Prachtige lokatie hoog op een berg. Zeer viendelijke eigenaar, moeder kookt zeer lekker! Ook de trip langs het meer vanuit Lecco is de moeite waard.

If you want the best views of lake Como this is your accommodation, Federico was very friendly and very helpful! The accommodation itself is a bit out of the way with lift up the hill and then a 5 minute walk to the accommodation, but once you’re there you have complementary breakfast and a great menu for dinner, definitely worth paying the extra for lake side view because it really is breathtaking

L'emplacement est juste incroyable, une magnifique vue en restant au calme, et le personnel très réactif et surtout souriant et agréable.

Si on devait trouver un demi défaut sa serait la literie.

Adoramos o alojamento, as vistas do quarto eram espetaculares. Fizemos uma refeição no restaurante do alojamento e foi a melhor da viagem toda! Aconselho vivamente a experimentar a comida deles.

A localização é muito complicada para chegar a pé sozinhos pelas subidas extremamente inclinadas, apesar disso tivemos quase sempre o senhor a ir buscar nos a um ponto estratégico para n termos que ir a pé. Fica um pouco complicado tentar conciliar com ele horários muito cedo de manha ou mais tarde á noite, mas mostrou se sempre disponível.

A wonderful place with a charming, rural atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful nature. The location is peaceful and relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle, with an absolutely stunning view of Lake Como. Waking up to such a view was truly special. A perfect place for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the area. The road to the property can be quite challenging, but it will definitely appeal to anyone who enjoys a little adventure. However, if you are looking for comfort and luxury, this may not be the right place for you.

The breakfasts were not very varied — scrambled eggs, baguette, cake, and yogurt with fruit were served each day.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful going above and beyond. The breakfasts were plentiful, and the dinners were for extra € but were also lovely all cooked in the house by their mother. ♥️ I'd like to add that the more rural location up in the forest is a blessing considering how stressful and messy the road on the lake shore could be especially if you love a short adventure. This all goes to mention that this is by far the most stunning view in all of Como. Highly recommended!!

We had a small window.

The location of the agriturismo was realy beautiful. High above lake Como in the Middle of te Woods. With a fantastic view The owners were very kind and helpfull. Our car broke about 6 km away and Federico picked us up without any problem. We also had a fantastic diner and breakfast was also good. A very nice stay at a beautiful place with very kind People ! Thank you Federico and Alarico

Estaba muy lejos por tanto habia dificil comunicacion con el pueblo. Debido a esa imposibilidad de bajar decides cenar en el complejo y la calidad/precio deja mucho que desear

Majoituksesta oli erittäin kaunis näkymä Comojärvelle. Kuljetus toimi hyvin majoituspaikkaan ja sieltä pois.

Le personnel était très chaleureux, bienveillant et accueillant. Les gérants avaient toujours le sourire et ont toujours été agréable. La chambre et l'établissement en général étaient propre. Les petits déjeuners sont complets avec une partie salée (œufs brouillés, carottes râpées, concombres, salade) et sucrées (céréales, gâteaux, excellente brioche, pâte à tartiner, miel, confitures, beurre, fruits, yaourts aux fruits, jus de fruits, lait, infusions, cafés). Les dîners sont vraiment super bons. Ça vaut vraiment de bons restaurants. La vue à toujours été à couper le souffle, par beau temps comme par mauvais. Les photos des balcons ou de la salle à manger ne mentent pas.

Malheureusement, pour avoir cette vue il faudra fournir pas mal d'efforts. L'auberge étant située très en hauteur, il faudra avoir du cardio pour monter la côte. Il faudra compter un peux moins d'un kilomètre pour monter la première partie très pentue jusqu'à l'église Madonna dei Ceppi (accrochez vous bien en voiture, c'est très étroit et rocailleux) puis environ 600 mètres à pied sur terrain rocailleux en forêt. Fort heureusement, les gérants de l'auberge se proposent de faire la navette pour vous et vos bagages. Le mobilier est aussi un peu vieillissant. C'est bien écrit qu'il n'y a pas un confort d'hôtel, ça fait très bien le travail, mais il faut le savoir.

Camera non pulitissima e troppo basica come servizi. Wi-Fi funzionava male.

