Gorgeous 2 bedroom chalet with a very welcoming host. They cooked a delicious vegetarian dinner and breakfast for us, which included vegetables from the garden. One of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in.

The 2 bedroom chalet doesn't have a lot of privacy. The bathroom has glass walls. There are curtains, but look closely at the pictures in case that might be an issue for your group. There are probably better rooms at Forest Glass Inn if you prioritize privacy.

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing. The owner was incredibly helpful—most people recommend booking guided tours through travel agencies for Zhangjiajie, but she explained everything so clearly that we were able to explore independently at our own pace. We absolutely recommend staying here! The rooms are very spacious and equipped with everything you might need. They even helped us with laundry, which is a lifesaver when traveling for a long time. The nature surrounding the hotel is breathtaking, and the views are truly majestic. Breakfast was beyond tasty, especially their homemade chili oil—it was unforgettable. Overall, a fantastic experience in every way!

This little interlude in the mountains was, without exaggeration, one of the most wonderful moments of our trip to China! We were welcomed by two truly extraordinary women, in a traditional guesthouse nestled in the heart of nature. The setting is simply stunning, and the room was just as lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the complete disconnection, far from the noise of the city, did us an incredible amount of good. We dined at the restaurant every evening, and every dish was an absolute delight! Xiaomei is a remarkable woman: always smiling, kind, and incredibly helpful. Thanks to her, we were able to organise our visits to Zhangjiajie National Park with complete peace of mind. We leave with light hearts, filled with joy and deeply touched to have met such exceptional people.

Поселила нашего взрослого сына в отдельный номер, при этом не взяла дополнительную оплату. Организовала нам экскурсии в национальный парк, бесплатно подвозила нас до ворот парка. Очень хорошие завтраки, фрукты, вода. Рекомендую этот отель и еще раз большое спасибо Сяо Мэй.

Oltre alle stanze particolari, alla location immersa nella natura, all’ottimo cibo, alla disponibilità dello staff, ho trovato delle persone squisite che porterò sempre nel cuore! Отель великолепнейший! Много разных вариантов проживания. Я останавливался в куполе. Расположение среди сосен. В номере все обустроено для комфортного проживания. Кровать с белоснежным бельем. Имеется грелка, я включал перед сном, т.к. очень приятно ложится в уже теплую постель 😊. Есть чайник с чаем, мини холодильник. Приветственная тарелка с фруктами. Телевизор и система кондиционирования. В туалете душевая, унитаз с подогревом 😊, гигиенические и бритвенные принадлежности. Гель для душа, шампунь и кондиционер. Белоснежные полотенца. Также имеются одноразовые полотенца в индивидуальной упаковке. Конечно, можно поискать какие-то недочеты, но в отеле такая приятная атмосфера, что отдых проходит только на позитиве. Хозяюшка, Xiaomei, великолепнейшая женщина! Окружит вас добротой и заботой! Организовала мне встречу в аэропорту. Помогла мне с покупкой билетов в парки, подсказала наиболее удачные маршруты и заранее распланировала временные интервалы, что бы все успеть! Всегда находится с вами на связи. А какая у них вкусная кухня! 😋Пальчики оближешь. Все по домашнему. Да, если вы кушаете острое, попросите у них соус. Они его сами готовят, с травой, которая растет у них в горах. Это просто взрыв вкусовых рецепторов! Атмосфера уюта, заботы и доброты, в сочетании с великолепнейшей природой и чистейшего воздуха, сделают ваше прибывание в гостинице незабываемым! La ubicación al lado del parque, y el lugar es muy pintoresco, se siente muy local. Tenian calefacción y calienta cama para los dias fríos.

El baño se filtraba el frio, las opciones de comida eran muy locales (esta bien, es rica, pero a veces se necesita algo mas occidental en el menú). El precio es elevado al lado de otras opciones más lujosas en China.

