The host and cleaning staff were wonderful and very friendly. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable Ample parking available.

Felt at home immediately. The accommodation was comfy, cozy and well equipped for a long stay. Host was friendly, helpful and responsive. It is in a beautiful neighbourhood and a short walk to the beach. Would definitely book again!

It's a very well equipped flat with everything one needs,, including laundry facilities in the building and very comfy beds. It's a walking distance from the beach and to a shopping centre with a grocery store, coffee shop, bars. Communication with the host was a plus. Recommended.

Could do with air conditioning, but then again we were visiting during a heatwave.

The beds, the kitchen, the living room were great. The location was awesome. The best part was Sam. She made our stay easy and comfortable, and she was just lovely in general.

The doors were slightly squeaky and didn't close properly. That means if there was a breeze then doors would squeak and bang shut. And the bathroom would be wet after every shower. Not great with 4 people.

I loved everything about this apartment. Sam went out of her way to accommodate us and she made sure the apartment was in immaculate condition when we got there. She was there to meet us with a smiling face and her excitement was contagious. The apartment was so well equipped. Everything you would need to have a comfortable holiday with kids especially. Its a stones throw away from the most spectacular sunset beach. About a 2 min walk. There is a coffee shops near by and the area itself is so peaceful and stunning.. I would definitely be booking this apartment again. Thank you Sam for making my stay so memorable

Our stay at Silver Sands was nothing short of exceptional, and this is entirely thanks to Sam and her amazing team. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcomed and completely at home. Their hospitality is warm, effortless, and truly world-class.

The host is exceptionally awesome. The security is exceptionally good and the cleanliness is top notch. Every week the apartment was cleaned. And the apartment is very spacious and homely. All the kitchen equipment was available and when we arrived we had milk biscuits,sugar and coffee ready for us. Toiletries and clean towels are provided every week..in a nutshell exceptional apartment. And the host suprised me with a beautiful cake and flowers for my 50th birthday. Thank you so much Sam😘

Der Kontakt zu Sam war super nett, und sie hat uns sogar die größere Wohnung gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr stilvoll und sauber. Die Lage ist zwar nicht in Kapstadt im Zentrum, aber genau das wollten wir so. Man ist dennoch in kurzer Zeit überall und der Strand ist auch ganz nah. Die Gegend ist eher gehoben und sicher. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

The area was beautiful and very safe, very close to the beach, as well as a small center with a garage close by. The hostess was superb, very friendly, caring, always there to offer any assistance. Loved every moment there.

Quiet location near a beautiful beach, only 15 mins drive from Cape Town. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable and the host was very attentive and helpful.

Everything was great from the beginning until the end! Sam greeted me and she is a wonderful hostess! We ended up chatting for quite a while. A wonderful person! The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped. It was super close to the beach for some lovely beach walks. The apartment even had certain measures against load-shedding, which unfortunately happened during my stay. The only reason I'm not giving a 10 is the lack of ventilation in the main bedroom, but then again, I get hot quickly. This does not deter me from staying here again or recommending this place. Absolutely wonderful!

Silver Sunsets was such a beautiful apartment. The area, Milnerton is a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Sam was very helpful and constantly checking up on us to make sure we were comfortable. I will definitely book this apartment on my next visit to Cape Town.

The location was stunning with a short walk to the beach. The staff were lovely and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here.

Sam's apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Sunset Beach. It was very clean and well-equipped (milk and coffee were already provided—thank you!), and apart from a dishwasher, nothing was missing. Since we were upgraded to the larger apartment, we had more space than we actually needed. A special highlight was Sam’s accessibility and helpfulness.

Great comfy spot for the family. We booked the two 6 sleepers, the apartments followed effortlessly into each other, it was like living in one house with the either family. The host, Sam, was very accommodating to all our requests and made us feel at home. She was always very approachable.

Coming from a different side of the country ,you worry about parking, the parking was open, however, we did not have any issues with it.

Very spacious and bright appartement, equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. Located in a safe neighbourhood at walking distance from the beach. Also, not far there is a small shopping complex where you can have coffe and buy essentials.

The owner Sam met us and made sure we were well settled and provided us with basics such as milk, teabags, coffee, washing liquid, washing soap, iron and ironing board. There is also a shared laundry room with airers, iron and ironing board. It was nice to sit outside on balcony and enjoy the view and ocean smell of the atmosphere. Property 200 yards to the beach. The cleaner came every other day. In a safe area, saw the local patrol cars.

Could have enjoyed TV such as the news- only Netflix and a few other channels. Missed the news channels and South African channels.

The property is located perfectly. 200m from Sunset beach, close to major shops and malls in a lovely area. Sam is a superb host and we were warmly welcomed. What's more is that she maintained communication from start to finish - excellent customer service! She runs a tight ship with the noise policies and we are greatful that all who lived there during our stay, were respectful of those. The apartment is clean and well-kept. True value for money!

The place is in a quiet street and close to public transport which worked well for me. WiFi is also very fast and worked well for my meetings. Sam's also an amazing host and was always making sure the family and I were comfortable throughout the stay.

Sam is great - friendly and helpful and so welcoming. The beds are comfortable, the whole flat is well equipped. It is well located and we could easily get to the places we wanted to visit. I will definitely stay here again.

I would have liked a curtain on the shower. And perhaps some heating in the bedrooms, as it did get quite cold at night. But these are small things.

Sam, the host of the apartment, is exceptional kind, supportive and professional!!! She responded quickly to our request anytime during our visit. In addition, even before the visit, she gave us information on the facility of the apartment, and tennis clubs in the Cape Town. The room is well designed, simple and beautiful to accomodate our family. Our kids liked the comfortable bed. It would be better if there are some more kitchen utensils, such as dishes and small bowls that could be used for microwave directly. One more thing: The extremely strong wind of sunset beach with beautiful view of table mountain was amazing! It was our first experience to feel pain because of the sand blown by the wind.
