Common area closes at 7. Would be nice to spend the evening there with drinks and food. But there are a lot of other optiosn nearby for that!

Reservé con ellos el ferry de vuelta y se les olvidó, a pesar de haber preguntado varias veces para confirmar que estaba ok. Es una cafetería, pero si quieres un cafe con leche en el desayuno lo tienes que pagar a parte. En la carta del desayuno no tenían la tostada de aguacate, pero luego vimos a um señor que sí, entiendo que si lo pagas a parte si tienen.

Het personeel is waanzinnig vriendelijk, je slaapt op een erg fijn bed, wakker worden met uitzicht op het meer en een erg lekker ontbijt.

De badkamer is vies en ruikt niet zo fris en de accommodatie is erg gehorig.

Spacious room facing the lake, with own outside porch area too. There also access to the lake via a path and ladder so you can swim from accomodation. The restaurant with wonderful lake views was lovely. breakfast also great.

The staff was really nice and helpful and the location was good. The view on the lake was nice as well.

This was quite a disappointing stay. It started with check-in. For some reason it took 4 people to check us in, altough the staff was really nice. The rooms are outdated and dirty, altough the bed was clean. Especially the bathroom had mold in the shower, dirt and cobwebs everywhere and looked like nobody was keeping it clean. We heard the owner is in Bali, while the hard working staff is running the place. It feels like the place needs good management, because currently it's unacceptable. The breakfast is included and this morning we had to wait almost 50 minutes for my wife's pancakes, while it says takes up to 20 minutes. There is a lack of management and efficiency in the place.

No hot water and it gets chilly in the morning so this was a big let down for me. The shower head was poor too, essentially a narrow jet of freezing water, grim stuff. Mosquito net had holes in it rendering it useless.

Wij als gezin hadden 2 kamers naast elkaar direct aan het meer, een eigen terasje met een prachtig uitzicht op het meer! Helemaal top. De kamer zelf is netjes en schoon en het bed slaapt lekker. Het ontbijt wat erbij zit was super lekker en het personeel is heel erg aardig. Dit kleinschalige guesthouse is echt een aanrader.

De kamers zijn zeer gehorig, was voor ons als gezin geen probleem, maar als je als vreemden naast elkaar verblijft dan moet je echt zachtjes doen om geen last van elkaar te hebben denk ik.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücke war lecker und die Zimmer sauber. Die Lage ist sehr schön genau am See.

Das Zimmer ist modern und der Ausblick ist wirklich super schön. Wir haben (auch dank Mosquito Netz) wirklich unglaublich gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war eines der Besten, was wir auf unserer Reise bisher hatten. Man kann direkt Roller in der Unterkunft mieten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastgeberin, die einem alle Wünsche erfüllt. Sie hat uns bestens über An und Abreise informiert und ein früheres Frühstück vorbereitet, weil wir die erste Fähre zurück nehmen mussten. Es sind viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe.

Das Bad hat leider nicht so gut gerochen.

The room was absolutely gorgeous. Right on the lake! Clean and well equipped :) The food was also very yummy! Breakfast included is great!

Only issue was no hot water in the shower. We were there on a cold night so would have been nice to have a hot shower but if you are there in the heat- no issue!

Jefri was immensely helpful with helping to arrange transport and helped to cater to my unique requests due to a race I was doing during my stay there.

El staff, la ubicación. Muy tranquilo, todas las habitaciones (3) dan al lago. Desayuno tiene varias opciones. Facilidades para que te venga a buscar el barco l/v. Restaurante muy acogedor

Las escaleras que hay hasta llegar a la habitación, muy empinadas y desiguales, a tener en cuenta si hay alguna discapacidad. Ampliaría la carta de comidas, son de calidad pero no hay muchas opciones. Mejoraría el horario de desayuno ( empieza a las 8 h). El acceso al lago para nadar no es apto para todo el mundo. Un hervidor de agua sería perfecto.

Elektriciteit viel meerdere malen uit voor de hele nacht waardoor ook geen fan, maar al bij al geen probleem geweest! Badkamer kan nog een upgrade gebruiken, soort muggennet als plafond en ligt vol met beestjes/stukken van buiten.

