I’m the genius customer.. I have to pay for them $21.87 But owner get from me $26.14. I’m not going to argue with them, but I told them I’m genius but they didn’t accept.

There is no hot water as such in this hotel. There was no hot water. There are not even mixers for hot water. It is impossible to wash a child! It is terrible! The administrator sleeps on the floor under the stairs! The administrator did not provide towels upon check-in. I had to go for towels at the most inopportune moment. The administrator does not have change. The administrator was absent from the hotel at my appointed check-out time.
