Overall, the villa itself was well-furnished, spacious and very clean but the guest experience was extremely disappointing. Make sure you take good care of your belongings or the cleaning staff will steal them.

Our stay at the villa was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication, lack of transparency, and poor handling of guest concerns. Firstly, there was construction noise every morning during our stay, which made it very difficult to sleep or properly enjoy the villa and neighbors were constantly burning stuff that affected air quality. We were not informed about any ongoing building work before or during check-in, and only after we complained was it acknowledged that there was construction taking place in front of the villa. This is something guests should be told in advance, especially when paying for a peaceful villa stay. Another major concern was that there appeared to be no staff or security on ground to assist guests during the stay. Once you check in, you are essentially on your own. This is very worrying, especially in the event of an emergency or if urgent assistance is needed. Communication during the stay was poor. At one point, when we needed assistance, we were told the staff member was in the village because of a ceremony, and we had to keep following up before getting proper responses. This added to the feeling that guests are left without proper support after check-in. The most concerning issue happened after checkout. We left the villa in a hurry and later realized some personal belongings had been left behind. The villa team was quick to send us a photo of a broken candle tray, but did not proactively inform us about any personal items left behind. When we raised this, they initially said nothing was found, but later confirmed that clothing had indeed been left behind. They also admitted that their team was not thorough enough in reporting left-behind items. Despite this, they continued to insist that the sunglasses we were most certain we left behind and other belongings were not found, which is definitely a lie and very concerning given that their initial inspection had already proven unreliable. Really sad experience

The communication was seamless. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The location was slightly out of the city centre but easily accessible via the Grab app. I highly recommend this accommodation.

There should be instructions for the ceiling fan, it doesn’t turn on from the remote unless the switch on the wall is on.

I loved this place. Off the main tourist trail but very easy to order taxis and bikes and food delivery. So peaceful. I’ll definitely be back.

Was good. Internet did not work for 6 hours on our arrival which was not a good experience as we rely too much on internet for ordering food, booking cabs etc. we had kids so becomes difficult to engage when travelling.

Stylish 2 bedroom villa swimming pool in the middle of 2 bedroom and a kitchen. Quiet and good for better sleeping!

Location is not easy accessible for people go to party and go buy something quick. Need vehicle to go proper tourist area!

The host was very friendly and made the check-in and check out easy. Keep in mind the villa is just outside Seminyak. It was well equipped with all the necessities, was very welcoming, neat and tdidy.

The property was very clean and easily managed. The host was really warm and comforting and made our stay a seamless experience. She also arranged a romantic experience for us. Ulfa, Ayu , and Wiji cleaned the property well. A good stay if you visiting Seminyak!

Tam anlamıyla harika bir deneyimdi! Merkeze biraz uzak ama çocuk yoksa motorla 10dk’da merkeze inebiliyorsunuz. Zaten villadan çıkmak istemeyebilirsiniz. Yakınında büyük bir market var ve alışveriş yapmak kolay. Ev sahibi Pier ve eşi harika insanlar. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek istiyorum.

Beğenmediğim bir şey yok ama havuzu kullanınca etraf ıslanıyor ve çok kaygan olabiliyor. Özellikle çocuk varsa dikkatli olmak gerek.

The property has a homely vibe and at the same time gives you that leisure feeling too. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay . The owner is very helpful too.

This place was beautiful, comfortable and luxurious all at once. The rooms were intelligently designed with lovely ensuites, and most of all very clean. The staff were also super helpful and friendly, ensuring a smooth and easy experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We received the warmest welcome! The villa was brand new, beautifully styled, very clean and spacious. The bed was comfy and we loved the mix of indoor and outdoor areas. We found the area to be peaceful with minimal to no road noise. Hosts were extremely attentive and responsive too. The amenities were fantastic with options to add on a butler service and in-villa massages. We would return here in a heartbeat and urge others to choose to stay at these brand new villas as you will not be disappointed!

The location is slightly out of the way from central Seminyak and popular eateries. It’s not too bad, but just takes a bit longer to travel due to traffic.

A Perfect Stay at Sueno Villa! Sueno Villa is one of the most beautiful villas we’ve stayed at in Bali! The owner, Pierre, and his wife were always attentive and went out of their way to make our stay special—even surprising us with fresh fruit and other thoughtful gestures. The location is great—just a 10-minute bike ride from the center. The pool is fantastic, and the mattresses and pillows were so comfortable that we had some of the best sleep ever. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious and felt like home, with a chef preparing it fresh for us in the morning. A huge thank you to Pierre and his wife for an amazing stay! You’ll definitely hear from us again on our next trip to Bali!

We also requested a special anniversary setup, and it was done so beautifully that it exceeded all our expectations. Every little detail was taken care of with such care and thoughtfulness.
