Грязная комната, запах из кондиционера , старый ремонт. Несоответствие фотографий . Например спортивный зал с видом на город закрыт, хотя именно он был причиной бронирования !

Stayed here few times over the years, good bed and bathroom and balcony good location as shopping mall is over the road.

Always a smell of cigarettes in halkway. Terrible wifi this time they have TV but does not work, why do we stay here??????? Kitchen but no cooking equipment so why have a kitchen???

During the 4 days I stayed, the room was never cleaned. Every day I found new cockroaches in the floor. There was gum on the table, and sticky dirty spots all over the room. The hallways and room STINK of smoke and humidity, overall bad smell. You could hear water drops from the ceiling aircondition vent, making it hard to relax or sleep. And they charged me 20$ because the bed sheets had some dirty spots, which I don´t even know if they were from me or from before, because I only used one side of the bed. Great location, but overall very bad experience. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. In addition to all of that, there was no breakfast included. And in order to go to the swimming pool, you have to walk through the main restaurant. I didnt go because it was embarrasing to have the entire restaurant see me cross with a towel and shorts...

Guests from biggest neighboring country were smoking on the floor despite the smoking ban, was very unpleasant. Hotel overall seems like a handout from previous luxury/good state into more economy state with luxury remains but rundown/dirty state. Receptionist was absent on my arrival with no visible means to contact him. Hotel located in the same area as apartments provided by the building owner

Cleanliness off the room not good enough, TV chanel only to connect with Chinese application if you're not Chinese TV in the room can't watch anything.

I actually stayed at the property within 2 different booking during my trip to Cambodia one for 3 days and the other for 8 days and the room I got on the first 3 days was great and spacious and Fairly

The tv was never working and everything on the tv was in mandarin so unfortunately I never got to enjoy the entertainment system , and one thing that I had BIG issue was that when I book my stay the second time under the same room and prices listed they gave me a smaller room and when I brought it up to the front desk I was told that it was my problem and I booked it wrong knowing that I booked the right room which was very unprofessional knowing I paid the same price as the previous room I had and was down graded for whatever reason , also there were a lot of roaches in the middle of the night , and everytime I went to use the pool or gym it was always a 5 minute process ass they didn’t believe that I was staying in the hotel and that was very unwelcoming because after that I felt like it was a hassle for me to used the pool or gym which left me now wanting to go for that reason .

The hotel did not return my deposit and have said they will keep until I return to Cambodia which I am not

I should have been clearer for a requesting a non smoking room , as mine did have a slight sell of tobacco.

I stayed for 10 nights. I saw that it had been recently renovated which was a good sign. I want a place that does not stink of cigarettes and is quiet. Prior to my arrival the manager assured me all would be well. I was allowed to go to my room prior to check-in to see and smell it. The room looked just like pictured on bookings with all the amenities listed and was super clean and fresh smelling. At night cig smell might form by the doorway and one morning some cig smell started to leach from the apt next door but i go out in the morning so no big deal. I am a fussy old man and i was VERY happy with the entire stay. It is very quiet there. Housekeeping asked me every day if i wanted cleaning. Very nice friendly ladies. My last morning i had to leave prior to receptions 8am opening. I left my room key on the reception desk and from the bus i telegramed the hotel and requested my $50 deposit be transferred into my ABA bank account. The deposit was in my account within a half hour. A 100% great place to stay.

My suggestion to the hotel is to tell people their $50 will be confiscated if they smoke in the non-smoking rooms. This might encourage the guests to just smoke on the balcony which has an ashtray. The only thing that would have been nice is dish tv instead of 100% pre-recorded chinese movies and games. But this was not a deal breaker as i did not come to PP to watch TV.

Very clean, good facilities

The hotel only accept cash but they don’t mention that on booking.com. I have credit and debit card but couldn’t pay by card. I had to withdraw cash at an ATM and the fee was very high. The hotel doesn’t have basic tools such as umbrella to support guests when it is rainy and guests need to go out

They have taken $50 as advance before take by the room and during our check out at 6am in the morning there were no staff and desk was closed. As when I reached my country they cancelled my booking completely and never reverted my advance. So hopeless and very bad experience. Never book this property and do not pay the booking advance.

The staff is really helpful, the room gets cleaned every day if you want it to, the bed is really comfy, and the bathroom is modern and clean.
