Reviewed Jun 3, 2026The location was excellent and really convenient, making it easy to get around. The rooms were well-maintained. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
We had an issue with the bed. I do believe it was broken and it was probably the worst sleep I've had at a hotel. I tried to sleep on the couch but by then it was time to continue my trip.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Everything was amazing!!! The room was so much better than we expected, probably the best rooms we've had! It wasn't huge, but it was so nicely put together, and really comfortable! The staff was all very kind and accommodating. We were with our baby, and they loved him, which was was sweet! The food at the placery was delicious and their free breakfast was so good!
One tiny complaint, they told us the water would turn off from 9:30-5 for repairs, but that didn't happen until the next day. Though I don't think it was in their control. I'm gluten free, but my husband said the pancakes on day three had an almost metallic taste. Other than that, the food was so good!

Typically you can make your own waffle/pancake. Other brand hotels offer made to order omelets. There was a meat option, but it wasn't bacon. I was disappointed with the breakfast selection.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025Had an overnight stay and from the time we checked in until we left, the corridor leading to the elevator along with the inside of the elevator were dirty. The floors were dirty and not cleaned. The room looked nice and clean when we entered, however, we quickly realized that it had not been dusted which made us stuffy when we woke up. The vent in the bathroom was also had lots of dust gathered on it. It seemed as though that room hadn’t been slept in in a bit so the dust had gathered on the surfaced but hadn’t been cleaned. The staff we met were really nice. It was a pity that the experience was average. I expected better because of how new and modern the hotel is.
