Cleaner does move your things about and you can’t find them !

It's central location, however it was quiet. Very clean lovely room, even though it was single it was very spacious. The staff were very helpful.

Very well located. They are very helpful through the messages before attending to the place, for any doubt you may have. The room was quite big and they adapt the breakfast to your preferences.

It does not have a private parking spot, but they gave us suggestions to park, although we had a little misunderstanding, it was OK at the end. The view to the room was to the inner courtyard.

Ubicado en el centro de Catania, un antiguo Palacio reconvertido en alojamientos turísticos. Cama amplia y cómoda, baño completo, y muy silencioso. Hay ascensor para llegar a las habitaciones, si bien la nuestra estaba en un segundo piso, al que se accede por unas escaleras. Aire acondicionado más que necesario para Sicilia en verano. El propietario nos buscó el aparcamiento, a 100 metros del hotel, por 15€ al dia.

Valeria es de las empleadas más eficientes y agradables que he conocido. Todo el tiempo se preocupó por darnos lo que necesitemos. Inclusive en el desayuno. La habitación es muy cómoda.

Scroll no.further! Location was excellent for monastery, Duomo, market, loads of restaurants and bars...quiet for sleeping. It was a haven from the 41 degree heat! Breakfast was delicious, and Valeria looked after every single guests needs. Could not fault our stay. We are so grateful to Valeria :)

The lady that meet us came out of her way to let us in. Really lovely person and very professional. Loved the single room. Lovely and clean. Close to the Hub of Catania. Would stay there again for sure.

La habitacion y el lugar. Es una casa de departamentos muy antigua, y bien de la zona, pero los departamentos estan 100% modernizados y con todas las comodidades. En plenos centro de Catania, pero no se escucha nada de nada. Muy bien ubicada y tranquila

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Do Duomo kilka minut spaceru Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem - pomoc przy zameldowaniu i wejściu do budynku pomimo północy. Śniadania b dobre, do wyboru ser i wędlina oraz na słodko. Codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników. Sprawna klimatyzacja. Dostaliśmy late checkout więc łatwiej było ogarnąć podróż na lotnisko.

For some reason I missed the breakfast included part and this was such a nice surprise! And what a variety! The room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated - everything one needs. The receptionist is a lovely lady and super helpful. Communication with the host was easy. Location-wise, it is in a good location close to the fish market, the cathedral and the old castle. It is a bit of a walk from the train station, but manageable

Milá a ochotná paní na recepci, s čímkoli poradila. S tak uklizeným pokojem jsme se ještě nesetkali - dokonalý úklid, čistota. Výborné snídaně. Velmi blízko historického centra. Volili bychom jednoznačně znovu.

Při příjezdu nás překvapilo, že ubytování je umístěno za vraty ve vnitrobloku. Pak jsme zjistili, že v Katánii v takové krátké vzdálenosti od centra jsou tak řešena všechna ubytování - tudíž se ani nedá označit - nelíbilo…

The property is in an excellent central location in the city center. We really enjoyed the neighborhood. Easy walk to restaurants and sites. The building is accessed through a shared courtyard. At check in you are provided a code to the elevator. Valeria was wonderful - very friendly and helpful. She shared information for local restaurants and places to visit. We really enjoyed talking to her, Excellent breakfast! Each morning Valeria provided a delicious and varied breakfast. Both savory and sweet items, local fruit - all very fresh. The eggs were delicious! The property is also very clean, comfortable and quiet. Nicely updated. We were there for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay.

Super Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der historischen Altstadt entfernt. Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. AC funktionierte einwandfrei. Sehr nettes Personal - per WhatsApp immer erreichbar. Für uns wurde nach Rücksprache ein Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe reserviert (15€ pro Nacht).

The location and the staff could not be improved. I felt so well cared for and in short walking distance to anything I wanted or needed. The room has two skylights but no window for a view. That said, it’s very quiet and peaceful as the walls are very thick.

Getting in and out of the property was challenging with suitcases and such. This is not a location for anyone with mobility concerns. While there is an elevator, the entrance requires four separate doors with codes or keys and a narrow set of stairs to the rooms.

While on the outside the building looked old like the rest of the neighborhood… the inside was wonderfully modern and clean. The breakfast menu was wonderful and the service excellent. The staff are all very kind and caring. The food options in the neighbors were plenty. Food in Sicily over all tasted amazing. The location was walking distance to the elephant square, Benedictine monastery and the Catania cathedral.

Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Dom entfernt und ist somit ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Altstadt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Catania zu Fuss zu erkunden. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich mehrere Bars sowie eine Bäckerei, wo man unkompliziert frühstücken kann. Da wir bereits am frühen Nachmittag in Catania ankamen, erhielten wir nach dem Online-Check-in eine detaillierte Anleitung per WhatsApp, wie wir selbstständig Zugang zur Unterkunft und zu unserem Zimmer erhalten. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und verfügte über bequeme Betten. Auch das Badezimmer war grosszügig bemessen.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was easy to find, very central to everything but a bit removed from everything as well so it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was great with an option of sweet or savoury.

I highly recommend this hotel. From my point of view main advantages of this accommodation. 1. It's located in historical center of the city. 2. Amazing stuff, they did their best in order to help with any request/question. They are really hospitable. Tips about good café for evening and best way to other city. They can help. 3. Wi-Fi connection was stable during my whole stay. I watched RG(tennis) online without any problems with connection. 4. Room was clean. Towels have been changed daily. I forgot my shive at home, but even shive was in this hotel. Huge respect. 5. Various options for breakfast (you choose what do you prefer). Breakfast is quite big. All in all, this hotel is a good idea, if you are looking for beautiful place in Catania.

