Excellent logement très propre situé à une demie heure à pied du quartier Fort de Galle. Notre hôte était adorable et nous a concocté de délicieux et très copieux petits déjeuners. Nous recommandons ce logement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

订的家庭房，一整层，空间非常大，房间干净，床品舒适，有厨房冰箱。入住时民宿老板送了一杯海盐橙汁，很解渴！民宿门口的树上可以看到猴子。民宿距离 加勒荷兰堡 约2km， 走路过去大概半小时。去荷兰堡的路上有一家 Kells 超市，可以解决早餐。民宿周边是居民区，非常安静！民宿老板人非常好，怕晚上下雨，特意让我把摩托车停在他们出入的门口。跟民宿老板聊天非常开心，希望她生意兴隆，身体健康。强烈推荐这家民宿！

Warm welcome from the owner. The family room is convenient for a family with young children. All beds are in the same room. Very clean place. The owner is a great cook. We had breakfast and dinner booked with her. She cooked everything with love as it was for her own family.

This was an absolutely brilliant stay. From the moment we arrived, the host greeted us and really made our stay amazing. The room we had was very spacious and had all amenities. Bathroom was clean and tidy. The host treated us to an amazing breakfast which we thoroughly enjoyed. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Very spacious and clean homestay in a nice and green neighborhood very close to all amenities . The host is super nice and accommodated our late request for breakfast . If you are in the Galle area and looking for a peaceful and relaxed stay I definitely recommend .

オーナーの対応が素晴らしかった。滞在中体調を崩したが、心配して連絡を取ってくれ、水も持ってきてくれた。部屋は綺麗で広く過ごしやすかった。

Het is dicht bij de fort (1 km) maar dat kan je makkelijk wandelen. Een tuktuk vinden via PickMe ter plaatse is wat moeilijk maar als je wat verder wandeld staan er we veel. Personeel is heel vriendelijk we hebben ook een cadeau gekregen (herbal tea) super lief! İk raad deze plaats zeker aan! Hygiene is on top! Ook een aftrekker in de badkamer zodat je het water kan wegnemen. Er was een backup voor alles, toiletpapier, handzeep, thee, koffie, water, … bed is breed.

PickMe app gaat je niet tot aan de fort krijgen. Wandel wat verder voor een tuktuk. Misschien haarshampoo maar voor de rest was er alles.

Room was clean and spacious, it was one of the best stay in our srilanka tour. We loved the property and the owner who was always there to help.

Everything was perfect

Amazing stay, the owner is so lovely, received a pot of tea on arrival which was great, she provides a laundry service, our room was very big with a small kitchenette and a large fridge, warm shower and multiple fans/aircon. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. We highly recommend this stay and would definitely stay again.

The covers were just a little too small and we had one each, we would've rated a 10 if it had a large blanket for the room instead, apart from this simple fix, the room was absolutely amazing. Thank you for a brilliant stay 🙂

Super clean, new appartements

Everything was perfect. They gave us complete house with all facilities like kitchen, refrigerator, siting area, dinning area, extra bed etc. Actually we had a large area and it exceeded our expectations. Recommended for anyone and well worth for money.

Bit away from town but its manageable

We had an amazing stay at Jayalath Homestay. Nilusha, the host, is incredibly kind and helpful. From the warm welcome with a refreshing drink to her constant willingness to assist, she made us feel completely at home. We booked just a room, but were pleasantly surprised to find it was a spacious, spotlessly clean apartment, complete with air conditioning, a small kitchen, and a refrigerator. It was perfect, especially for a longer stay, so we ended up extending our visit by two more nights. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and generous, with the hoppers being our favorite! Nilusha even took the time to teach us how to make them ourselves, a wonderful experience we’ll take home with us. The location is great too, just a 25–30 minute walk to Galle Fort, or a quick and affordable ride using PickMe. If we had more time in Sri Lanka, we would have stayed longer. Without a doubt, we will return to Jayalath Homestay on our next trip to Sri Lanka!

It was clean and spacious. Around 3 kms from the Fort. Some small restaurents 800ms away.

Just one bottle of water for 3 occupants. Additional bottles are charged No AC. Blankets werer tiny.

I felt the warmth of family here, and I truly wish I had more time to stay. The host took care of me like a mother, and when I lost my bag on the way to Galle, Kasuni also helped me like an elder sister. I really enjoyed the time I spent with them — chatting, cooking, and just being together. I’ve now returned home safely. Thank you for everything. Next time, I’ll bring my sister with me to visit you too！I will miss you:)

Really enjoyed my one night stay, apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped, host was really friendly. 20 min walk into town via a path by the railway track. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The host was very sweet, she was quick to answer all questions and suggest the best options for our stay. Apartment was spacious and clean. The AC was a lifesaver. Breakfast was lovely.

Great and lovely apartment. Useful equipment, small kitchen area (no gas for cooking atm) with fridge and water boiler. Washroom was very good. Beds are comfortable with mosquito net. Nilusha was lovely. The perfect host…. Interesting and friendly. And helpful in any way she could be. She made the most delicious breakfasts… Sri Lankan in style. The accommodation was perfect, clean, and as it was an apartment, it had everything you could need. It was spacious, and actually it was our best accommodation of all 8 locations that we stayed in Sri Lanka over three and a half weeks. It was in a residential area, very safe, and actually walk of about 20 minutes from the fort and railway station, or a 250 rupees tuctuc journey.

