Its a cosy hotel vibe with very friendly and helpfull people.

The only thing I liked about this hotel (if I can call it a hotel) is the staff. They are super friendly and helpful.

We feel completely misled by the information provided on Booking.com. The property is listed as a 4-star hotel, but in reality, it is more like a house divided into five separate rooms. I have photos that clearly show the actual condition of the property. (which is officially a 2 star hotel, by the way). The rooms are separated by extremely thin walls, so you can hear almost everything happening in the other rooms—even the slightest movements. The floor is wooden, which makes things even worse: whenever someone walks in another room, their footsteps are clearly audible. This made it extremely difficult to sleep and turned our nights into a nightmare. There is also a construction site only about 3 meters from the property. Be prepared to wake up early in the morning to construction noise and hear it throughout much of the day. The bathroom was another major problem. When guests in the room above us took a shower, water came through the ceiling into our bathroom. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the condition and maintenance of the property. The rooms themselves are extremely small. There is barely enough space to move around, and there is nowhere comfortable to sit. When you are in the room, it feels like your only option is to lie down because there simply isn't enough space to do anything else. Overall, this experience was very disappointing. The property does not remotely feel like a 4-star hotel, and the description and rating on Booking.com created expectations that the actual property could not meet. I strongly recommend that Booking.com review the classification and accuracy of this listing so that future guests are not similarly misled.

Stayed for 5 nights in an amazing hotel with amazing service. Family run it has that personal touch. The location is truly one the best features, a short stroll to the blue mosque, cistern and other major attractions. We hardly needed a taxi. The breakfast was well prepared and very tasty and the girls attended to all our needs. The staff went out of their way for us collecting our laundry, walking with us for directions, advising on best prices etc. Special mention to the young lad at reception, he was so nice and helpful and went out of his way to help us. The rooms are compact but functional clean and comfortable. It’s a small hotel and being at the end of a road hardly any through traffic or noise. I would book again for sure!

Μικρό δωμάτιο στον τρίτο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ ζητήσαμε αλλαγή δεν μας το άλλαξαν είχαμε αντικειμενικούς λόγους !!!! Δεν φάγαμε πρωινό γιατί είχε πάλι σκαλιά !!!!

Le petit-déjeuner était excellent. L'accueil agréable et la famille s'implique vous aide sur tous vos questions. Ils nous ont reglé le Bain Turque et le Taxi Retour aéroport. Et aussi une reservation dans un restaurant avec RoofTop pour avoir des belles photos des Moskée!!!

I absolutely loved the location of the accommodation. It was very close to all the city’s main and most beautiful mosques, and you could easily visit them all on foot in just 15 minutes. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming. I’d also like to highlight the wonderful breakfast, which was a fantastic way to start each day. Highly recommended!

The position of the hotel is perfect, 10 minutes close to all the main attractions such as Ayasofya Mosque, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and the Basilica Cistern. The room was very clean and the breakfast is nice (you cannot chose between options, they serve Turkish breakfast with cheese, olives, eggs, bread, cake/cookies and you can choose what to drink). The hotel has a private parking right in front of its entrance, so no need to walk around with suitcases.

There is no elevator (it might be a problem for someone) and our room at the 3rd floor was small for two people. The bathroom and the bedroom were almost the same size! Once arrived we picked our outfits for the whole stay since we had no space to keep the suitcase opened. However, I think the size of the room depends from the fact that the building is ancient. The guys at the reception are very nice, but I will suggest to improve the English (actually is an issue in most hotels we stayed at).

Die Sauberkeit und das Personal - noch nie so sympathisches Personal erlebt ! Familienunternehmen ! Schöne Lage! Mitten drin und trotzdem Ruhig ! Das Hotel gibt mit der Ausstattung ein Istanbul Feeling. Meega Frühstück - auf jeden Fall mitbuchen !

Some items didn’t impress ( toilet seat, inop) noisy floors above. Location little far off from everything

Cazarea este într-o locație foarte bună pentru a vizita Istanbul istoric vechi (Moscheea albastra, bazilica cisterna, bazar etc), la cateva minute de mers pe jos si aproape de stația de tramvai precum si amplasat pe străduțele istorice unde sunt restaurante si magazine de suveniruri. Personalul este tânăr si ne-a ajutat cu tot ce ține de cazare dar si cu alte probleme (ne-au oferit fier de călcat si am putut lăsa bagajele la recepție chiar și după check-out pana seara cand am avut transportul la aeroport). Prețul este foarte bun 809 lei / 3 nopți cu mic de jun inclus. Camera a fost curată, TV cu internet. Per total o experienta bună, pentru un oraș ca istanbul unde ajungi la cazare doar sa dormi este super bine.