C’était très beau et confortable. Le déjeuner était de grande qualité. Valéria de la réception ainsi que le propriétaire Giovanni étaient extrêmement sympathiques. J’y retournerais sans hésiter.

Un peu compliqué d’y accéder le soir pour le checkin comme mon vol était tard. Je devais saisir un code à plusieurs endroits et c’était très noir dans la rue, la cour intérieure et l’édifice.

Super klimaanlage, komplette Ausstattung im Bad von Zahnbürste bis Rasierer und Rasierschaum... Personal sehr freundlich, kümmert sich um alles von Taxi rufen bis Ausflüge buchen. Auch über WhatsApp erreichbar 24/7.

In unserem Zimmer waren zwei dachfenster auf 3m Höhe und kein Fenster zum raus schauen. Aber für zwei Nächte war kein Problem.

Amazing place to stay. Super helpful staff for check-in process. Everyone we met. From receptionists to cleaners were so friendly and welcoming. Very comfortable room and it was completely spotless. The breakfast was delicious and there was so much food. Could not recommend it highly enough!

There is nothing I would say that we did not like about our stay.

The breakfast was nice. The room was clean and it was close to the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Don't let the pictures and name fool you - if you expect something exclusive (you want to treat yourself), it's not what you get. The pictures are highly polished and the place is by far not as glamorous as the owner would like you to think. The door makes loud clicking-clacking noises when someone open a door or something else in the place; this happened every couple of minutes and might easily wake you up at night. Stuffed toilet paper near the lock to fix the issue. Catania is not a nice city in my humble opinion. It's dirty and the air quality is bad, there is almost no greenery. If you have to go there, this place is an option. Noto is a nicer option, for example.

Top Lage, schöne Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Sehr gutes Frühstück und absolut freundliches, sehr kompetentes Personal. Eingangs Situation beim self Check in nicht ganz einfach, wurde aber per WhatsApp genauestens beschrieben, sogar mit Video. Problem mit einer der Türen wurde in 2 Minuten per Telefon gelöst. Absolute Weiterempfehlung für ein zentral gelegenes Stadthotel.

Eingang erst mal durch einen etwas heruntergekommenen Innenhof, Kleidung und Badeartikel wurden beim Zimmer machen "aufgeräumt", was ich nicht gerne mag. Finde das sollte dort bleiben wo die Gäste es möchten..

Excellent petit-déjeuner. Personnel très à l'écoute des demandes des clients, très attentionné. Très bonne situation géographique. Hôtel au calme.

Nie było problemu z zostawieniem bagażu przed i po godzinach meldunku, udostępniona łazienka.Sugestie co do transportu,kolejności zwiedzania,polecenia miejsc gdzie zjeść bardzo trafione i pomocne.Pokoje czyste i ciche. W naszym okna dachowe- dwa, ale bardzo widno i cicho pomimo bliskości tętniących życiem ulic.Widok po wyjściu z patio codziennie pozytywnie zapraszał do zwiedzania.

A due passi da Piazza del Duomo, una struttura moderna in un palazzo antico dotata di serrature ed ascensore elettronici (viene fornita una tessera magnetica). La camera è perfetta e viene pulita ogni giorno, il personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Unico, piccolo, neo ma ininfluente: per accedere al bagno della mia singola, bisognava scendere degli scalini. Soliti problemi di parcheggio, per chi ha la macchina, ma risolvibili rivolgendosi ad una rimessa lì vicino (chiedere maggiori info al personale).

La ubicación es buen pues está cerca del Duomo y las principales atracciones . La habitación era suficiente y estaba a muy limpia . La señorita de recepción muy amable y antes de llegar contactaron con nosotros vía WhatsApp lo que facilitó la entrada

El edificio asusta , sobre todo si se entra de noche . Lo cierto es que la mayoría de los edificios de Catania están muy deteriorados y sucios

A localização é muito próxima do centro histórico

O estacionamento é de propriedade particular; quase que o dono estraga nossa viagem pois a grosseria dele foi tão expressiva que ficamos chocadas; estava super alterado e nervoso reclamando que estava nos esperando no local e não chegávamos (estávamos descarregando as malas no quarto pois o estacionamento fica a 7 quadras de distância do hotel). Ficamos chocadas e tristes pois foi nosso impacto na chegada.

La struttura è in un'ottima posizione nel centro storico, facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto ma a pochi passi a piedi da tutti i siti di interesse di Catania. Abbiamo ricevuto assistenza attenta, cortese e veloce, sia alla prenotazione che durante tutto il soggiorno, tanto dal proprietario che dalla Signora alla reception. Ci è stato consigliato un garage al chiuso nelle immediate vicinanze molto conveniente. La struttura è di recente ristrutturazione e la camera ha arredi essenziali, ma funzionali e nuovi, il bagno è ampio e fornito di tutto il necessario (è la prima volta che in un albergo trovo anche il diffusore per i capelli ricci). Ottima in generale la pulizia. Per la colazione, benché non sia previsto un buffet, sono serviti, su richiesta, buoni prodotti freschi con ampia scelta. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura per le vostre vacanze a Catania.

Great place to stay in Catania. Location is very central. The host was super friendly and helpful. They offered savory or sweet breakfast, the savory was scrambled eggs and a generous plate of meat cuts and selection of cheese. As I do not eat pork they offered me non-pork meat cuts. On the day when we had to leave early for Etna hike they prepared for us delicious sandwiches as a packet breakfast/lunch.

Everything was just great.

Mit dem Auto kann man nicht vor der Unterkunft anhalten, ein möglicher Parkplatz (nicht von der Unterkunft) ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Zimmer hatte keine normalen Fenster - nur Dachfenster.
