L'emplacement, pour le parking car il y a une grosse côte et pas pratique avec les valises du fait qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur également. Canapé dur et pas de climatisation dans le salon.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026C'est un véritable tranquil oasis . Le propriétaire est très réactif et aimable, et a immédiatement résolu nos problèmes. L'endroit est très propre et confortable. Nous avons été pleinement satisfaits.
Un petit détail : pour les personnes âgées, il s'agit du troisième étage sans ascenseur.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026الشقة واسعة جدًا، وكل شيء فيها جميل ومرتب، وصاحب المكان رجل رائع ومتعاون. ولو كنت مكانه لوفّرت في المطبخ بعض الأساسيات مثل الشاي أو القهوة والسكر، خاصة أن تكلفة هذه الأشياء بسيطة جدًا، كما أن المكان بعيد نسبيًا عن المحلات، لذلك قد يكون من الصعب على الضيوف شراء هذه الاحتياجات فور وصولهم.
كما أنها بعيدة عن البلدة القديمة، ووجود سيارة يكاد يكون ضروريًا، لأن المشي في الطرق المرتفعة والمتعرجة قد يكون متعبًا وصعبًا

El termo se queda pequeño para 4 personas, si hay personas mayores tener en cuenta que es un tercer piso sin ascensor

В квартире мы чувствовали себя как дома, есть всё то, чем мы пользуемся дома, в том числе вся посуда. Есть терраса, на которой можно погреться на солнышке в теплое время.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Functional home of everything we need, including cooking facilities. Spacial unit with a balcony, enough to do yoga.very tranquil. The facilities are as advertised. Most importantly, the owners responses instantly whenever we had questions! Stairs are good for exercises!

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026Peaceful and safe place in a local neighborhood. Close to the casbah, medina and waterfalls, within a walking distance to the Spanish mosque. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Well stocked kitchen, each bedroom has a reverse AC. It was cold for us to take a shower, when we asked Jawad about the space heater, it was delivered the next day. Jawad is a wonderful host, hospitable, kind, patient. He provided very good explanation about finding the apartment and recommended good restaurants. The apartment was very quiet and peaceful at night, it also has a large balcony. A washer is a huge bonus. We felt welcomed and comfortable. Many thanks Jawad!

Reviewed Jun 10, 2025Nice apartment. The airco was not working on the day we arrived but the host send someone to fix it, within a hour it was fixed which was really nice. Parking space is in front of the apartment but it is on a sharp climb so keep that in mind when you arrive.

This did not bother us but it is up quite a steep hill and numerous stairs, if this is an issue for you.
