La famiglia mi ha accolto molto bene ed è stata pronta a venire incontro alle mie esigenze di orario. Camera e bagno perfetti. Posizione ottima.

The owners were very friendly and helpful ! We arrived in the middle of the Night and still ssomeone came and checked us in ! The breakfast was delicious! Our room was totally fine and clean for the price ! The only thing was that it didn’t had a window or there was a thin wall in front ! They also arranged us a day cave tour which was really nice !

Ich kann nur zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen wenn es 10 Sterne wäre dann hätte ich direkt 10 Sterne gegeben Es war TOP sauber, sehr nette Besitzer und die Lage 1a!!!

Die Unterkunft liegt am Fluss, ist ruhig und alle Ausflüge, die Weiterreise etc können bequem vor Ort in der angeschlossenen Travel Agency organisiert werden. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Personnel incroyable et très arrangeant, ils nous ont facilité le séjour. Chambre propre et calme avec vue sur la rivière. Possibilité de réserver excursions, bus transfert et location de véhicule sur place. Merci pour votre gentillesse

Het personeel gaf ons een warm welkom en ze waren erg behulpzaam. Ik wil in het speciaal de jonge vrouw van de receptie bedanken, ze is zo behulpzaam en ze straalt veel vrolijkheid en positiviteit uit. Het ontbijt was lekker, de locatie top, mooi uitzicht en de kamer waren heel erg schoon. We konden daar een scooter huren en ze waren erg flexibel een meedenken in het maken van plannen. Nogmaals Bedankt!

Nagyon közel van a folyóparthoz, így gyönyörű a kilátás a szobából a folyóra és a szemközti hegyekre. Finom volt a reggeli.

Közvetlenül a megérkezés után egy hatalmas csótányt kellet levadászni. Szerencsére többel nem találkoztunk.

It has amazing views of the river, the staff are lovely and accommodating. The staff were so nice I feel bad highlighting a couple of the issues I had with the room, they honestly tried their best to make my stay amazing. The breakfast they provided was also good.

My room smelt so badly of cigarette smoke that I had to tell members of staff. They tried to remove the smell by opening the windows, lighting incense and putting a dehumidifier in the room but it persisted. The fan broke in the middle of the night and I couldn’t adjust the settings on the air conditioning. Staff were really accommodating but I think the rooms need to be more efficiently cleaned and updated.

Room was a good size and had a smart TV. Bathroom was also a good size. The free breakfast was nice with good options. They picked us up from the bus stop even though the bus was late. You can hire a bike, get laundry done, book excursions and buy snacks all from the front desk.

Great views of the river and mountains. Very close to town with peaceful surroundings. Staff were excellent, especially the owners son .

a bit far from center

- La chambre était super confortable, avec la vue sur la rivière donc très chouette. En plus, nous avons pu la récupérer à 4h du matin (moyennant un supplément) car notre bus arrivait super tôt à Phong Nha. - L'emplacement est super, plus calme que dans le centre mais très simple de s'y rendre. - Le petit déjeuner est très bon ! - Vous pouvez louer un scooter ou un vélo.

- La location de vélo est chère (100k par vélo et par jour). C'est le tarif le plus cher que nous avons trouvé au Vietnam et l'état des vélos n'était pas top (souci de pédalier, selle qui ne tient pas en place, pas de lumières) - Nous avons réservé un bus pour Hoi An avec l'hôtel. On nous avait dit 9h donc on pensait que le pick-up était à 9h, sauf qu'à 8h15 le jour même, on nous annonce que le pick-up est dans 15minutes. Nous avons donc tout juste reçu notre petit déjeuner que nous avons du monter dans le bus. Nous n'en avons donc pas profité et avons eu très faim tout le long du trajet. La communication pourrait être améliorée.

Very helpful staff and owners, I broke my ankle before I arrived and they helped me every step of the way, they took me to hospital and helped me out around the hotel they went above and beyond to look after me when I really needed it and I’m very thankful. Even dropping me off at my bus when I was leaving the city. Highly recommend

In dieser Unterkunft wird mitgedacht! Das erste Hotel/Unterkunft mit Fliegengittern an den Fenstern, einem Nass abzieher im Bad und einem Besen. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist so leise, dass ich erst nicht bemerkt habe dass er an ist. Ebenso die Klimaanlage. Einfach top und zu allem noch der tolle Blick direkt aus dem Bett auf die Berge und den Fluss. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Der Kaffee war mir zu stark, aber das war auch schon alles und das ist ja eher eine Aussage über mich ; )

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, có thể để ô tô ở bãi đất đối diện sát sông Son, nhân viên rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình. T1 KS có bi-a, bi lắc nên con mình rất thích chơi. Cạnh KS có nhiều quán ăn, giá cũng phải chăng, ăn ngon.

Great spot across from the river. Tours organised from there were fantastic, all organised with pick ups and tickets. Young receptionist was helpful and the young gentleman assisting with tours was fabulous and helpful with English translation

Not far from main town 1.2KM however in the heat it was too far. We did use taxi service at night. So not a major problem.

Excellent place to stay, great tours of Phong Nha national park and really friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast each morning and exceptional value for money.

Liked the quiet of being along the river only a few minutes from the central town. Still many restaurants and bars around and beautiful Riverview. Simple home stay but well appointed.

The pictures do not do it justice! The most beautiful views we could have asked for. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff were so accommodating with a big smile on their face! The beds were very big (two doubles put together with the same bedding), and I loved the storage in the room. Hot showers too. I recommend booking tours with them, cheaper and pick up straight from the hotel - and the day is always ended with them asking about your experience, which is lovely to share!

Tout était parfait. L’hôte est venu nous chercher en voiture après que le bus couchette nous a déposés à l’arrêt du centre‑ville. Nous avons pu louer un scooter directement auprès de l’hôtel, ce qui était très pratique. L’hôtel propose aussi une excursion d’une journée pour visiter les caves et, avec le recul, nous aurions dû choisir cette option : elle était économique et bien organisée, surtout quand on dispose de peu de temps sur place. La chambre offre une très belle vue et les petits déjeuners étaient excellents.

Tout !!! Chambre propre et spacieuse. Location de scooter. Reservation de bus. Organisation de circuits. Repas sur place excellents et à prix raisonnables. Petit-déjeuner inclus très bien. Accueil chaleureux, toujours prête à rendre service. On se sent comme chez nous. Merci pour tout 🙏🙏🙏

Staff very friendly and also a great tour guide. Breakfast very good and good location. Room clean and nice too. Great blackout blinds too which were amazing

Tout était bien, les chambres sont propres et confortables. Le personnel est très gentil. On peut y manger et prévoir ses activités sur place. On peut aussi y louer un scooter, un peu vieux mais il fait le travail.
