Lo que menos me gustó fue la distribución del baño. La ducha no contaba con una división que evitara que el agua se esparciera por el resto del baño, por lo que al terminar de bañarse todo el piso quedaba mojado, incluyendo el área del sanitario. Esto resultaba bastante incómodo, especialmente al tener que utilizar el sanitario después de la ducha. Adicionalmente, el desagüe parecía presentar algún tipo de obstrucción, ya que el agua tardaba bastante en evacuar y se acumulaba durante la ducha. Considero que mejorar estos aspectos haría mucho más cómoda la experiencia.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026The kitchen was amazing and well stocked with all the things one would need to cook. I enjoyed making breakfast with a view of the mountains as well. The room was small and simple - perfect for just resting in after a day out.
The noise level from the nearby park was loud in the morning. Not by fault of the property - to note I would reccomend bringing ear plugs to sleep.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Despite it being a budget accomodation, we really appreciated our time staying here. We had a double room with own kitchen, fully equipped and with plenty of space. The common area was nice and cosy. The neighborhood is perfect if one wants to get a slice of local life: the sports complex next door is simply amazing, the streets very walkable, enough restaurants and shops without it being too touristy. Ángela was of amazing help and so serviceable, we would recommend this place to anyone!
The place could do with a little renovation, but for the price you pay, it is superb value.

O quarto é bem apertado, e poderia ter ao menos alguns ganchos para pendurar toalha, bolsas etc. Além disso, o banheiro compartilhado estava com um cheiro Horrível e forte

The first night I booked the studio on the ground level, which had quite strong weird smell the entire time, and the water system is just in the room so very loud every time when you use the water.

Sinceramente no me gustó nada, la habitación se veía en mal estado, olor a cigarro, guardado, el baño es compartido, no vi que en la publicación se hable de eso, las toallas y los tendidos no se veían limpios, al entrar nos saludo una par de cucarachas, sinceramente no recomiendo el lugar. Muy insatisfecho con el lugar

The top floor is fantastic, with places to work quietly to yourself or socialize on comfortable couches. It is a beautiful open air area. This easily became my go-to spot for landing in Medellin, and many people here seemed to share the same sentiment.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026La chambre était simple mais spacieuse pour 2 avec un grand placard, ceintres, un bureau et un ventilateur. L'emplacement est idéal, face a un grand complexe sportif avec accès à tout (prêt de raquette sur la terrasse parfait pour le terrain de tennis), le stade est à 25min à pied, la calle 70 pour sortir est à 20min à pied aussi (privilégiez le taxi au retour). Centre commercial à 10min ainsi que des salles de sport et sport de combat (Evolution Fight Club incroyable pour pass journée ou semaine). Terrasse agréable et cuisine très bien équipé. Propreté faite tous les matins dans les salles communes (sdb très bien). Nous y sommes retourné 2x simple pas cher et emplacement.

El area comun trataban de mantenerlo siempre limpio a pesar de que algunos huespedes dejaban suciom, el area de limpieza pasaba a limpiar, en la cocina tienes todo lo basico y mas para preparar tus alimentos.
me gusto todo pero quizá a algunos huespedes que despiertan tarde no les agrade el sonido del avion muy temprano, por lo demas el hospedaje es una maravilla.