Camera este destul de mica, geamul din camera nu este făcut sa se deschidă, podeaua este din lemn si se aud scârtieli de la pași iar micul de jun a fost bun, dar in toate cele 3 zile la fel.

Posizione bellissima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Moschea Blu e da Santa Sofia, ma fuori dalle vie più caotiche e turistiche, in un contesto molto tranquillo e caratteristico. Staff gentile e sempre presente. Camera molto carina, molto luminosa e arredata con gusto, con vista sui minareti della Mosche Blu!! Bagno piccolo ma carino e con doccia spaziosa. Parcheggio privato all'aperto comodissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo, quando tornerò a Istanbul sicuramente tornerò in questa struttura!

Mi è piaciuto tutto e sicuramente tornerei in questa struttura. Riporto qui di seguito alcuni dettagli poco importanti, ma che possono essere migliorati: la tavoletta del wc che non resta sollevata ma ricade sulla schiena; manca una mensola o un porta bagnoschiuma dentro la doccia, e quindi ci si deve sempre abbassare per prendere il sapone; consiglio di sostituire tappeto e asciugamani almeno ogni 2/3 giorni; eliminerei i cuscini con funzione puramente estetica e il runner a fondo letto che non servono a nulla e occupano solo spazio in una stanza già piccola.

L'hotel è in una posizione ottima, nel pieno del quartiere Sultanhamet. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile e soprattutto è comodo che la reception sia h24.

Le camere sono minuscole: nel momento in cui si mettono le valige per terra (perchè non c'è alltro posto dove metterle), non si cammina più. Noi avevamo solo due trolley da bagaglio a mano, quindi piccoli, ma comunque non si poteva più camminare. Questo mi fa anche chiedere se puliscano per terra, dal momento che non si passa. Inoltre, avere sia pavimenti sia soffitti in legno crea un grandissimo rumore: ogni volta che qualcuno al piano di sopra cammina, c'è un rumore assordante.

Petit établissement familial et moderne, la chambre est très fonctionnelle et le décors est sympa. Le personnel est très serviable, j’étais à la recherche d’un service de laverie et on m’a directement mise en contact. Le petit déjeuner typiquement turque est bon et copieux. L’hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter la ville, mais néanmoins dans une rue très calme.

The staff were extremely kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean and nice. The location is good— right next to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Hippodrome, so we could walk everywhere. The building is old, so you can hear noise from upstairs, but we knew this beforehand and it wasn't a problem for us.

The staff didn't speak any English, which made it difficult to communicate. The hairdryer broke and it took until the third day for them to bring a replacement. The shower head sprayed water in every direction instead of just downward. The bathroom ceiling was dripping water, and they had forgotten to empty the trash bin in the bathroom before we checked in. The building is old, so you can hear noise from upstairs, but we knew this beforehand and it wasn't a problem for us.

Posizione centrale fantastica che permette di girare Istanbul in totale comodità. Camera leggermente piccola ma estremamente accogliente, pulita e confortevole. La colazione è stata una bellissima sorpresa: semplicemente strepitosa per varietà e qualità! Un'ottima scelta per chi cerca comfort e praticità. Ottimo anche il parcheggio privato dove abbiamo potuto parcheggiare per qualche giorno la nostra moto.

Foarte aproape de principalele atracții. Parcare proprie un lucru foarte bun într-un oraș așa de aglomerat cum este Istanbulul!

Alle Mitarbeiter*innen waren unglaublich lieb! Es war sehr familiär und bemüht und man hat direkt sich willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist für Touristen top! Innerhalb von 3 min ist man am Hauptplatz. Das Frühstück war der Wahnsinn! Die Mädels haben sich so viel Mühe gegeben! Inklusive Frühstück ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar!

Die Zimmer waren doch etwas klein und hellhörig.

The location was great - only a 10-minute walk to the two famous mosques, and lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The room was clean and bright, and the staff service was amazing - seamless check-in, there was always somebody at reception, and they provided great, reliable advice on the surrounding area.

A few lost points for me because the wooden floors (as it is a mansion/house) meant that almost all footsteps and movement could be heard from the rooms above. They do give you slippers, but not everyone uses them, and of course the moving of large items like suitcases makes a lot of noise. This did hinder our sleep for 2 of the 4 nights, unfortunately!