Tout!!! Le personnel, le repas, l'emplacement !! La vue wow!!!! Magnifique ! Quelle belle découverte ! Un petit paradis caché ! Merci Alarico et Frederico pour votre accueil et disponibilité malgré notre retard! C'est parfait, ne changez pas ...! Je vous conseille vraiment de suivre les consignes des hôtes, car l'accès est compliqué en voiture.

un peu de sport pour monter jusqu’à l’auberge , mais ça nous a fait du bien. On en ressort avec une belle anecdote

Uitzicht en personeel

Buiten uitzicht beviel niets, je kan er niet met je auto komen, je moet 1 km eerder parkeren en lopen naar de accommodatie, helling op bijna niet te doen, als je kinderen zou hebben absoluut niet haalbaar. Eerste dag wordt je nog opgehaald met een “shuttle” om je koffers mee te nemen voor 500 meters, de rest van 500 meter neemt de eigenaar je koffers mee en moet je alsnog lopen. Werd niet benoemd tijdens boeken pas na boeking kregen we een e-mail, wij dachten 2 volwassenen 1km lopen vooruit maar echt vreselijk omdat stuk te lopen als je heel de dag ook nog eens op pad bent geweest. Ontbijt ook niets.

La vue de la chambre était incroyable, le personnel de l’établissement très serviable. Nous avons dîner sur place et le menue était très bon!

Un lieu magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle, à l'abri du tourisme de masse. L'accueil au top avec le sourire, malgré quelques difficultés avec la langue, car nous ne parlons que Français, mais nous avons bien rigolé avec nos hôtes. Un grand merci à Frederico et son frère pour nous avoir fait passer un moment super. Sans oublier le repas et le Petit déjeuner qui nous ont totalement satisfaite et bien sûr l'accès atypique à ce lieu. Merci Anthony

Man hat einen super Blick auf den See und die Berge. Außerdem sind Federico und seine Familie sehr hilfsbereit

Der Weg zum Hotel ist sehr steil. Und auch das Frühstück bestand nur aus Fertigprodukten

Virkelig søde og hjælpsomt personale, som nyder hvad de laver. Udsigten var virkelig virkelig smuk.

Den inkluderede morgenmad kunne godt bruge noget brød eller andet. Det meste var kager, frugt eller meget sød yoghurt. Ellers var maden virkelig god og autentisk.

The views were phenomenal, the staff were very helpful and caring. We had a great stay overall!

Si nous avions compris le message nous aurions eu beaucoup moins de difficulté à parvenir au logement.

Je hebt s’avonds de keuze om te eten in het restaurant. Een echte aanrader om te doen. Het eten is echt heerlijk.

Het mooie karakteristieke gebouw bevindt zich hoog op een berg, dus bereid je voor op een flinke wandeling. Voor je spullen is er gelukkig een service. De kamers zijn functioneel ingericht, maar misten iets van een koelkastje of de mogelijkheid om gedurende de dag iets van koude drankjes te kunnen pakken in het restaurant.

A Comói-tó mellett, a hegyoldalban található a szállás, Az eléréséhez a tulaj transzfert biztosít, így könnyen elérhető. A szálláson világbajnok a panoráma, a szoba is kiváló. Az ételek is nagyon finomak, helyi alapanyagból készülnek.

Mindennel meg voltam elégedve.

il B&B è in una posizione ottima vista lago. Siamo stati ospiti la sera dei fuochi sull'Isola Comacina, proprio di fronte al B&B. La struttura a conduzione famigliare è ottima, personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo camminato parecchio nel bosco, abbiamo mangiato molto bene al ristorante. La colazione è stata abbondante e completa di tutto, dolce e salato. Unica pecca ma non per colpa loro faceva caldissimo. Pensavamo di scappare dalla città per stare al fresco ma ci siamo sbagliati. Alla prossima vacanza.

Unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare il bagno della camera n. 4. doccia troppo piccola con tenda di plastica che si appiccica addosso ed è molto fastidiosa.

Federico 是一个特别特别好的人，往返接了我们两次上山，超级感恩☺️！他妈妈做的晚餐也特别的棒。 民宿的景色是无敌的， 可以静静坐在阳台看着180 度无死角的湖景。 这是一个乡间民宿，就像酒店介绍里面说的一样， 我们不指望能够和酒店相比较， 但是Federico 他们一家人的用心我们都感受到了。好多的花花草草包围着房子， 满墙的茉莉花把香味飘进房间里。 我们早上是在鸟儿的叽叽喳喳声中醒来的， 无比的放松。 房子旁边的板栗树好大好大， 有机会想秋天的时候再去一次，捡板栗。 还有一头驴是不是叫唤几声，特别有意思。

Gyönyörű, lélegzetelállító kilátás, kellemes, nyugodt környezet, kedves, segítőkész személyzet, kényelmes ágy, finom vacsora.

