The rooms are very adequate for us. Spacious living area. Karaoke set was also available and the kids enjoyed it!! The kids love the pool!! Convenient to Klebang.. there's a massage place across the road.. overall it was a pleasant stay for us!!

Plates and cutlery were dusty. So were the toilet sinks, i swiped my fingers across the sink!! There were insects flying around the master toilet.. my son saw it and told me!! The plates and glasses were ceramic so we were quite cautious about using it and had to place it on top rack to avoid any breaking. There were no dish rack either. No cold water dispenser but didnt cause any issues as we put some cups in the fridge for it.. it would definitely be nice if a night light available for each room.. we had to leave the toilet light on to make do..

Great Location & Fun Amenities, but Needs Better Ventilation Pros: Easy check-in with clear instructions for key collection. Strategic location—super convenient to find food around the area. Fantastic bonus facilities! The retro TV games and mahjong set added extra fun to our stay. Areas for Improvement: Ventilation & Odor: The bathroom ventilation needs improvement. Toilet/shower odors linger for a while, and we had to leave the fan running constantly to clear it. Wall Condition: The walls are starting to peel, likely due to the high humidity. Overall, a enjoyable 2D1N stay with great entertainment features, but a little maintenance and better airflow would make it perfect!

The location is nearby to city centre and other attraction such as Klebang Beach. The beds are big and comfortable. The bedroom air cond also functioning well

The condition of bathroom quite poor with slow water pressure except from the sink water tap. Came across few cockroaches during my stay. Need to do proper cleaning and pest control. Please install a fan for the living room since it is warm during daylight becoz there is only 1 horse power air cond installed in the living room and the unit is facing sunlight during the day

I liked the spacious rooms, the service of the management and the parking was very convenient and safe.

There is room for development on the bathroom hygiene. The floor is a bit slippery. The securities at the lobby was a bit blur at the start but we managed our way.

B-19-09 by Heystay Management was good. Fast respons and can let us early check in. Self check in was easy just follow the instruction was given. The house was very clean & comfy. They give an extra towel & comforter. Washing machine & dryer also provided.

the toilet only was so smelly. once we enter the house, the toilet door is open and the smell was bad. We use fragrance shower gel also cant get rid of the bed smell. Overall, everthing was good & smooth except for the toilet. management please do something cause i have read the bad review for the toilet smelly is about 2 to 3 years ago till now with the same issues

I reserved a 14pax 5-bedroom apartment but in fact it is a 2 bedroom apartment + a 3 bedroom apartment. I think this is cheating as it is different from what is listed on booking.com. I want one apartment that can accommodate all of us, not two! I read from the comments that 3 car parking slots will be provided for a 14pax 5-bedroom apartment. So I wrote to the management about the parking slot and they told me only 2. And when I received the check-in information and I realized that only 1 parking slot will be provided! Do you expect 14 pax in 1 car? This is ridiculous! The comments about the smelly toilets by other reviewers are true!

3 bed apartment has 3 bedrooms. Ramen restaurant nearby was excellent.

We booked a 3 bed apartment. It had 3 bedrooms. TV in bedrooms, not in main living area Floor was not fitting, the floorboards slid. There was a smell in the apartment, AC filters were filthy. Bedside tables were off level. The venue wasn't near town centre, so we had to either walk a few km or organise transport Laundry - washing machine and drier - had a smell inside, need to be cleaned or replaced.

Location wise it may be better option.

Hygiene level was very unsatisfied. Bed sheets were full of dust. The toilets were smelly.

Due to last minute my trip plan changes and quite late evening so found one of the cheapest to overnight and check out next day morning. Laundry is the best but didn’t use. Very spacious and bedroom and bed not bad is comfortable. View is nice. And windy can without aircon.

Dear Booking.com Support Team, I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at a property booked through your platform. The experience was extremely disappointing, and several key aspects of the listing were **misleading or not delivered as promised**, resulting in significant inconvenience and frustration for my group. **1. Parking Issue Misleading Information** The property description clearly stated that **3 parking spaces would be provided per unit**. Based on this information, I booked **2 units (a total of 5 bedrooms)**, expecting a total of least 3 per, as promised. However, upon arrival, we were informed that only **1 parking space** was available for our entire group. This was completely unacceptable. We were a group of **14 people** arriving in multiple vehicles, yet had to share just **one parking spot** and **one lift access card**. This caused major logistical issues multiple guests had to park far away, we had to coordinate constant movement of vehicles, and only one person could conveniently use the lift at a time. What should have been a relaxing and comfortable stay became unnecessarily stressful from the very beginning. **2. WiFi and Connectivity Non-Functional Throughout the Stay** Each unit was supposed to include its own WiFi connection, but upon arrival, **neither unit’s WiFi was working**. I immediately alerted the host, who responded promptly but unfortunately **did not fix the issue** throughout our stay. To make things worse, the **mobile signal (especially for Maxis users)** was extremely weak at the property, meaning we had no usable internet connection at all. In today’s world, reliable WiFi is a basic necessity, especially when advertised as part of the booking. The lack of connectivity was not just inconvenient it made it impossible to use key amenities like the **karaoke system**, which requires internet access. **3.

The aweful smell in bathroom is bad. Bathroom not clean. Master bedroom tv not working. Not well prepared for guests.