Eine sooooo wundervolle Gastgeberin, die zu allem mit Rat & Tat zur Seite steht, Empfehlungen gibt, Tickets bucht und auch mal selber losfährt. Die Unterkunft liegt außerhalb der Stadt schön ruhig im Wald, jedoch nur 10 min weg vom Nationalpark. Die Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten sind sehr vielfältig …

This was such a beautiful find at the entrance of ZhangJiaJie national park. The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable, the food is homemade and nourishing, and the surroundings are magnificent. Xiaomei is a star. She helped us plan an excellent two days of exploration including ticket reservations and transportation, and helped make it all so easy. All we had to do was follow the signage and move :) I would highly recommend this stay for anything looking to explore this gorgeous corner of China.

This was such an enjoyable stay. Really felt like we were guests of long distance friends. It is a family run business and the staff were amazing, very helpful with planning the trip/days, booking tickets and finding ways to get around. Language is not a problem thanks to technology that helps with translating. The food was fresh and delicious. The location couldn't be better, feels like you are actually staying in Zhangjiajie park itself but without the crowds. The rooms are all very clean and styled well.

Xiaomei took care of everything for us, including park reservations, tickets for shows, accommodating our requests and changing needs, helping us out , carrying our luggage in the rain, and providing umbrellas when needed, and finally even taking me to a hospital and serving as a translator between the crew and me. She took care of our commute to everywhere we needed, made us terrific breakfast, and sat with us for explanations as our guide to the area. The hotel itself is a great eco friendly resort and is a wonderful place to stay. This was the best hotel in our 1 month and 12 different accommodations. It was much more than a place to sleep or stay, at was a cardinal part of our trip . We stayed in the rainbow units and they are absolutely beautiful.

Absolutely magnificent experience, the best hotel I've ever been to

Ottima la colazione e soprattutto ECCELLENTE l 'host della struttura : gentilissima e sempre presente per ogni richiesta . Inoltre ha organizzato tutti i tour in modo impeccabile .

Xiaomei is a great a host as I can imagine. She is so helpful and friendly we felt almost like family. She planned out itineraries for each park/attraction, and walked us through each day with a map. After the first day's itinerary proved to be busier than our family prefers, she adjusted her recommendations. The food from her kitchen was delicious, especially breakfast, and she accommodated our dietary restrictions. She also taught us how to use her automatic mahjong table, and we enjoyed playing for some hours before we left. The property is beautiful, as are the traditional-style buildings that we stayed in.

The property is right outside the south gate of Zhangjiajie Forest Park. This made it very convenient to the park, but it's not very convenient to the town of Zhangjiajie. It is also located up a long winding drive that the local taxis on Didi will not drive up. The host needed to help us by either calling a car that is willing to go to up the hill, or driving us up and down the hill herself (which she was always happy to do). It was only a minor inconvenience, and just required us to be more intentional about our trips to and from the property than we would otherwise be on vacation.

I highly recommend staying here during your visit to Zhangjiajie. The lady working there helped us organize the entire trip to the national park — we had very little time — and assisted us with purchasing tickets, for which we are extremely grateful. The property is located in a beautiful area surrounded by nature, where you can truly feel the jungle atmosphere. We had constant contact with the staff both before our arrival and during our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this place

Xiaomei, gestrice della struttura, è di una gentilezza disarmante, ancor prima di partire ci ha aiutati a prenotare e acquistare tutti i biglietti necessari per visitare il Parco Nazionale di Zhangjiajie, la porta del paradiso e il Grand Canyon con ponte di vetro aiutandoci anche ad organizzare il nostro tour di 3 giorni con tanto di mappe in inglese. Prima di partire l'abbiamo informata che saremmo arrivati in mattinata e nonostante il check-in fosse programmato per il pomeriggio si è mobilitata per pulirci e prepararci le camere non appena si sono liberate, inoltre, presupponendo che fossimo partiti molto presto, ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo una meravigliosa e abbondantissima colazione che abbiamo davvero apprezzato! La prima sera abbiamo deciso di provare il loro ristorante e non siamo più riusciti a farne a meno! La scelta è molto vasta, i prodotti a km zero e i piatti DELIZIOSI! Attenzione perchè i piatti sono mooolto abbondanti! La zona del cortile, dove si può anche cenare, è davvero suggestiva e immersa nella pace. C'è anche un tavolo da ping-pong con cui ci siamo divertiti a trascorrere le serate. Super consigliato!!!