Emplacement incroyable avec une vue magnifique sur le lac, au calme. Le personnel est adorable, on a vraiment pris soin de nous et on a beaucoup apprécié. Possibilité de location de scooter. Lit très confortable avec moustiquaire. Eau chaude, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas à Sumatra. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Had a wonderful stay here. The ambiance is calm and relaxing, perfect for a short getaway. The room was spotless, and the view from the room was absolutely stunning. waking up to that scenery was truly refreshing. My favourite place in Sumatra. My little hut was right on the water with balcony. Room was rustic and charming with a comfortable bed and good shower. Staff helpful and able to organise scooter hire. Easy access to swim in lake.

Wonderful place, the view from the windows is impressive. The breakfast is very good. The staff is especially warm and attentive. 😊

The only downside was that shampoo and shower gel were missing. But those are small things. 😊

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen. Der Hauptessensraum auch super schön mit Blick auf den See. Unser Zimmer war auch direkt am See Zugang. Insgesamt relativ einfach eingerichtet, aber liebevoll. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und hat auch immer sehr schnell geantwortet auf jeden unserer Wünsche.

Das Bad war okay aber hat uns insgesamt nicht überzeugt. Wenn man duschen wollte, kam tausende Ameisen aus der Wand und leider ist das Wasser auch aufgrund schlechtem Verputzen der Wände, auch ein wenig im Hauptraum gelandet.

Nous avons passé 5jrs et 4 nuits au Hub Tata Guesthouse ! Le ferry nous a directement déposé au Hub tata. L’accueil avec un verre de bienvenue était agréable. Toutes les informations utiles nous ont été tout de suite communiquées (laundry, location de scooter, horaire d’ouverture, petit déjeuner etc..) Le bungalow avec terrasse a une très belle vue sur le lac. Le lit a une moustiquaire. Il y a un bureau, une chaise, une petite penderie ainsi qu’un ventilateur. Le tout est très propre et le ménage a été fait après la deuxième nuitée. Le petit déjeuner compris est excellent, il y a une carte avec quelques choix possibles pour satisfaire tout les goûts. Nous avons loué un scooter en très bon état et le prix est compétitif! Le laundry fut rapide et bien fait. Concernant le café/restaurant, il est tout simplement excellent! Tout est fait minute, nous avons tout aimé ! Pour terminer, l’équipe est vraiment super! Les filles sont attentionnées et toujours prête à aider pour que nous ne manquions de rien! Merci à elles, elles sont formidables 🫶

the location was amazing the staff went above and beyond they welcomed us straight off the ferry, helped us rent mopeds and made sure we were comfortable. the breakfast was amazing and the staff were so friendly. everything was clean and well kept and our house overlooked the water. i would 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in tuk tuk.

Tout était parfait

The guesthouse does not tv and aircon.. back to basic. But it comes with million dollars view. The guesthouse was location right in front of the lake where u can just seat outside and view the lake and scenery all day long. U can even swim right in front of your room. However, for safety, only swim in the morning as the lake is more calmer as compared to the afternoon which is very choppy. View in the cafe provides magnificent view too! The guesthouse came with variety of breakfast to choose from, from healthy oat meals to fried rice. All are simple and tasty! Peanut milkshake is delicious!😋 The staffs are very friendly and efficient, very promptly replied your questions. They can engaged the samsoir tour or kayaking as well as transport from parapat back to Medan. So don't worry of what to do there, as all are taken care. For dinner, U can just walk about 8mins to Anju village where there all a few restaurants to choose. Must try the grilled fish and baby lobsters from Lake Toba. The seafood is cheap.

Het is een geweldige plek. De host was heel aardig en hielp met heel veel. We leenden daar een scooter die heel goed wertke, waarmee we het hele eiland over reden. Het ontbijt was ook heel goed. We konden kiezen uit een menu met veel opties zoals pannekoeken maar ook fruit - haver substanties. De kamer was heel fijn en de bedden sliepen goed. We hadden een mooi uitzicht op het meer.

Receptionist was extremely helpful with directions and suggestions on places of interest. Personalised service and intimate stay due to mall number of rooms. Property faces a quiet bay, away from motorized boats and jetskis and has its own private jetty.

