Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Goede locatie dichtbij alle voorzieningen met parkeerplaats. Airco’s in alle kamers. Over het algemeen is het appartement schoon behalve sommige details. Communicatie met verhuurster loopt prima en ze reageert snel.
Zwembad was troebel op zondag maar ook op dinsdag nadat deze behandeld is op maandag. Wij durfden niet in te zwemmen. Badkamertegels waren niet schoon genoeg (je voelt dat die glibberig zijn). Onder de bedden was het een beetje stoffig. De voorzingen in het appartement beginnen een beetje gedateerd te raken.

La piscina è piccola e sempre piena ci sono i residenti del residence che stazionano tutto il giorno. La pulizia lasciava a desiderare: i tappeti non conoscono l'aspirapolvere, un lenzuolo era macchiato di giallo. Non funzionavano i telecomandi dei condizionatori. Gli aereatori dei bagni sono rotti, come anche alcune lampadine.. A mio avviso il rapporto qualità prezzo non è buono.

Não simpatizei com a banheira , era muito alta, tive alguma dificuldade em sair!! Tirando este pormenor , para o grupo tudo foi perfeito e tranquilo .

Only grumble- the address is very confusing, even for the taxi driver. If it was listed as "Les Residences Al Hanae - building number Hanae 9" then the street name and area - it would be much easier to find.

The location provided was a bit complicated. I understand in Morocco GPS doesn’t work that well but for taxi purposes will be better for the hosts to provide a more accurate location.

Reviewed Nov 29, 2025Très bel appartement. Bien agencé, bien meublé , bien équipé et très propre, dans une résidence sécurisée avec parking disponible. L'emplacement est idéal à proximité de la plage et la Marina. La propriétaire est très sympathique. La connexion Wi-Fi est puissante.