Xianmei è stata veramente fantastica, dell'accoglienza alla partenza ci ha aiutato a prenotare escursioni e passaggi. La struttura è immersa in un canneto di bambù e consente di passare qualche notte a contatto con la natura. Abbiamo sempre cenato lì, una cucina semplice e casalinga che dopo diversi giorni di viaggio male non fa. La camera è sorprendente, arredata con gusto e molto spaziosa. Vicinissimo al Parco, a 40 min da Tianmen e Gran Canyon. Comunque consigliatissimo!!!! Viaggio di famiglia con figli da 5 a 15 anni che si sono molto divertiti

La struttura è ben curata in ogni dettaglio, si vede che c’è molta ricerca e molta passione da parte della proprietaria che una ragazza estremamente cordiale e disponibile a risolvere ogni tua richiesta o eventuale problema nell’organizzazione del viaggio.

La struttura è immersa nella foresta e si gode veramente del posto. Buona colazione e ottime cene. La signora Xiaomei ti spiega accuratamente i percorsi da fare nel parco. Ci ha anche prenotato in anticipo i biglietti di ingresso. Super consigliato. La stanza è enorme, siamo stati proprio bene.

Xiao Mei è l’host che ci ha seguito durante il soggiorno, è bravissima e preparata all’accoglienza di turisti anche Occidentali, in grado di rispondere a qualsiasi necessità con estrema gentilezza. Ci ha meravigliato la cucina del posto, tutti i piatti sono preparati sul momento dallo staff, la verdura è raccolta nell’orto di loro coltivazione al bisogno. La qualità è ottima e fresca. Tutto è genuino e autentico in ogni dettaglio. Xiao Mei ha anche un’ottima conoscenza delle dinamiche del parco di Zhangjiajie, sempre pronta a dare un consiglio o ad aiutare anche nell’organizzazione di tour giornalieri con prenotazione degli ingressi per poter visitare qualsiasi luogo di Zhangjiajie e dintorni.

Nulla da segnalare. Bisogna però essere consapevoli che si sta prenotando una stanza nella foresta di un parco nazionale e che si tratta di soggiorno in una parte di Cina autentica. Tutto è a disposizione ma serve un po’ di spirito di adattamento e di avventura.

The service was exceptional

Didi had difficulty to locate the Glass Inn and when they did they charged a Park Fee which is not correct as the Glass Inn is not inside the Park. Now I am struggling to understand what is going on.

Glass Inn is a beautiful picturesque property nestled in a mountain bamboo forest - the property is stunning with well tended gardens, ancient buildings and pretty views. Rooms are a unique blend of history and modern comfort. Xiaomei is an incredible host, so attentive and kind all the time, and her staff is fantastic as well. All of our needs and wants were met and we were made to feel right at home in the fun family-like atmosphere. The restaurant food is delicious and the location is perfect for easy access to Zhangjiajie park. So grateful to have found this inn.

We had a great stay at Forest Glass Inn. It was a unique experience living on the side of the mountain in the forest. The host Xiaomei was incredibly welcoming and helped us plan our visit to Zhangjiajie National Park and Tianmen Mountain.

The location is fabulous, and the amenities are there. Plus, the staff, especially Xiaomei—I would like to mention her specifically because she helped me a lot. She planned and organised my whole Zhangjiajie trip as I was a first-time visitor. She guided me throughout, and she helped me at a personal level. I really appreciate her efforts. Also, breakfast was delicious, and you could find delicious Chinese food delicacies there, which was brilliant. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants peace and free time.

The host is AMAZING! She took such great care of us, feeding us, and the most amazing support in planning of our few days in Zhangjiajie once we arrived. Her hospitality was second to none, thank you! It’s also set in an amazing setting, quiet, beautiful and very close to the national park gate entrance which the driver will kindly take you to. The breakfast was huge and varied, a mixture of Chinese and continental. The evening menu was also great and well priced. The shower was hot and powerful. Aircon worked well.

The bed was not the most comfortable but was fine for 3 nights.

Familiär geführte Unterkunft. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer in einem alten traditionellen Haus. Die Besitzerin hat alle Touren für mich gebucht, was sehr hilfreich war und mich zum Park gefahren. Ich wäre gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Essen war auch toll.

