Reviewed Jul 23, 2025The location is in the city center. It is about 10 minutes away from the twin towers. The apartment consists of a big bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, a balcony, and an open kitchen.The apartment is very comfortable. Suitable for two or three people at most. On the ground floor of the apartment there are three grocery stores and a restaurant. The area is active and lively. The apartment manager, "Monir", is helpful and friendly.
The apartment is not cleaned daily, but only once a week. The furniture is a bit old, and some of the covers on the furniture are dirty and probably haven't been cleaned for a while, such as the fabrics on the tables and the cover on the sofa. There is no clothesline to hang the laundry. The water spray in the bathtub is very uncomfortable. Early check-in before the scheduled time and late check-out costs 25 ringgit per hour.

Bathroom needs renovation. Roof was covered in mold. See pictures. The door was partly rotten and the bathroom was not clean. Other rooms of this renter might be better but ours was not unfortunately.

The flat we got was slightly different than the one in the pictures and on 31st floor which had great view. Unfortunately the flat was pretty worn down: big stains on the sofa, stains on towels and foot mat, simple (which is fine) but pretty old furniture. Some rusty things in the bathroom etc. Flat was probably great 15 years ago, not now anymore

Reviewed Jan 3, 2025The location was perfect. Close to the train station and close to the heart of KL. The room was really big and you have everything that you needed such as towel, kitchen tools etc.
The soffa was dirty. Highly recommend to wash it or change it.

It's not clean. Mold was spotted many places near basin and in toilet. The bed is not clean at all. We only stayed for 2 nights. And we were out of the room most of the time. Still my husband got insects bitten in the back, I got bitten near my waist. It's not recovered yet even after 1 week. I cannot stand such non-hygienic bed.

A bit noisy outside as it’s located next to a highway - late night motorbikes but this can’t be helper

Reviewed Oct 18, 2024Everything was a 10. The apartment is new, spacious, well equipped and has a great location. The building has swimming pool, gym, ATM and 2 shops to buy groceries. It is located at about 10 min walking from Petronas Towers. The place is safe and comfortable. Everything was clean. I really recommend this place.
I would add something to hang the clothes in case of using the washing machine
