Amazing location and you get a lot for the price you pay. Very good deal, you have a balcony as well and very large room. They were so kind to offer late check out and helpful staff

Wi fi не всегда работал

Great location but very old building with the main entrance hidden in the back. There is a small shop at the front where the main address is, but is very easy to miss as there is only one sign in English saying WAIFIDEN inside the shop. We had a great looking balcony with a view over the public square and the river but the balcony doors do not close shut.

Very old room needing urgent renovation including the electrical. Bathroom very small and without separate shower. You have to shower over the toilet. Clean sheets and towels but dirty floor.

Lovely staff wonderful apartment and a strategic location in central Guangzhou

Location was okay

- checked in late at 11pm and they gave the king delux room I booked and paid for to another guest in exchange for a smaller room. No apology nor refund from the front staff and insisted it was my fault because I checked in late, despite already having paid for the room. - building was hard to locate. The shortcut entrance of the building was only opened during 10am - 5pm, otherwise you would have to walk one round in the cold to the entrance of the building - ALL furnitures within are extremely old and tattered, some furnitures and hanger were even broken. - there were stains and peeling paint all over - water heater can only last 20 mins at once. You can’t bathe consecutively. The next person has to wait another 20 mins for the water to heat up, and can only bathe for 20 mins before the heater goes off. There was a sign warning us but unfortunately this was stated in booking.com when we were making the reservation - shower drainage was very slow and would flood every time we bathe - tap at the sink was semi knocked off and water was flowing at a very awkward angle - hair from the previous guest was all over the Velcro sofa. It wasn’t cleaned well.

Nice location with really nice views of the river from the balcony of our room. Lots of places to shop and dine at walking distance plus the main ferry terminal for river cruises is also less then 10 minutes walk. Metro station is literally right opposite the building but we didnt use the trains at all in our time in Guangzhou as the taxis are soo unbelievably cheap.

Can be a bit tricky to check in as the building is shared with other businesses (shops, restaurants) and personal/individually ownsed appartments, with no clear instructions provided on how to locate the check-in desk. There is a tiny check-in kiosk/shop on the ground floor, with a sign showing the name Waifiden, right across from the park and next to other shops. Took us some time to find it after walking around the building. The bathroom in the room was too tiny with shower that was placed almost on top of the toilet seat.

Excellent location for shopping, easy to get around the city. The room had a beautiful view of the river, the apartment had all the amenities for comfortable stay

Cigarette smell in room

Very spacious room it’s a bedsit to be exact, with a balcony. Washing machine and a tall fridge freezer. Good value for money.房间很宽敞明亮，洗衣机冰箱非常方便，周围众多美食美景，闲时就可以去珠江边散步，很方便，物超所值

前台姐姐熱情主動，給予很多幫助。打掃清潔人員也很細心。 地理位置優越～地鐵2，6號線就在旁邊，陽台可以看到珠江河、海珠橋和解放橋⋯⋯。可步行到北京路、天字碼頭，高第街，周圍很多好吃和知名的餐館…… 房間兩張舒適大床，樓層高，有洗衣機。

如果廁所和浴室可以乾濕分離就更好了

日本人の「普通」があまり通用しないので、日本の方は特に気をつけるべき。 •Booking.comに掲載されている住所と微妙にズレた場所にある •その旨をスタッフに連絡しても返事がない •写真を頼りに自力でホテルのフロントに行くが、スタッフがおらず待ちぼうけを食らう もうキャンセルしようかなと、他のホテルを予約しかけたところスタッフが戻ってきたので結局泊まることになったが、その後もカードキーが突然使えなくなったり、Don't Disturbの札を掛けていたのにスタッフが部屋に入っていたりと、気になることが多かった。 (部屋のカードキーが突然使えなくなったのは、一旦日中にホテルに戻ったからスタッフがいる間に相談できたが、もし丸一日市内を散策して夜中に戻っていた場合はどうなっていたのだろう)

The location is good. Close to the river and have a nice view from the room. The main floor is a shopping mall for clothing and accessories. The building itself is very outdated but the room inside is decent. It is big but cleanliness can be better.

The main entrance is locked around 6/7pm at night. So you have to go behind the building to enter. Security is weak because the building has a lot of business operated by these units' owner. Everyone can access to all the floors. Right across our room is already a massage clinic and they are opened late at night.

LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. ROOM WAS EXCELLENT AND STAFF WAS GOOD AND COOPERATIVE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR NEXT TRIP.

Convenient location, less than 5 mins walk to Metro station, less than 10 mins walk to Beijing Road pedestrian street. The room was very big and the bed was comfortable.

The tile floor wasn't moped clean. There was no shower curtain in my room.

The location is convenient, close to the river. We have a nice view from our unit. The room is spacious, but the bathroom is really small. It has a washer in the balcony, but we did not use.

The place is very outdated. There are a lot of units rented for business use. Across my unit, it is a massage/spa business unit. The room itself is very dusty, windows are coated with a film. The main entrance close at night. So you have to go to the back entrance to enter the building.

The name doesn’t Exist, the photos are fake, they are private people renting some apartments in the building than letting on booking.com to as a hotel

O check-in foi de noite e não tinha ninguém na recepção. Eles ficam no hotel do lado, mas só tem um cartaz escrito isso em chinês. Após isso foi rápido.

L'emplacement est idéal. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent et il est facile d'accès. Le personnel est a l'écoute et bienveillant. C'était propre et fonctionnel.

We loved this apartment, I would stay here again for sure. But if you are booking need to point out it’s a little strange. The room is fantastic with great balcony overlooking the square, but outside of the room the entire floor is offices, some not even occupied, and next door is a barber shop. The building itself is a little run down. This is not a hotel. If you like that sort of thing it’s perfect. Like I said we loved it.

We arrived late and couldn’t find the correct door. It’s actually really close to the metro exit, we walked way further than we needed with our bags. Called the number but she spoke Chinese only. Took us a while to get through the translation. No problem though.

No aircon so very hot. Smokers paradise, apparently, because it stinks of cigarettes!

The location was convenient for me. The staff where helpful. The cost was god value, but to get a good price you have to book at the right time of day.

The room wasn't made up until late in the afternoon.

Air-conditioning was amazing. Washing with hanger to dry was convenient. Beijin lu was nearby.

Security wise. Anybody can access to the floor and the door lock should installed more locks from the inside to give double security.
