Lieve mensen die goed Engels spreken en je goed helpen als je vragen hebt. In de straat veel leuke eettentjes en dichtbij de boatride. Ook scooters te huur, waardoor je zelf naar andere grotten kan rijden. Ruime kamer, prettige homestay. Regelt ook private drivers als je dat nodig hebt.

Superbe endroit un peu à l’écart des gros hôtel ce qui est chouette ! Un homestay familial et très agréable, la nourriture y est délicieuse- mention spécial pour le bun thit nuong qu’on a adoré. Si vous voulez faites des excursions, les hôtes peuvent vous aider, super facile !

W pokoju nie było niczego oprócz łóżek, dużo różnych robaków w pokoju, pokój nie jest zbyt przytulny.

The room was very clean and spacious. There were both air conditioner and fan. The owners were very nice and spoke good English and were very communicative. They offer laundry service and not only helped me booked a bus but also took me to the bus pick up point and made sure that I got on ok. It’s right by the riverside and although my room did not have a view I can sit outside. It is about 1km walk to town but that was fine by me as there were a lot of coffee shops and restaurants and massage places along the way and the whole neighborhood was really quiet (the area to go for drinks at night while looking out to the river). Breakfast was good with a few options to pick from. There is nothing fancy about this home but for a quiet atmosphere, comfortable sleeping accommodations, and wonderful hosts, I give this a 10!

Die tolle Familie :) Kind und Erwachsene haben so viel über die Kultur gelernt. Außerdem die Sitzgelegenheiten und Frühstück am Fluss.

La colazione l’escursione prenotata tramite la struttura a paradise e dark cave

La struttura appare squallida ed è sporca. Nella prima stanza in cui sono stata l’aria condizionata ti arrivava dritta in testa e dopo aver riposato per un’ora mi faceva male la fronte fino all’occhio. Ho aperto l’armadio per appoggiarci la valigia e ne è uscito un pipistrello. Ho chiamato il proprietario che lo ha tramortito e lo ha poi liberato. Poco dopo ho visto una lucertola. Ho chiesto che mi cambiasse la stanza e lo ha fatto. In questa l’aria condizionata era ben posizionata ma dentro l’armadio era sempre sporco così per appoggiare le cose avevo solo un piccolo comodino e una sedia: davvero poco confortevole. Non sono riuscita a farmi una sola doccia calda: l’acqua era solo tiepida. La posizione rimane lontana circa 20 minuti a piedi dal molo che rappresenta anche il centro. Ho letto in una recensione che era meglio perché si stava più in pace. Onestamente non ho visto tutto questo gran movimento di persone da rendere l’ambiente caotico: le persone la sera sono stanche dopo aver passato la giornata a fare le escursioni con un caldo umido che da solo ti toglie energie. Inoltre, contrariamente all’atteggiamento che ho riscontrato in quasi due mesi che sono stata in Vietnam, i proprietari sono più preoccupati a venderti transfert ed escursioni piuttosto che farti sentire a tuo agio. Personalmente non ci tornerei nemmeno se mi offrissero gratis la stanza.

Great location, right on the river. It is only about a 15 min walk to reach the centre of Phong Nha town. The breakfast was also good and the host was very nice.

There was no fridge in the room and nowhere to place bags other than on the floor. But these are only minor points - overall the property was very good.

Mould in the rooms, problem with damp, sink just flows onto the floor, rooms dirty, lots of mosquitos.

Very restful spot just outside the busy town center. Clean and comforable. Across the street from the hostel is their covered space overlooking the river, very pleasant spot for admiring the landscape and watching the boats and birds go by. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Good meals at reasonable prices.

No comfortable hanging out space inside the hostel. No lockers. Fairly pricey bicycle rental for a beat-up bike with no working gears.

La gérante est incroyable ! Elle fait tout elle-même, de la lessive à la cuisine en passant par le nettoyage des chambres et la réception. Ne passez pas à côté de sa délicieuse cuisine, le banana pancake est fabuleux sans oublier la soupe de nouilles et les spécialités vietnamiennes. Le lit est confortable, la vue est belle. L’hôtesse et son mari se sont montrés très chaleureux en nous réservant bus et activités formidables ! (Faites la Ruc Mon Cave, c’est l’aventure que vous êtes venus chercher !) Toute la famille est adorable.

