Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Let's start with the check in procedure that were pretty complicated. To begin with, this isn't a hotel room. No receptionists to talk to. No amenities left in the room. The towels reeked... No room service. No cleaning. No storage area for your luggage. Nothing but poor communication and bad customer service that was merely done over WhatsApp. A complete rip off and waste of money.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026The location was very convenient close to many eating places and spas. The view from the balcony was great. The bed was very comfortable. Soft lighting in the room gave it a cozy ambience. Staff response was fast. The faulty kettle was replaced within 30 mins of my calling in. Communication with the host was AI assisted and was fast and efficient.
It was hard to locate the exact letterbox where the card key was kept as the unit number did not run in sequence with the rest of the units. A photo would be helpful. Only 1 card key was supplied. This means the 2 guests must always be together which made it rather inconvenient at times. Should have requested for one more. The long corridor leading to the room was not airconed and not well ventilated. Coupled with the thick carpet which appeared not so well cleaned, the corridor was smelly. There were no daylight curtains in the room to filter out the morning glare. Not enough hangers were provided. Should have requested for a few more. Finally, the microfiber towel provided tend to smell after just one use unlike normal cotton towels that can be used several times. No teaspoons were provided. Should have requested.

I would like to make a complaint about this property that we were staying in. The first day we checked in, the floors were extremely dirty. Walls and ceilings were peeling off and had debris on the couch. The balcony floors were extremely dirty and even had a dead cockroach. The two other couches were extremely mouldy. The bath room smelled stale and there were stains every where like it hadn’t been scrubbed with soap/liquid. There was hair on the bed and chewing gum on the wall. Upon checking with the host, he was unapologetic and said ‘nobody goes into the balcony’. He then got someone to come over to our room to do the cleaning. We stayed on unhappily as all other properties nearby were either fully booked or extremely pricey. We are very disappointed that a huge platform such as booking.com has such unpleasant units.

Self check in process ok. But when i wanted to extend stay worked out ok - but was lack of understanding of needs of some customers (i.e. not wanting to carry luggage around for 3 hrs between checking out of one room and checking into another. Before booking extra nights actually messaged to check i could stay in same room - was asked for booking # - then booked extra nights - then told i would have to move rooms. I understand there is a issue of allocating door codes - but process could be better when people want to extend stay

I received a whatsapp message a week before the stay and it was sent by a completely different name from the booking. I didnt know it was from them as there were so many on-going scams so I blocked the number. No email nor chat was sent here to let me know the message was from them. Upon checking in, I was lucky to get help from hotel staff which does not work for them but kindly showed me the way up to a quiet carpark where I can get my keys from the letterbox. Bedsheets looked a bit used and has a little stale smell to it.

The ceiling peeled off with debris on the sofa and floor. Ceiling lights not working. Floor vinyls peeled off and damp. Cracked glass on balcony railing support. The room is very smelly. Toilet rusty, no locks and transparent glass (no privacy). Downstairs is very noisy. The room feels creepy including the lift and walkway.

El mantenimiento de la estancia está dejado. La tapa del water rota, la puerta del armario chirría, la cortina que separa el water rota, poca luz en el baño. Y la limpieza deja mucho de desear, sobretodo espejo y cristales. Internet tampoco nos funcionó bien. Y el check-in online con tantos pasos y códigos para acceder a la habitación no fue de nuestro agrado.
