturbé notre matinée et nous a réveillés pendant nos vacances, alors qu’un simple règlement dans l’après-midi, comme convenu, aurait parfaitement pu être organisé. Entre les problèmes d’hygiène, les mauvaises odeurs et cette gestion du paiement que nous avons trouvée très insistante, notre expérience a été très décevante.

Good view

What I love most about this place is how clean it is, the perfectly cold air conditioning that’s a lifesaver in hot weather, and the lovely balcony overlooking the beach. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset.

Nothing but make sure to return before midnight, as the lift wasn’t working when I came back late, and the house is on the 6th floor.

La terrasse était magnifique avec une vue incroyable. L’appartement était super bien équipé, encore plus spacieux que sur les photos. On a adoré les petites attentions comme les gâteaux à l’arrivée. Le personnel était au top, très réactif et gentil.

L’emplacement n’était pas au top de l’ idéal, mais comme il y avait des taxis facilement disponibles, ça allait très bien au final.

Tout est parfait dans cet appartement ! TOUT. Les images sont identiques à la réalité.. Belle vue, propre, équipement bon état..

Beautiful spacious penthouse apartment with very large terrace overlooking the sea also had 360 degree views of sousse from the other balcony’s in the apartment on arrival in the early hours of the morning the concierge was there to let us in apartment was spotless and had everything that you needed the owner was so responsive to messages and the concierge was a very friendly and helpful man who kept the inside of the main building spotless we had sunshine from 5 am till sunset no obstructions from buildings etc there is also a covered shaded area with seating we had a fantastic holiday in a beautifull apartment

Raouf was a very communicative host who answered any questions I had quickly. The apartment is superbly located with views on both sides. A very comfortable stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending people book this accommodation for themselves. .

The host was very responsive and messages back straight away. He was very accommodating and the place was super clean, and the view is absolutely amazing! You will not be disappointed! And the prices are reasonable.

The bathrooms were a little bit smelly.

Very nice penthouse. In walking distance to the center. Monastir and nice tourist beaches in Port El Kantaoui can be cheaply reached by taxi. Is close to the best Frikasse and Orange Juice Seller in the City. The owner and the conciere were always ready to help. Most importantly: the AC worked very well.

The beach 150m from the penthouse is mostly for the locals and at times very crowded. Sousse generally is a little bit dirty and there were cockroaches.

The location, size, view and facilities

It was clean and comfortable and very much like being home from home. Much better than a hotel It was very quiet and I liked the fact that we could adjust the heating to suit my requirements

I liked everything about this apartment

The location was outside of the main tourist area of Sousse but in a fairly decent range to the beach area, and you could walk to some shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and did have heat and hot water that we paid extra for. There were large windows in the living area. The bed was comfortable, though on the floor, so it was difficult to get up and down from it. The balcony would have been a nice place to enjoy a coffee, but the weather wasn't cooperative during our stay.

The description of the apartment is misleading. Though spacious, it is not luxury. Also, the address makes it very hard to find, even for locals. We used Bolt to get around and recommend using Fontanella Cafe as your your drop off point. The whole apartment needs a good wall scrub and repainting. Some of the furniture was broken and half the lights didn't work. The bathtub had a dirt ring and grungy shower curtain, and there was barely any water flow out of the bathroom sinks. The kitchen does not have a kettle, so we boiled water in a pot for our tea. The cleaning sponge in the kitchen was disgusting - we bought our own, as well as a drying cloth.

Price is different to the website which is typical as tunisian will do everything in their power to take advantage of the price so expect to be paying double the price & the staff knocking on my door from 10AM multiple times even tho check out is at 12 is ridiculous

Everything was good except that there was no place for water drainage from both bathrooms.

Lovely large apartment with sea views from the large terrace. Good communication with the owner throughout the stay. the apartment was well equipped and comfortable.

the front door lock of the apartment building is tricky to open. After having our key replaced, I'm certain it's the lock, not the key. The owner should partition building management to have it fixed as it took us quite a long time to open it each time.

Very comfortable, clean and close to the beach and the downtown.
