i collected the parking card and access card from the mailbox. to enter the house, the host share with me the passcode. so overall its an easy check in and check out process. the property is located right to the kinta water front. its definitely in the center of ipoh. if you want to go to the memory lane on Sunday morning, you can just walk from this property. what i love the most is the pool. there's no people at the people and its so big.

Washroom doors needed an uplift (expanded from moisture leading to difficulty closing them) Having bowls would be nice

The house is clean and equip with all the necessity.

The sound proof can be better. Can hear clearly the footstep sound during the midnight.

The apartment was clean and worthy for family. The location to near to shop , shopping and restaurant.

The homestay apartment was decent overall, but there’s room for improvement. The location was convenient, and the apartment was clean. The air conditioning worked. The bed was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive, which I appreciated. It’s a good option for a short stay.

There were a few issues that affected our stay. The kitchen sink was unusable because the pipe underneath was leaking, which caused quite a mess. The floor trap in the main bathroom was clogged, leading to slow drainage, and the water heater wasn’t working, making showers uncomfortable. These maintenance issues should be addressed to improve the overall experience. Furthermore, no Netflix. We have to use our account to watch Netflix.

Obvious dust on table, tv cabinet . No proper cleaning though . Should provide shampoo and body wash separately

The master bedroom's TV is not working at all

Apartment was great, comfortable beds. Good location to explore Caves and nice sofa layout.

The bathroom wasn’t clean (toilet & shower in particular). Separate to the apartment but the cafe by the pool is small portions for food and adds 10% service charge so wouldn’t recommend.

The apartment is very spacious and quite recently renovated. All the modcons are available (and in working condition) lighting, air conditioner, large screen television, internet TV and of course the free internet. The kitchen has all the necessary kitchen utensils plus a fridge, stove, induction stove, electric kettles and a washing machine for your convenience. And in good working order. And the water pressure of the kitchen sink tap is quite strong with a water filter connected. Spacious room for the Master bedroom with an ensuite bath. The King size bed is nice and super firm plus wardrobes with ample space. Even though the clothes hangers provided are of a mixed bunch of hangers, they are quite useful for your clothes. And two pillows per person are provided together with comforters and extra ones are stored in the wardrobe. Good view from the windows without the worry of someone staring back at you 😊 The ensuite bathroom comes with a separate shower stall and again with good water presence. There is a separate hot water supply with a hand-held shower wand if you need a hot shower. There are two other smaller rooms, one with two single beds and another with only a single bed. Both rooms have wardrobes and working air conditioners. And a separate bathroom with a shower stall with hot water, bathroom sink and well lighted with an air vent. There is a separate dining area and living/lounge with a large screen TV at the latter. The cable networks have a great range of channels 😃 plus the internet is quite good. And the balcony, great view of Ipoh city plus quite useful for a high rise to allow fresh air and breeze in when not using the air conditioner.. Overall, the apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished, with all the essential electrical modcons in good working condition. The lighting is 'show room' quality and the electronic door lock is quite convenient however needs a bit of time to get used to.

Should have ceiling fans a norm for our tropical weather in the bedroom, dining, lounge areas as we're there in late December with the rainy weather, the fans would be a better choice. The apartment may need a 'once-over' clean up to tidy and scrub off some areas, especially the master bathroom walls and floor, and also the balcony glass wall. Loose light switch and the big shower head in the master bedroom bathroom may need to be straightened and/or screwed back. And one of the window panels in the master bedroom needs fixing.

Good location and convenient

1. Could hv done a little bit better in the cleaning of the bathroom especially in the master bedroom 2. Would have been good if a better quality body wash was provided. The one given had one kind of a look...soap settled down at the bottom of container with water on top. Could not use it cos it looked bad. 3. Lighting in toilet could be brighter. 4. Overflowing water from shower area made floors wet 5. TV in the room did not work 6. The single bedroom had a slight foul smell prob from acond

The overall house is clean and well maintained especially the kitchen and living room. There are ample of blankets and extra pillows. The check in and check out processes were very easy and straight forward. Good place to stay and highly recommended.

The sharing toilet was not very clean, there are dark spots and dirty stains on the back door and also the floor. Please pay more attention on the toilets cleanliness. As for the master bedroom toilet, maybe need door or shower curtain so that the water would not flow over to the toilet and make it wet.

Place is nicely decorated and fully equipped except for shampoo, however, the place is not well cleaned, floor and table is full with dust, wash basin in the bathroom is not clean either. Bathroom in master bedroom should have shower screen, so that the entire floor is not wet when used

Apartment is beautifully furnished and clean. Location is central and parking is easy.

Suggest to have clear instructions on arrival i.e. where to park, how to get to security desk (having separate hotel and apartment side is a bit confusing), maybe what to do if the guard is not around. Also suggest to put a few mugs in the kitchen. Hard to make coffee in the tall thin glasses. :)

We stayed here a few times before, so it was easy to find. Close to town, easy to get food. There is a 7-11 store at ground floor. Host is nice, the place was clean and easy to check in. Will come again!

Kitchen didn't have any dish washing detergents. There was a constant loud machinery sound in the back bedrooms.
