Reviewed Oct 27, 2025The staff was really helpful, kind and polite. They helped with any problem we had and it definitely affected our experience making it wonderful. The rooms were clean, spacious, light. The view was fantastic… also, I loved the bath which I took every evening, it helped to fully relax after a long walk. The hotel was 5 minute from the South Gate to the National park which is comfortable. Long story short, this 3-night-stay was the thing I wished for a long time. Fantastic stay and nature around! Thank you ^^ Definitely come back)

Reviewed Jan 19, 2024The hotel has a great location and I really appreciate the peaceful environment. After living in the city for so long, it's nice to be in the mountains. The hotel is located near the south gate and provides shuttle service to and from the gate, which is very convenient. The restaurant serves breakfast and the staff is very accommodating, even when we wake up late. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