Ist etwas schwer zu finden und ein Taxifahrer hat sich geweigert, die steile Straße hoch zu fahren. Am besten man nimmt das Angebot an und lässt sich vom Flughafen oder Bahnhof abholen.

We stayed in a 2 br chalet. It was clean, rustic and beautiful. the hosts here are the best! They were very accommodating and very helpful with advice on navigating the park. The food was wonderful ( some of the best I had while traveling in China) and the included breakfast was made fresh and delicious. The property was wonderful and beautiful I wish we had longer time to stay there. If you stay here you will not be disappointed!

Where to start, everything was perfect. Xiaome and her family are so kind and really make sure that your trip stays perfect from the beginning till the end. If we come back to the region we will return 100% without hesitation. We can only recommend either the bubble in the forest or the rooms. We tried both and they are both great. Very easy access to one of the entrance of the park.

Lo scenario è bellissimo, a pochi km dall’ingresso del parco naturale di Zhangjiajie, immerso in una foresta di bambù, vicino a diversi ristoranti. Le strutture in legno riprendono lo stile tradizionale della zona; in più ci sono delle camere “speciali” come quella in cui la gentilissima proprietaria (che parla inglese) ci ha offerto un upgrade: una camera in una bolla con vista sulle chiome degli alberi. La proprietaria ha reso ancora più speciale il nostro soggiorno: siamo stati coccolati con mille attenzioni, dall’accompagnamento all’ingresso del parco, alle indicazioni su come organizzare la giornata, ai consigli per la cena, alla colazione “personalizzata”. Davvero un paradiso. Consigliatissimo!

Были очень вкусные завтраки, номера чистые, уютные. Пару раз нас бесплатно довозили до парка Аватара. Есть возможность заказать транспорт от вокзала/аэропорта. Хозяйка очень подробно нам объяснила, как пройти в парк, давала советы, что лучше посмотреть, а также бронировала нам билеты вообще без наценки и была все время на связи! Нам все очень понравилось, будем вспоминать этот отель с теплотой!

The property is located absolutely beautiful in the nature nearby the Zhangjiajie Forest Park. We loved the outside sitting area for breakfast enjoying to look into the forest / mountains. The host Xiao Mei is a lovely person that takes great care of her guests and is always there for some help. Would recommend to my best friend:). Staying in the glass dome was beautiful and we enjoyed the bath tube after a colder day in the mountain. The dome heats up quickly where there is sunshine but with AC no problem.

The owner helped us plan the two day visit to Tianmen Mountain and zhangjiajie national forest park and booked tickets for us, food was really good, both breakfast and restaurant, we are really satisfied!

I cannot speak enough amazing words to describe my experience at Forest Glass Inn. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was amazing. The staff is friendly, warm, kind and very very helpful in advising and also coordinating all the available activities. The property exceeded my expectations, it felt and looked almost unreal.

Il materasso non era comodissimo ma l’esperienza è stata positiva e sia la camera che il bagno erano pulitissimi. It is nestled away in Zhangjiajie and a good respite from the walking and exploring all day. Xiaomei was an excellent host and was quick to organise taxis, tickets and meals. The rooms are cosy and the surroundings are fantastic. Highly recommend this place!

Host super kind and helpful also with last minute tickets

A wonderful quiet oasis, in walking distance of the national park, but set just uphill in the forest. There’s now a drive and Xiao Mei happily picks you up for free from the National Park’s South entrance. We got to try various rooms during our stay and absolutely loved the rainbow treehouse. The glass cube treehouse is more central and overlooked (and more like glamping than a hotel), but admittedly has the best views of the Avatar mountains. The traditional rooms are big and comfortable and have wonderful views! After I explained what vegan means, I had some tasty dishes and Xiao Mei went out of her way to accommodate me! Breakfast was good, with proper coffee. The hotel is run by a local Tujia family and set in traditional grounds with traditional houses, which makes it extra special. Highly recommended. We will stay here again next time we’re in Zhangjiajie! As to station / airport transfer, you can pay for a driver, which Xiao Mei happily arranges. It’s 120RMB to the airport, 150RMB to the train station. We ended up taking a taxi to the South entrance of the park for much less - but you can even get straight to the hotel: the concrete driveway is maybe 100m to the left of the exit of the tunnel, it’s quite straightforward.

