La simpatía y amabilidad de Yolanda suple cualquier carencia del hotel (necesidad de placas solares para hacer frente a las interrupciones del suministro eléctrico). Magníficas vistas desde el balcón... Colibrís, incluso una pareja de tucanes, un sinfín de pájaros... Entorno de tranquilidad absoluta

Demasiados mosquitos (zancudos), normal en pleno bosque nuboso. Sería positivo desinsensectar con un spray (compré uno en una tienda) o colocar mosquiteras.

Ontzettend lieve gastvrouw die je verblijf aangenaam maakt. De kamers zijn eenvoudig, maar wel netjes en je moet ook beseffen dat je in de jungle zit! Het ontbijt was erg lekker!

Naast de wat verouderde badkamer hadden wij ook ijskoud water. Het zou ook fijn zijn als de kamers een klamboe hebben.

Vista matinal para os pássaros e floresta . Foi tudo maravilhoso , foi espetacular tudo. As camas eram muito confortáveis , a limpeza estava ótima, o quarto é espaçoso, grande e confortável , todos os quartos tem terraço , localização óptima … adoramos 🫶💫

Excellent location. Easy walk down to the town for food. Clean large rooms with a balcony and hammock. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. I felt safe at the property. Breakfast was excellent

Un lugar precioso, con unas vistas increíbles a la naturaleza. Es un sitio muy tranquilo y silencioso, perfecto para descansar. Además, está muy cerca del pueblo, lo que resulta muy práctico. Lo mejor de todo fue la amabilidad de la propietaria, que nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. El desayuno estaba delicioso y, al despedirnos, nos regaló unos pequeños detalles, un gesto muy bonito que nos hizo mucha ilusión.🥰

En plena naturaleza. Desayuno bueno.

The staff, Yolanda and Tatiana were fantastic and so helpful throughout our stay. The breakfasts each morning were phenomenal and varied, some of the best breakfasts we’ve eaten on our trip in South America. The location is beautiful. Quiet and away from the town and right next to gorgeous trees, overlooking the mountains.

We had an amazing stay at Minca Seasons birds! The breakfast each morning was delicious and the views incredible. The owners were very kind and we felt entirely taken care of. We also felt very safe—the hosts have cameras and live next door full time so we didn’t worry. The room itself was nice and patio hammock the perfect place to relax. It was also only about a 5-10 minute walk from town which made it very easy to come and go. Would definitely stay there again. When requesting a room, the lower floors may be better for privacy and view.

Un lieu à proximité du centre avec une superbe vue sur la nature environnante. Accueil très chaleureux, petit déjeuner très bon. Parfait pour un court séjour (idéalement restez 3 nuits) et profiter des activités à Minca : écouter/ observer les oiseaux, visiter les cascades ou juste profiter des environs au calme.

Etablissement calme avec une jolie vue. Proche du centre. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Der Ausblick aus den Zimmern und oben vom Frühstücksbereich war wirklich fantastisch. Einige Vögel konnte man von dort schon beobachten. Von der Unterkunft braucht man ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum, von dort starten auch die meisten Ausflüge. Unsere Gastgeberinnen waren wirklich super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn man jedoch kein spanisch spricht, braucht man auf jeden Fall einen Übersetzer. :)

Wenn man selbst mit dem Auto anreist, muss man auf den letzten Metern auf jeden Fall mit einer steilen und sehr holprigen Anfahrt rechnen, fahrt dort vorsichtig. Ich persönlich hätte mir noch eine Klimaanlage gewünscht, darauf habe ich bei der Buchung leider nicht geachtet.

Tres bel emplacement dans Minca, a proximité du centre. La vue de la chambre est incroyable, ainsi que celle où nous prenons le petit déjeuner. Nous pouvons observer de nombreux oiseaux juste en étant sur la terrasse ! Et nous avons Même pu y voir un toucan ! Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et le petit déjeuner est excellent 👌

The location was perfect, slight out of Minca town but only a 9 minute walk, it was so much more idyllic than staying in the town. The owners and everybody working there are lovely and cannot do enough for you.

Yolanda the owner is the sweetest person. She very caring about her guest’s experience and she’s very flexible qnd accommodating.

Inevitably there were many bugs, and that’s fine; but the pillows were very hard and stiff, so not very comfortable.

Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel avec une belle vue et de nombreux oiseaux. Yolanda est très agréable et sympathique. Nous avions réservé un taxi qui nous a fait faux bond au dernier moment et son mari nous a accompagné à l’aéroport de Santa Marta

Pour le prix de la chambre, il manque une climatisation.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux, la bienveillance et les nombreux conseils fournis pour les balades et les déplacements. Le petit déjeuner,, servi sur la grande terrasse dans un environnement superbe était vraiment très bon. La chambre bénéficiait d'une moustiquaire permettant de conserver la fenêtre ouverte sans être ennuyés par les insectes. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de profiter de la terrasse et du hamac.... Nous reviendrons certainement et resterons plus d,une nuit car le village nous a également beaucoup plu. Le fait d'être réveillés par les oiseaux est tout simplement magique. Nous avons pu monter à pied jusqu'à la finca de cacao La Candelaria car tout en étant excentré, la distance avec le centre du village est vite parcourue.

We loved the view from our balcony. Breakfast was good. Staff was very kind. They organized laundry service for us . It is one of the view hotels in Minca within walking distance from shops and restaurants.

Rooms were not the cleanest and the bed was uncomfortable.

