Pure House--Free shuttle Service to South Gate of the Forest Park,Attraction Tickets Serivce in advance, Mount View, Nature village and Tranguility

The hotel is in a very quiet, peaceful location. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. Food is available at the hotel - we ate breakfast and dinner and enjoyed the food. If the weather's fine, you can eat outdoors by the beautiful garden. Staff were very helpful in dropping us off at the South Gate to the national park and also collecting us at the end of the day via a WeChat message.

Everything was good. Travellers should be aware that the national park is enormous - depending on the gate, it could be a 40 minute journey by car to reach another gate. Planning your route around the park ahead of time is essential to ensure you're staying at the right place for your visit.

Had a gorgeous stay. Staff went above and beyond to help. Very close to the south gate of the forest park and staff helped us arrange all of our tickets. Exceptional good value for money. Room was spacious and comfortable, air con was easy to use and view was lovely. I slept so well here, the bed was massive and comfy. Restaurant on site with extensive menu.

Restaurant food was hit and miss. The line in the listing about there being a free shuttle to the south gate is a bit confusing because we paid for a taxi to the park (it is cheap, but there isn't a free shuttle bus or anything like that).

Service is super friendly and helpful with tickets and transport. Room neat and nicely arranged.

Kettle and cups, but no tea/coffee in the room.

It was very nice, comfortable, and earthy! We love the design and decor. The staff was so sweet and accommodating!!

Easy to find and close to the parks South Gate : Very helpful staff giving useful information about visiting the park.

Nothing

Matt was super helpful, as was everyone at the property. Matt booked all of our tickets to the attractions in Zhangiajie. He also called me in the States using WeChat to go over the details in advance.

The manager and his family were very accommodating, really friendly, and very helpful.

The management team they work with were more bothered about selling me a park pass than helping me get to the hotel. Not helpful when you’re trying to locate the hotel with the taxi driver, after they’d sent me to the wrong place. The hotel is not walking distance from the South Gate, so don’t take their advice and go there. My advice is to give the driver the hotel managers contact number on route, and get them to get clear directions.

The location was pretty good, you are 30min away from the south gate of the National Park forest by foot. The family that owns the hotel is lovely and very helpful even though they don't speak English. And in case they have an assistant with whom you can speak English. And our room was really cute.

We just needed a fridge maybe with the heat there was.

Very classy, big rooms in a beautiful boutique hotel! Helpful and friendly staff. Great location very close to one of the entrances of Zhangjiajie national park. I totally recommend!

Location is best, very clean and comfortable room with great view. Helpful staff offer tickets booking service in advance, we have lunch ,dinner at hotel restaurant that was really good.

We love here, quite and very relaxing place , away from city noise. The English assist and the host were very helpful and always ready for the help.

Great location , very proximity to national park by foot or they offer shuttle service to drop u off at south gate. Warm and helpful staff assist with booking the national park ,glass bridge.

The location is good, which is close to the south gate of park(not crowded at all), the room is well design with good view. The staff was so nice to help get all the tickets for the must- see attractions in Zhangjiajie.

The staff was very friendly and helpful for our trip . they arranged the airport pick up and helped me booked us tickets for the park and Tianmen Mountain. Great location for the park. You can walk 20 minutes or they can drop you in the front of park entrance.

Great stay next to an incredible national park. The host is really helpful and supportive and prepared everything that we wanted for the travel. Thank you so much for the hospitably!