We were so well looked after here! We were helped with how to navigate the national park, given lifts to and from the park and also to the shops when we needed! The food was amazing and cooked from fresh every time. Our room was so comfortable and the view of the woods is lovely. We watched a thunderstorm at night from bed which was amazing!

Die ruhige Lage abseits des Trubels des Nationalparks ist phantastisch, die ganze Anlage idyllisch und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Gastgeber waren super zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und Verständnisvoll mit den Kindern. Die Kinder (1 und 3J) haben den kleinen Spielplatz beim Haus geliebt. Transfer zu den Parkeingängen und zurück war immer top nach unseren Bedürfnissen organisiert. Das Essen gute, frisch gekochte lokale Hausmannskost. Besonders gefeiert haben wir auch die beheizbaren Betten ;)

Forest Glass Inn is the perfect hotel to stay during your trip. Very clean, amazing location to visit the avatar mountains and Tianmen mountains. No guide needed, Xiao Men, the host, is the perfect contact to help you plan everything with the ideal paths to follow. Very easy. She's amazing as well as her family and staff. The food is local and very yummy. Everyone enjoyed, kids also. Absolutely recommend this place! Will go back! Thank you again Xiao Men for this stunning stay!

This place offered so much more than we expected! Leaving in a glass house in the middle of the forest was a truly unique experience! Xiaomei is an amazing host, so nice and helpful! And the breakfast was incredible! Couldn't be happier with our choice.

Schitterende plek. Supervriendelijke eigenaresse. Vol trots vertelde ze over haar hotel, liet ons de moestuin zien en gaf ons fruit uit eigen tuin mee voor onderweg. Ook erg behulpzaam, zo werden we gratis opgehaald vanaf het vliegveld en naar de ingang van het nationale park gebracht. Restaurant erbij is een plus.

Eigenlijk niks, maar de schitterende locatie zorgde er wel voor, dat je de heuvel met best veel treden af moest lopen naar het plaatsje/ de plek voor de Didi (de Chinese app voor taxidiensten) en het supermarktje. Of omhoog weer terug. Dus misschien wat minder geschikt als je slecht ter been bent.

Tout a été parfait du début jusqu’à la fin. L’hôte est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Elle est venu nous récupérer à la gare à notre arrivée très tard. On lui a donner notre itinéraire des 2 jours que nous passions à Zhangjiajie, elle nous a tout réservé et nous à donner des conseils pour ne rien rater. Très à l’écoute et attentive à nos moindres besoins. Nous avons séjourner dans la chambre bulle. Une propreté impeccable, dotter de tout l’équipement nécessaire, chauffée, la vue est juste incroyable ! Le reste du domaine est très jolie et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est succulent, typique chinois fait avec des produits locaux. Très bien situer au pied du parc national (transfert en 5min gratuit depuis l’hôtel) Je vous recommande vivement de séjourner ici si vous prévoyez d’aller à Zhangjiajie.

The rustic cabins are set in the middle of a forest. The site is tranquil and beautiful with panoramic scenery. There was a children's playground, a table tennis table, a vegetable patch and a bamboo forest. The unique Chinese breakfast was delicious and prepared according to our tastes each morning. The best part of the stay was our beautiful and kind host and the rest of the staff. They went out of their way to make sure our holiday was smooth and enjoyable. They shared extensive knowledge about the national park, good routes to walk and local attractions. My children loved Xiaomei and so did we! What an incredible and unique experience staying here was. For anyone visiting Zhangjiagang National Park, or anyone just wanting a great place to stay in China, I strongly recommend you stay here!!