The property has the good location. The staff was the sweetest and they tried to help you. They try to do anything for you. The breakfast was good. Everything was clean and tasty. Room was comfortable, it had tv, the window, restroom, Wi-Fi, air conditioner, it was great. The property was very beautiful from outside and also from inside, it had paintings all over the place and also the walls were painted as well.

The room was really, really small like very small. The showerhead was leaking. The property did not have elevator so you had to walk through the stairs and stairs was circular so it was easy to fall.

Esse hotel foi um achado. Além da ótima localização, os funcionários foram super gentis e atenciosos. Me deixaram fazer o check in um pouco antes, e me ajudaram em tudo o que precisei. O quarto é muito confortável e o valor é muito acessível. Ah e apesar de estar perto dos principais pontos turísticos o hotel fica em um local muito tranquilo e silencioso. Adorei e recomendo muito!

Персонал прекрасный, отдельное спасибо вечернему администратору Мухамеду, он нам рассказал о чудесных местах, которые стоит посетить)) Также в отеле отличный завтрак, стоит заказывать! Очень рекомендую этот отель. С удовольствием остановимся там еще раз)

Staff were lovely, the kettle was handy with tea selection, and the breakfast was nice. The fridge was great and the room was an awesome style. Air con was great!

It was an Istanbul-style hotel with some querks like no hot water at the time and a power outage, and the toilet seat didn’t stay up but honestly these are normal things for Istanbul and not their fault, and the location was so worth it.

Amplasarea foarte bună, lângă obiectivele turistice, se ajunge foarte ușor pe jos la majoritatea obiectivelor.

Micul dejun este foarte bun, este satisfăcător. însă nu ne-a plăcut faptul ca micul dejun nu este proporționat egal pentru 2 persoane ( de exemplu: 3 felii de cașcaval sau 3 felii de salam la 2 persoane ).

La camera era piccola e senza ascensore, ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo rimane insuperabile...

Прекрасный отель. Все новое. Цены отличные. Завтрак превосходный! Всегда останавливаюсь в районе Фатих и знаю о чем говорю! Не в первой линии от площади Султанахмет, но это тогог стоит. Улочка тупиковая. нет шума машин. Отель имеет свой уютный дворик и свою парковку. что немаловажно в фатихе. экономите 600 лир за ночь. Рекоендую.

Минусов не нашел. Все было выше ожиданий.

Vynikající lokalita. V noci klid a chůzí skvěle dostupné centrum Istanbulu. Personál ochotný, ale chybějící ovladač ke klimatizaci vyřešit nedokázal. Výborný poměr cena výkon.

Ke klimatizaci chyběl remote ovladač. Museli jsme si poradit sami telefonem s infra. Rámy okna při jeho otevírání postupně odpadávaly a potřebovaly by opravit.

Das Hotel hat seinen ganz besonderen Charme. Es ist toll gelegen, fußläufig zur Blauen Moschee und allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Es ist klein, wirkt dadurch aber sehr familiär. Das Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist landestypisch und wird liebevoll vom Personal hergerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Und nebenbei: Das Hotel ist sogar GSTC-zertifiziert - nachhaltige/s Ausstattung und Angebot haben uns sehr überzeugt!!

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff from lovely welcome to helping us with any problems. Fantastic location in centre of tourist attractions. Delicious breakfast. Compact immaculate rooms. Very tasteful throughout. Very lucky to stumble across last minute.

Posizione eccezionale. Si trova in un quartiere super carino, tranquillo e silenzioso nonostante sia letteralmente a due passi dal caos del centro e dai luoghi piú iconici. La stanza era carina e pulita. Non mancava nulla. Bagno molto bello. Staff sempre presente e disponibile.

Laut Booking ein 4 Sterne Hotel, am Eingang hängt aber ein Schild mit 2 Sternen und das trifft eher zu. Das Doppelbett ist nur 1,4m breit mit nur einer gemeinsamen Decke. Besonders wenn man mit Freunden unterwegs ist, ist das doch sehr schmal. Frühstück ist nicht wie auf den Bildern abgebildet ein Buffet.

Abelia Hotel es un hotel familiar con un trato muy cercano. La habitación era pequeña, pero suficiente para dos personas que viajan ligeras de equipaje, como fue mi caso. El desayuno fue espectacular, muy completo, tipo desayuno turco, realmente uno de los mejores puntos de la estadía. Además, la atención del personal fue excepcional; incluso el dueño del hotel tuvo el detalle de llevarnos en auto hasta la parada del bus de regreso, algo que definitivamente marca la diferencia frente a hoteles de cadena. La ubicación es inmejorable: está súper cerca de la Mezquita Azul y de Hagia Sophia, lo que hace muy fácil moverse caminando.