- À 20min à pied du centre (pas vraiment un point négatif). - Dommage que le chill out à l’extérieur (au bord de la rivière) ne soit jamais dressé. Les repas se prennent sur une grande table familiale, ce qui est sympathique mais parfois difficile quand on veut du calme. - Malheureusement, l’isolation est très mauvaise, et manque de chance nous étions à côté d’une chambre qui hébergeait des fêtards très bruyants et irrespectueux.

Super rapport qualité-prix à Phong Nha ! L'emplacement est top, la famille est sympa, la chambre est très bien, avec vue sur la rivière, et le petit dej était très bon ! Nous avons même pu louer un scooter chez eux directement et prendre une douche avant de partir pour notre bus de nuit. Rien n'a redire ☺️

Gérante très agréable. Viens discuter avec vous de la vie quand vous êtes disponible sur la terrasse. Nous a permis de nous doucher avant de partir pour notre bus de nuit. Et je la remercie.

Dans l' ensemble la qualité de la prestation correspond au niveau de prix.

The place was just like being a guest in their home, the mother, father and children were so lovely! I enjoyed hanging out with them, such amazing kind, generous, loving & caring people! I highly recommend staying here!

Nothing!

Amazing experience, lovely family that runs this homestay and restaurant. We arrived early and were able to check in at 4:00 AM! On top of that our host managed to get someone to pick us up at the bus stop in the night, since there is almost no grabs. The Room was great and had everything we needed, Breakfast was included and delicious! After we checked out, we were able to leave our bags and I was even allowed to take another shower. Would 100% recommend, Thank you so much!

La chambre est simple mais propre. Douche avec eau chaude. Le banana pancake super au petit-déjeuner. Tres bon accueil des propriétaires.

La sensation d'être en famille, super accueil, enfants qui viennent partager un moment, super bon repas du soir et pancacke banane au petit dej et reco pour sortie grotte.

People running the place are kind and helpful (we rented motorbikes and bus tickets through them). The breakfast was very tasty.

Staff very friendly, including their daughter who also helped carry our bags, she was lovely. The rooms are very comfortable too and great value for money. We would recommend to anybody.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this place. It has a great location, a beautiful view from the window, and friendly hosts. It’s a perfect spot for travelers, as you can get all the necessary services here — book a tour or transport, rent a scooter, use laundry services, and more. In short, it exceeded our expectations.

Great Homestay on the side of the river, run by a lovely family who made us feel very welcome. Clean, spacious and safe room. Yummy breakfast served with a smile by the owners lovely children, who really made us laugh! We really appreciated the help booking our cave tour, as well as the lifts to and from our bus into Phong Nha- thank you!!

Slight issue with the bathroom sink- when tap is on the water runs out the wall into floor drain…soaking your feet! Not a huge issue but a bucket underneath might help :))

I loved staying in this place! The bedroom was spacious, beds comfortable, toilet was clean and there was hot water in the shower! The staff was so good it was hard for me to say goodbye, even though I just stayed two nights. Felt very welcomed by them! Plus, Phuong is an amazing cook, definitely get you breakfast here!!

Didn't like having to leave. Looking back I wish I stayed longer here

Owners are nice and have multiple tour options. Location is nice, with seating by the river it's quite peaceful apart from cars and trucks passing by on the road. Room is spacious.

Simple but comfortable and clean accommodation. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The owners are great and very helpful! Location is perfect right next to the river. The room is clean and fine. Breakfast is good, and there are also options for dinner here or right next door (where you can also play at a pool table). You can book tours here or just rent a bike and do your own thing. Overall the price to quality is great with kind and helpful hosts!

Minor things like: - The room was a little damp and maybe could use a table or something to place some stuff - 'Only' 5 minutes of hot water (plenty for us though) - The town center might be just a little far without scooter or bicycle

Good location. It has beautiful river view where i can jump in and swim, the water looks like blue jade. The host is super friendly and informative, she host many local tours around Phong Nha and local villages. My room looks all white - absolutely tidy, clean and smell nice.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful.

The beds are comfy, the breakfast is big and good, the rooms are clean and the stuff is kind and helpful. What else do you need? :)

The only downside I'd say is that you have to walk a bit to nearest shop. Besides that, nothing!