There was nothing we didn't like about our winter holiday. We want to stay again in the summer and compare 😁

Not easy to reach by taxi/car

Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue única y encantadora. El lugar ofrece una gran variedad de tipos de alojamiento, lo que lo hace especial para todo tipo de viajeros. Nosotros tuvimos la oportunidad de quedarnos en una burbuja y en una suite familiar muy auténtica, que fue perfecta para nuestra familia. Cada detalle estaba pensado para nuestro confort. Me encantó encontrar una manta eléctrica en la cama, ideal para las noches frías, y los baños son impresionantes: los WC calefactables y con chorros para limpieza son un lujo que no esperábamos. El desayuno, aunque es emplatado, tiene opciones muy completas, como pan de molde, yogur, huevos, leche y fruta, lo que es perfecto para asegurarte de que los niños tengan opciones variadas. Un agradecimiento especial a Xiaomei por su hospitalidad y por estar pendiente de cada detalle. ¡Sin duda, te recomendaremos a todos!

Todo estuvo genial, pero como sugerencia, recomendaríamos un calefactor específico para el baño, ya que hacía bastante frío. También reservamos varios tours privados para visitar la zona a través del hotel pero no nos gustó el servicio del guía Eric porque solamente estaba enganchado a su móvil mirando una serie, sin estar pendiente del grupo. Aun así, el hotel no tiene la culpa y nuestra experiencia fue inolvidable, pero lo comento para que Xiaomei lo tenga en cuenta para buscar otro guía más profesional y que no le perjudique en su experiencia para otros futuros viajeros. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Situado en una zona de bosque muy tranquila, bien comunicado para visitar los parques El personal del hotel muy atento y encantador, en especial Xaomei que nos ayudó en todo y nos trató como familia

Nada que destacar

L'hôtel est super. Situé légèrement en montagne à proximité de l'entré Sud du parc de Zhangjiajie, le lieu est calme et tranquille. Lorsque le ciel est dégagé on peut apercevoir les célèbres montagnes de Zhangjiajie directement depuis l'hôtel. La propriétaire Xiaomei prodigue de bons conseils et peut aider à planifier les itinéraires de visites ainsi que acheter les billets d'entrée des différents parcs. Les petits-déjeuners sont bons et copieux. Les lits sont confortables. Même lorsqu'il fait froid dehors les chambres sont bien chauffées. Comme j'y ai séjourné durant la basse saison (novembre), j'ai pu tester plusieurs chambres dont je vous partage les photos.

Nous avons pu visiter au cours de quatre jours ensoleillés le superbe parc national de Zhangjiajie (entrée sud à 5 minutes en voiture, entrée Est à 20 minutes), le Glass bridge (à 50 minutes), et l'époustouflant Mont Tianen (à 50 minutes également). La patronne nous a conseillé chaque soir les meilleurs itineraires de randonnée pour le lendemain, réservant nos tickets, et assurant même une bonne partie de nos transports. Le Forest Glass Inn sert dans une ambiance familliale de copieux petits déjeuners mêlant plats chinois et occidentaux, et pour le diner des plats de la région. Il y a en outre trois ou quatre restaurants directement en contrebas. Nous avons logé, et surtout bien dormi, dans un beau chalet traditionnel avec tout le confort moderne. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié le pouf, la balançoire et la table de ping pong. Pour les occidentaux non-avertis, les paiements se font soit par l'application WeChat, soit par Alipay. Cette dernière, que j'ai utilisée, inclut par ailleurs une messagerie avec traduction instantanée (utile pour communiquer avec l'hôtel pendant les sorties) et un service de taxi très pratique.

Au moment de notre sejour (début novembre 2024), le terrassement du chemin d'accès entre la route principale et le Forest Glass Inn est terminé. Il reste 20-30 mètres à revêtir. L'hôtel descend et remonte ses clients avec ses propres vehicules. Les taxis devraient pouvoir y accéder d'ici peu.

The owner, XiaoMei, is very friendly and there is a warm family feeling from the whole stuff. XiaoMei has given us a lot of support for organizing any tour what we want to see. Especially for ordering tickets and giving us many ideas what we can do and, very important, in which order. This was an outstanding help, so we could find efficient tours and easy orientation in the very big different Zhangjiajie Mountains. Also this hotel is located near to the south gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park, very convinient also for tous to Tianzishan Mountains, Grand Canyon (Glass Bridge) and Yellow Dragon Cave. Even we have stayed 5 nights in the Forest Glass Inn (maybe more as the average is), we have not yet seen everthing, so we will come back in the future into the same hotel...