Bardzo przyjazny mały pensjonat . Obsługa młoda ale profesjonalna i pomocna , także w sytuacjach nie związanych bezpośrednio z zakwaterowaniem . Pyszne śniadania w miejscu o bliskowschodnim klimacie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja , cicho ale blisko centrum.

Struttura super centrale, vicino le principali attrazioni raggiungibili facilmente a piedi. Stanza accogliente e staff super disponibile nell’accogliere le richieste e molto cordiale. Buona e variegata colazione.

Le stanze non sono insonorizzate e l’aria condizionata della stanza era fuori uso.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Locatie is centraal. Kortbij de SultanAhmet en andere bezienswaardigheden. De kamer was netjes en proper.

Er hing een airco in de kamer, Ik vroeg naar de afstandbieding omdat het vrij benauwd was binnen. Als antwoord kreeg ik dat ze niet wisten waar het kastje was. Dan maar met het raam open geslapen.. Dat is ook maar een klein detail.

No pudimos alojarnos en él porque tuvieron una avería en las cañerías y una de las habitaciones se les inundó. Nos movieron a otro hotel cercano que también era de su propiedad, Mevlana Hotel, y fue un desastre. Habitaciones pequeñas y viejas, poco cuidadas. Se supone que tenían un gran desayuno en una bonita terraza y, sí era en una terraza, pero el desayuno dependía de lo pronto que fueras ya que no reponían cosas como los huevos revueltos, salchichas y algunos tipos de pan. El resto de cosas las tomabas a ciegas ya que no indican lo que es cada cosa. El café de la máquina, terrible.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the Sultan Ahmed Mosque, making it an excellent choice for anyone who enjoys exploring on foot, as we do. Since this was our final hotel in Turkey before the end of our vacation, we had high expectations. We wanted both comfort and easy access to the city’s major landmarks so we could make the most of our remaining time. The hotel absolutely delivered on both fronts. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated in a charming old-style aesthetic, the breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. The free parking was also a definite plus and made things much easier for us.

The location was perfect ; easy walking distance to key sites. The breakfast was great and the the owners super friendly and helpful.

The location was quite good, also quiet at night. There is 24h reception available. Each morning we got a freshly fried egg.

The room was small and it lacked soundproofing. The breakfast was served (no self-service) and wasn't that rich- it lacked variety (maybe for us coming from EU), although they were trying and the stuff was nice. I especially missed fruit (I learned that fruit is very expensive in Turkey) and some days they were out of butter.

Cozy hotel (boutique style) in a nice neighborhood of Sultanahmet. Location is top, close to everywhere. Hotel has been recently renovated and still feels fresh. Our room was a bit small, but comfortable overall. Breakfasts are very good, We felt pampered, taken care of. Hotel owner and his staff were super friendly and helpful. They have made our stay feel special. Would be happy to visit again.

On the first night we got a room of a different category. It was very small. The employee didn’t really explain why. We booked a different room. The next day we were relocated. Very strong audibility. But these are the costs of the house and wooden floors.

Super Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß bzw. mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht werden. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Abwassergeruch im Zimmer hat gestört.

Un petit hôtel raffiné et neuf. Une famille qui travaille ensemble pour vous. Tout le personnel est agréable et serviable. Des chambres petites mais confortables et très propres. L’emplacement est très pratique, à 10 minutes à pied de la place Sultanahmet. Enfin mention spéciale au petit-déjeuner qui est excellent et copieux. Budynek ma już swoje lata, jest zadbany i pięknie odremontowany. Jednakże słychać wszystko - każdy krok po schodach, wibrujący telefon w innych pokojach, włączony prysznic. Tego nie da się zmienić, ale tak jest.

Nqgyszerü helyen van a hotel, gyalog távolságra a legfontosabb látványosságoktól. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. A reggeli finom és változatos. A szoba bájos és tiszta.

A szoba nqgyon kicsi, ami számunkra ugyan tökéletesen megfelelt, de emiatt hiányzott belőle a ruhásszekrény vagy legalább néhány polc, valamint fogas az előszobából. Így a kabátokat a fürdőszobában, a ruhákat a bőröndben kellett tárolni, ami meglehetősen kényelmetlen volt. A franciaágyban pedig csak egy nagyobb, de így is kicsi paplan volt. Nincs olvasólámpa az ágynál.
