I have booked already, it was confirmed. We are on the way, and talking to the owner that we are coming. He said okay, then last minute he said, cancel our booking cuz it's already fully booked. That sounds unprofessional.

The appartment was dirty, there was a delay in checking in. I canceleld the booking immediately. Then they showed me an appartment which was in better condition. Very much un cooperative management.

The host cancelled our booking at the last moment and asked us to cancel from our side, which was very unprofessional. We drove all the way from Dubai, and this caused us serious inconvenience. They claimed the flat was suddenly “out of service,” which is very hard to believe at the last minute. This situation wasted our time, fuel, and effort. Although we did not make any payment, the last-minute cancellation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. We believe the host should compensate us for the inconvenience, travel expenses, and the trouble caused. This was a very disappointing experience.

Nothing - Not worth the Money

everything was old and damaged. There was a lot of noise, and the housekeeper was very rude. It was difficult to get toiletries and towels for our entire group, even though they were included in the description. The place was infested with cockroaches and other insects, and there was a foul smell from the drains. Showering was extremely difficult due to low water pressure; we had to spend a long time in the bathroom just to get clean. Not worth for Money.

Korzystna lokalizacja - blisko meczetu Wielkiego Meczetu Sułtana Qaboosa (można dojść spacerkiem). Blisko do tureckiej restauracji, marketu, kantoru wymiany walut. Nie było kłopotu z miejscem do parkowania samochodu. Sam apartament - przestronny z dwiema łazienkami. W budynku jest winda, która ułatwia komunikację, szczególnie z bagażami

Ze względu na lokalizację - duży hałas do późna w nocy. Niedogodności w obiekcie - zepsuty czajnik elektryczny, który się nie wyłączał automatycznie i przez to nagrzewał zbyt mocno, powodując oparzenie na palcach przy jego dotyku; więcej niż skromne wyposażenie kuchni w szklanki i kubki (dla 4 osób); tylko 2 ręczniki dla 4 osób.

房间设施齐全，可以做饭。

网络极差，几乎相当于没有，大门没有标识，进门后是一个荒废的前台，堆满了废弃家具，上面落满了灰尘，留言也不回复，后来找到一个热心人帮忙才找到客服拿到钥匙。

Logement propre et bien situé ( 300m de la grande ̀de mosquée ), bonne literie. Commerce et restaurants juste à côté ainsi que pharmacie et change. Je recommande ce logement

O apartamento era grande e não era ruim a localização, mas a limpeza estava muito ruim

A limpeza estava muito ruim e pedimos para trocar, ele trocou, mas o outro apartamento também estava muito sujo, inclusive com toalhas rasgadas. Saímos antes do previsto.

The location was very quiet and clean, with an excellent setting. It was close to recreational places, restaurants, and hypermarkets. The owner was a very kind and good-hearted person, and if we needed anything or had any requests, he provided it quickly. I will definitely choose this place for my future trips to Oman.

اسواء مكان اقامة مريت فيه ف حياتي لا كهرباء ولا طاقم واساسا غادرت المكان قبل اقامتي فيه حتى ساعه لانه كهرباء لا توجد والطاقم مختفي من المكان... لا انصح بالعوده له

Good property and spacious

No staff to assist, no proper assistance, no daily cleaning of the rooms, no water provided. All this out in together and can be considered as unprofessional.

The location is perfect! With lots of shops nearby. Very accessible to all attractions. The apartment itself is clean. You pretty much everything you need. And the host is very nice and welcoming. ❤️

The water dripping from the AC’s, most especially in the living area.

I'm extremely disappointed with the apartment I stayed in. The place was filthy and very dirty, with no services provided. Additionally, there was no WiFi available, which was a major inconvenience. To make matters worse, the host was disrespectful. Overall, the apartment fell short of expectations in several areas. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The old ACs and wiring need to be fixed properly as kids can touch the power plugs and can pull the cables.

Like is the room is reallh nice and the dislike is they are not even providing water

My stay at this apartment was very good. Everything is near to you and reachable.

Good location and affordable

I visited the rooms before our check in day and I saw a two-bedroom very clean and spacious so I decided to booked. But upon check in. The room given was clean but not properly clean. I even saw a cockroach in the kitchen and very dirty sponge for washing the dishes. Toilets doesn’t have trash bin. And also the air condition in the living area was leaking with molds on the wall. We booked the room during holiday so we can spend time with friends but they were complaining that they had bitten by bed bugs on the sofa while sitting. We decided to check out at night worrying that the bed will have bed bugs too.

Rest inn canceled our booking 2 hrs before we arrived. Communication was only by text and no one to greet us on arrival.

Accesible place, good to stay and very spacious with complete utensils in the kitchen.

Better to add some towels and sofas are quite old.

Suggest adding the following items to your apartment for better facilities and comfort of the guests. 1. 2/3 x Glasses for Water Drinking 2. 1 x plastic fry pan Spoon to fry egg etc. 3. 1 x Slice toaster or small electric oven for the toasting/heating of bread/slice 4. Ceiling fan in the rooms and as well as in the Lobby 5. Iron stand 6. One or two chairs for working on the laptop 7. Small hand towels 8. Have a bad smell in the apartment, especially in the Kitchen, Need better fresh air ventilation when not occupied

Location and value for money.

Everything was easy, smooth, good treatment and everything was good.

Departure time must be adjusted.

No car parking inside the premises. Need to park outside on the street.. though it is mentioned that the premises is anon smoking area, but very hardly smelled the cigaratte smoke.

Great location, clean and cozy stay. Pretty good for 2 families.