Endroit au calme dans la forêt, proche du parc. Accueil chaleureux.

Beaucoup d’humidité dans la chambre ce qui ne la rend pas très agréable ni confortable pour ce relaxer. Très cher pour les prestations (Forest pod).

Herausragendes Hotel was ich jedem nur ans Herz legen kann. Wunderschöne, individuelle Unterkünfte, mein Regenbogenhaus und die Umgebung waren nachts wie in einem schönen Traum beleuchtet. Die ganze Anlage ist mit Liebe gestaltet und es wird auch viel eigenes Gemüse benutzt um zu kochen. Sehr kurze Anfahrt von wenigen Minuten zum Südgate. Aber das schönste war die herzlichen Menschen und ihre Gastfreundschaft,allen voran die bezaubernde Managerin Xiaomei. Sie hat mich zu einer Wanderung mitgenommen und ich durfte auch mal mit zu ihren Freunden zum Hotpot und Mahjongg spielen. Näher an das wirkliche Leben in China kommt man als Tourist nicht ran. Vielen lieben Dank und ich hoffe ich kann bald wiederkommen, dann sicher etwas länger.

Dass die Zeit so schnell vorbei gegangen ist 🙁

Wir hatten wirklich eine sehr gute Zeit im Forrest Glass Inn! Nach den aufregenden Großstädten war das Ferienressort genau richtig, um in wunderschöner Natur die ländliche Ruhe zu genießen und zu entspannen. Die berühmten Nationalparks sind vom Forrest Glass Inn sehr gut zu erreichen. Das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal half uns bei Empfehlungen für besondere Touren und übernahm auch Fahrdienste. Dafür waren wir sehr dankbar! Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen sehr lecker, super war der Kaffee! Schade, dass wir nur vier Tage dort sein konnten!

Wir haben gar nichts vermisst, alles war authentisch. Wir wünschen dem ganzen Team vom Glass Inn alles Gute!

The staffs at the property are hospitable and accommodating. They picked us up from the train station and dropped us off every morning at the national park, to which the property is super super close. In particular, I’d like to thank the owner Xiao Mei for the exceedingly smooth experience we’ve had. She was insanely responsive and helpful. We came to the area with almost zero preparation. She asked for our travel plans and offered amazing advice and guidance on how to maximize our journey. I can honestly say that she was an indispensable part to our trip.

I loved that it was nestled in the countryside with a great view of the Zhangjaijie National Park. It was quiet with no people around you. Breakfast was great. A fire to sit around at night topped off the perfection of this place for us.

The access to the property was not ideal. Although it wasn’t a problem because the host would drop you down at the road and pick you up when needed.

Eine kleines mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Hotel. Es gibt verschiedene Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten ein traumhaft schönes Zimmer im Holzhaus mit einer Einrichtung, die sehr liebevoll gewählt war. Der Sohn schlief in einem Glasbaumhaus mit einer einmaligen Aussicht. Das Frühstück war frisch und local und unbedingt sollte man hier mal zu Abend essen. Alles frisch und sehr sehr lecker. Wir wären gerne länger dort geblieben, da es ein wundervoller und ruhiger Ort ist. Genau um einmal auszuspannen. Wir waren auf einer Rundreise und genossen diese Ruhe mit traumhaften Ausblick auf die Berge. Hier wird man mit sehr viel Herzlichkeit begrüßt und sehr fürsorglich während des Aufenthalts betreut. There are various accommodation options. We had a fantastically beautiful room in the wooden house with furnishings that were very lovingly chosen. Our son slept in a glass tree house with a unique view. The breakfast was fresh and local and you should definitely have dinner here. Everything was fresh and very, very tasty. We would have liked to stay longer as it is a wonderful and peaceful place. Just the place to relax. We were on a round trip and enjoyed the peace and quiet with a fantastic view of the mountains. You are greeted with a very warm welcome and looked after with great care during your stay. If Zhnagjiajie - then definitely stay there!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich sehr wohlgefühlt. Man hat sich viel Zeit genommen um uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. Sogar die Parktickets wurden für uns gebucht und wir haben eine Route nach unseren Vorstellungen besprochen, die dann in einer Karte für uns eingezeichnet worden ist.