Die Sauberkeit und nette Ausstattung der Zimmer gefielen uns....auch das es ein Moskitonetz gibt, sowie der Blick von unserer Terrasse. Besonders das Restaurant ist toll, Ausblick und leckeres Frühstück, Möglichkeiten für Lunch. Das Restaurant schließt um 19 Uhr und Montags (jedenfalls in der Regenzeit).

Leider isr von Sonntag Abend bis Dienstag morgen Ruhetag. Die Küche ist zu. Frühstück gibt es aber Leider werden am Montag die Zimmer nicht gemacht. Also einen Vorrat Toilettenpapier mitbringen. Das Wasser ist abgefüllt. Also Wasser mitbringen. Achtung! Die Treppe zu den Zimmern direkt am See ist steil und hat hohe Stufen. Hati hati!

Auteur et éditeur de guides touristiques j’ai visité et sélectionné de très nombreuses « Maisons d’Hôtes et Hostelleries de Charme » et ce pendant de nombreuses années. A la lecture des commentaires dithyrambiques concernant cette maison sur Booking j’ai quelques difficultés à comprendre ? Alors que j’avais réservés et prépayé deux chambres, lors de notre arrivée je me suis demandé si je ne m’étais pas trompé d’établissement tant les chambres qui nous étaient allouées étaient laides, petites, sans le moindre charme, et que l’escalier en béton qui y mène était cassé, sans rambarde... N’ayant pas la moindre comparaison possible avec les photos présentées sur la page Booking, nous les avons refusées. Le responsable de la maison à appelé son patron basé à Bali. Au cours de leur conversation j’ai appris que les belles chambres (si elles existent…?) sont réservées pour leurs clients en direct et les autres pour les clients Booking ??? Nous avons quittés ces lieux repoussants immédiatement et nous sommes rendus moins de 100 mètres plus haut à l’hôtel Toledo où les chambres sont spacieuses et magnifiques avec une terrasse dominant le parc, ses jardins fleuris et une vue splendide sur le lac pour un prix pratiquement équivalant et un service impeccable, nous y avons vécus un super séjour. Quelques jours plus tard j’ai constaté que le propriétaire de la Guesthouse ou Booking nous avait remboursés merci.

La chambre elle-même et , les marches très hautes pour y accéder surtout quand on n’est pas jeune et qu’on a des bagages ! Le petit déjeuner : ni beurre, ni confiture ! Aucun accueil à l’arrivée du ferry malgré 2 whatsapp envoyés. Il a fallu qu’un local sympa appelle pour qu’on vienne me chercher en motor-bike avec mes 3 gros sacs ! Le ferry n’a pas accosté à l’hôtel comme prévu ! Dès mon arrivée, on m’a sollicitée pour faire une excursion à 950 000 R Le lendemain à l’arrivée du taxi , pas de guide, uniquement le driver. Très sympa mais ne parlant pas l’anglais ! Donc aucune explication …

We had a wonderful stay! The setting is beautiful, with a stunning view of the lake from both the breakfast room and our room. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee throughout the day was excellent. A special mention to Rahmat at the reception : always smiling, attentive, and providing amazing service during our stay. Wir wünschten, wir könnten mehr als 10 Punkte vergeben! Das ist mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir jemals seit wir auf Reisen gehen, besucht haben… Vom Personal, das einfach nur unglaublich freundlich ist, bis zur Aussicht und den Zimmern einfach nur top! Das Bett ist unglaublich bequem, die Zimmer sehr sauber und das Essen dort ist auch sehr lecker. Einen Roller auszuleihen war überhaupt gar kein Problem und wir wurden mit der Fähre direkt an der Unterkunft abgesetzt und auch wieder abgeholt. Wir waren richtig traurig, dass wir gehen mussten! Absolut empfehlenswert 🥰

Cute bamboo hut, simple but enough, we stayed in a separate hut to the rest of the other rooms and lake front with a little veranda. A small group of four. The ferry dropped us right at the location. Rahmad and staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was amazing. Breakfast was included and great, you could choose one option and a drink; we were there three days and had rolled oats and fruits, waffles, eggs and brown bread, always plunger coffee . Other options on the menu were delicious. We ate and drank there several times; including Hub Tata grilled fish and Rice Bowl Toba Fish. Loved the Never Miss a Beet (beetroot drink), Asian Ginger Ale.