Die Lage ist wunderbar zum Aufwachen und Vögel beobachten - mitten in der Natur. Auch der eigene Balkon ist echt schön. Trotzdem ist der Marsch ins Zentrum nur 10-15min. Der Ausblick der Frühstücksterrasse ist auch einzigartig und das Frühstück gut. Außerdem war die Besitzerin sehr, sehr nett, hat uns einiges über Kolumbien, Minca und die Umgebung erklärt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Zimmer sind sehr minimalistisch, aber hier sollte man ja ohnehinmehr in der Natur als im Zimmer sein.

Yolanda is amazing! She truly cares about her guests. Every breakfast is different because she doesn’t want anyone to get bored with the food. This was our best stay in Colombia. The property is also in a wonderful location: quiet, perfect for resting, with beautiful views and plenty of birds to see.

The location is magical—peaceful, lush, and perfectly tucked away from the center, giving a true sense of being immersed in the jungle while still feeling comfortable and safe. Waking up surrounded by nature and birdsong was pure joy. Staying at Minca Seasons Birds was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel not just welcome, but genuinely cared for. Their kindness, warmth, and attention to every detail turned our stay into something very special—we felt more like guests in a home than visitors at an accommodation. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and prepared with so much thought, especially for non–meat eaters.

Yolanda and her family really made our stay special. She cooked amazing breakfasts and looked after us very well. We also loved the large terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and many birds.

Todo es muy bonito el entorno, las habitaciones, el clima es rico y el contacto con la naturaleza es una de las cosas que mas destaca el lugar. Pero en especial nos vamos agradecidos con la atención brindada por la Sra Yolanda y su esposo, muy amables y atentos.

Super séjour à Minca, les hôtes ont été aux petits soins durant tout notre séjour. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et excellent. La localisation est top et la chambre spacieuse avec une jolie vue sur la vallée (et parfait pour observer les oiseaux).

Ons beviel de locatie, de goed uitgeruste kamers, prachtig uitzicht, hele aardige nieuwe eigenaresses (ze zitten hier nu een half jaar) vogelgeluiden, lekkere bedden, terras met uitzicht en hangmat bij de kamer. Goede loopafstand tot het dorp, maximaal 15 minuutjes

We had a wonderful stay! The view from our room was absolutely stunning, and we especially loved watching the variety of birds right from our window. The room was clean and simple—perfect for what we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short and easy walk to the town center. What truly made our stay memorable, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Would definitely recommend!

The location is a 15 min walk into town but it's in the nature and we loved the greenery around the area. The view from the terrace is nice too. The bed was big and comfortable and the room had air conditioning.

We booked the room last minute but when we got to the accommodation there was no one to check us in. We called and messaged the number on the reception door but no answer. After 40 minutes they responded to us via booking.com messages. One side of the pillow was covered in dust and what looked like dead ants. The towels also had brown stains on them. The shelves beside the bathroom were covered in dirty dust. The terrace was bare, with only two plastic chairs (although they later brought a plastic table on my request but entered the room whilst we were gone without informing us). No hot water in the shower. Unfortunately the photos look way better than the reality.

There was no mosquito. I don’t know why but it’s really good because I heard a lot of people struggled for insects in Minca. The room was clean, and there was no noise at night. I think it’s worth it to take this hostel

Location. I think it’s located quite far from central, so you need to walk around 10~15 minutes to get there. The only thing is that there is no light on the way back to hostel, so it’s quite scary to walk along the dark

Location was good only a 10 minute walk into town, and the massive terrace was a bonus!

I read loads of good reviews about this place but when we stayed we really weren’t blown away. The room was full of bugs, in the bathroom there was a small hole where lizards, ants and cockroaches could get in. I know we’re in the jungle here but we had already stayed at 2 other places in minca which obviously had some insects but it wasnt an issue like it was at this place. The shower didn’t work properly, the pressure was like a trickle of water, the WiFi would cut out every now and then and over all it just felt a little run down for the price.

A really nice place with big rooms and a nice view. Its only ten minutes from the center and staff was super friendly.

My room got really hot during the midday until the late afternoon and the fan was not really helping.

Very nice and pleasant accommodation. From the beginning, I was informed by the owner of the accommodation, Luis, about the options for traveling to the town of Minca and also for traveling from Minca. I received valuable information about things to do or see in the area. The host spoke fluent English, which was highly unusual in Colombia, and we appreciated and utilized it even more because of that. Everything was great, and we would return again.

You don't have easily contact with other guests.

The family is very kind and helpful. They told us about the trails in the area. The view from the rooms are wonderful and you fall asleep to the sound of nature. Good location and spacious rooms. They have installed curtains for the heat.

Everything was fine. We used the top terrace when it was sunny to dry our clothes and eat breakfast (we were in the room without balcony). It is simple but beautiful. The town is 10-15 min walk away, but that suited us fine.

Luis is a super friendly and helpful host. Amazing view from the room, the perfect chill out spot just a short walk from the town of Minca and al it has to offer.

The location and the view is amazing. The mosquito net is helping you to get a better sleep. A nice touch the bedside table and the small lamp as most of the hotels in Colombia, don’t have these. The owner is a great person, very kind and helpful.

I found the breakfast too little though, they could add some to it so it would feel more filling.

Luis was a fantastic host. He was willing to pick us up from the airport for a reasonable price and even stopped on the way so that we could grab dinner. He also let us leave our luggage with him for an additional day after our stay so that we could do a nearby overnight hike.