We stayed here for a couple of nights, it's a little bit of a distance to Galle Fort but you can catch a bus or walk if it's not too hot. Our homestay host was the best! If you like Sri Lankan food do have her dinner and breakfast which are delicious (extra cost.) A very reasonably priced homestay and one of the best hosts we've had in the month we have been here. Highly recommend.

Spacious accommodation, with the possibility of having hot water in the shower. Wifi, air conditioning and fan working perfectly.

The mattress is very hard, making sleep quite uncomfortable at the end of the second night.

This place has a super friendly host. The room is very spacious. it also has a garden. It is a short ride in tuktuk from the railway station and the tuktuk are also available during any time of the day.

There’s no AC but it didn’t matter much to us as there was a huge fan.

Amazing stay in beautiful Galle city. Nilusha, the hostess of the property is very kind and welcoming. She made us delicious dinner (for an extra charge). And the breakfast was also amazing and plentiful. The apartment is well equipped with a kitchen including a fridge. And the room is so clean and comfortable. This is our best stay in Sri Lanka. We will definitely be back :)

Big room with a fridge and comfortable beds! We absolutely loved this place and felt comfortable there. Also the home cooked food is amazing!!! Area is nice to walk around a very quiet. You need a tuktuk or go for a good walk to reach the center/fort, but we love walking so it wasn't an issue for us. Great hosts, recommended :-)

Great deal for a stay in Galle where everything is over priced. Jayalath was a bit difficult to find through google maps. But once we reached there, no regrets at all. In the middle of residential locality, this place was cozy and comfortable for my family. I travelled with my mother and father and we were provided with a huge spacious room. The Owner, Nilusha was very helpful throughout our stay at Galle. She tended to all our requests and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much for all the help extended and that too in the midst of the rainy season!

Don't follow google maps road. Especially the route that is parallel to the railway track. Please take the big road via Richmond Hill Road and then onto Wiskam Road.

The place was quiet and cozy, tucked away in a pretty place in the forest. The room was well ventilated and the lady who helped us check in and check out was very kind.

The room was massive, with table, fridge, sink, big and comfortable bed. Toilet clean, with hot water ! 3 big fans that helps to keep the room fresh. Clean sheets… The owner!!! The best one in all Sri Lanka homestays/hotels… The food is not included but it is really worth it! Don’t hesitate to try it breakfast or dinner!! She also helps with everything related to galle, bus, tours, taxis, Tuktuk’s, bikes … WiFi also quite good! Thank you again for everything!!!!!

Location a bit far but it’s really easy rent a scooter for a really good price that makes it easier to go everywhere! So it’s something that doesn’t really matter to us!

The owner -the lady was so nice. Cozy room with private bathroom. In a walk distance to some restaurants and cafeterias. The location is quite far from the main street but it wasn't a big issue for me. She let me take a shower in the afternoon when I came back after exploring the city, even though it was late afternoon after my morning check out (I left my luggage at her home while visiting the area).

We had a fantastic stay here. The host is the loveliest lady who makes sure you feel at home. She sorted our laundry and the morning breakfast was incredible. The room was also huge! Such good value here.

Homely food… calm place

Big clean apartment. Clean private kitchen and living area. Around 10 minute drive from Galle fort, and less than 10 minutes to the train station. Lovely owner who was always available to help.

Bathroom was a bit small, but wasn’t an issue. Not too many restaurant options nearby (delivery is easy enough and you have a kitchen)

The accommodation was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were perfect, very copious and delicious. I'd recommend this accommodation for the price. What's more, the staff are very attentive and friendly.

Amazing stay. The lovely woman will do everything for you to give you the best stay! She made amazing food, she did our laundry, very good and clean room, she got us some drinks on arrival and she is very nice to talk with. Look no further and book this lovely homestay! With the warmth of the year right now we would recommend you book with AC, we didn’t do that and we got very hot!

Hostess is very kind and helpful. Room is big, fans are efficient. Warm water available. Landlady is great cook. Breakfast are delicious. We asked also for dinner and it was super tasty.

In the room is small kichenette, but there were any plates.

Nilusha is an excellent hostess - so warm and welcoming and makes the most delicious breakfast. We even ordered dinner from her. You have to try her food when you're there. The room is very spacious, came with everything we expected and great WiFi. We really felt at home. Thanks Nilusha, we will be back!

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. Spacious and spotless clean room and bathroom for a very reasonable price. 3 beds, mosquitonets, fridge, hangers, chairs, tables. Kettle, cutlery, sink... About 2 km from the Fort in a quiet area (little traffic at daytime on road next to house, at night I didn't hear anything). Good temperature / not too hot. Good wifi. Good waterpressure. Delicious rice and curry for dinner.

Perfect place. The cleanest we've seen for a month in Sri Lanka. It's sparkling clean. We booked for one night but extended and stayed for a week. Very comfortable two bedroom apartment with everything needed inside. Hot water, AC, fan, fully equipped kitchen with a really good kitchenware. We felt like home here. Galle fort and big supermarkets are in 25 min by walk or 5 min by tuk-tuk, not very close but the apartment surroundings are quiet, nice and worthy. And the owner is a very kind, helpful and friendly lady. Our best recommendations for this place.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

I am very glad that I was able to stay here. This is a wonderful place. Very clean and cozy. The hostess is very friendly and kind. The breakfasts are great and varied. The dinners are also very tasty and inexpensive. Electricity is turned off very rarely. I recommend this place to stay and will definitely return if possible. I want to express my gratitude to the hostess for her hospitality. Thank you very much!!!