A szoba berendezése kicsit egyszerűbb és a reggelire inkább édes dolgokat, gyümölcsöt kínáltak fel csak, de azok finomak és sok félék voltak. Számunkra ez furcsa volt.

El sitio es muy bonito y estas en la naturaleza

Cuando contratas el alojamiento te pone que tienes que andar 29 minutos aprox y es cierto lo que no pone es que hay que subir una cuesta con piedras que solo se puede si tienes un 4x4. Pero la cuesta es de unos 500 metros y después 500 mas ya planos. Si esto lo tienes que hacer cada dia después de andar por todos los pueblos de el lago de como, se te quitan las ganas de subir. El desayuno que está en el precio incluido es solo para personas que no tengan problemas con el dulce comprado en el supermercado y muy económico.la única tortilla que hicieron sabia a dulce y nadie se la comió la pusieron la misma, cada dia durante los cuatro que estuvimos,. el camarero, cocinero, recepcionista etc... no se cambio de ropa ni un solo dia y la camiseta estaba rota y llena de manchas. El primer y el ultimo dia nos llevaron en su 4x4. A sido la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en bookin.

Un petit bémol sur l'arrivée qui ne peut pas se faire en voiture.. heureusement que Frédérico vient nous chercher en voiture puis en quad!

Tesisin yeri hakkında maalesef yeterli açıklama olmadığı için bir günümüz tesise ulaşmak için geçti,son derece zor ,kötü ve tehlikeli bir yoldu ve oraya gidince bir daha da şehre inemedik.odada ne bir kettle ,çay kahve hiç bir şey yoktu..ayrıca uyarı yapmamıza rağmen üst katlara daracık merdivenlerden çıkmak zorunda kaldık:(ablamın ve benim dizlerimiz rahatsız alt odalardan oda rica ettik ama maalesef o odada kalmak zorunda kaldık aç susuz,oda da içecek su bile yoktu!!!şampuan yoktu!!!yemeklerde pahalıydı ve zorunda olduğumuz için mecburen yedik,sabah kahvaltısı tam bir fiyaskoydu,oldukça pahalı ve konforsuz bir konaklamaydı…ev sahipleri çok tatlı insanlardı ama ..hayal kırıklı yaşadık biraz..

Ich mochte es nicht, dass es sehr weit vom Parkplatz entfernt war, man musste durch den Regen und den Schlamm gehen, um Fisch zu essen, weil das Restaurant, das sie hatten, geschlossen war und man keinen Kaffee oder Soda trinken konnte. Eine schreckliche Erfahrung

Nagyon finom vacsora, a táj elképesztően szép. Az odajutás nem bonyolult de kell a 4x4-es autó, hogy feljuss a hegyre, ugyanakkor a szállásadó lejön érted a faluba ha kell. Nagyon kedves a személyzet és a hangulata a helynek fantasztikus.

Nagy csalódás volt számomra a szoba árában benne foglalt reggeli. Lehetett volna nagyobb választék, de a legkiábrándítóbb a reggeli minősége, ami nagy kontrasztban volt a feláras vacsrához képest (ami viszont isteni volt).

Incredible view and very lovely personal. I recommend this accomodation if you are looking for a peaceful place away from the crowds.

Vue du lac exceptionnelle. Accès à l'établissement "sportif ". Bon accueil, Frédéric est formidable et toujours disponible pour nous véhiculer. Les repas proposés sont de qualité.

Le personnel est très sympathique et fait tout pour satisfaire le client. L'emplacement est magnifique.

Notre séjour s'est déroulé au mois de mai mais il a fait froid et le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Pour le petit déjeuner qui est très copieux, j'aurais apprécié un vrai jus de fruit. Mais c'est un détail.

Det var besværligt at komme til, men det var en oplevelse. Det er et hotel for vandrere, som ville opleve bjergene på gå ben.

Very cozy place, in the woods where there is no noise except for birds singing. The owners are very friendly and do everything for your comfort. I will definitely come back here again.

La vue est splendide, la tranquillité perdue au milieu des bois (mais avec le wifi tout de même), la gentillesse du personnel, la petite balade dans la forêt obligatoire mais très agréable pour arriver à la voiture du personnel (500m)

Il manque un peu de choix salé au petit déjeuner et l’insonorisation des chambres

Le poche indicazioni della struttura e la mancanza di elementi di arredo in camera che la rendono molto minimale. Essendo che non ci si può spostare facilmente dalla struttura a nostro avviso sarebbe necessario avere una televisione per poter passare la notte
