Super séjour. L'Hôtel est bien situé et les chambres sont propres. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon. Dommage malgré tout qu'il y ait autant d'attente pour les omelettes et les crêpes. A part cela tout était très bien. Nous espérons revenir un jour.

Entrance buttons to & from hotel didn’t work, water butts worked now & again, only one lift work, toilet in room did not flush properly, had problems at breakfast Had to change key to room because it didn’t work

Excellent stay

Staff absolutely fantastic, we arrived after being caught up in the ATC outage cancelling all flights,had been awake for 24 hours at this point.....we were treated to a complimentary breakfast and then upgraded to a beautiful sea view room, my husband and I will never forget this kind gesture....we will definitely be back and recommend the hotel to all our friends and family.... Many thanks Leonardo you were fantastic 😊

The location is perfect, close to the lanes and always welcoming

We had an executive suite and the cleaners had obviously only vacuumed the centre of the room, the edges and under furniture/dressing table were thick with dust. It was quite disappointing. We have recommended family friends who have a small child and I would hate to think they would have to put a carrycot on the floor with the thick dust. Other than that, great stay as always for the past 5 years

We were caught up in the Gatwick flight cancellation fiasco and Leonardo's staff were so kind, even upgraded us ! Always our favourite hotel in Brighton.

The hotel is v spacious and above all quiet with beautiful views of the coast and the pier. staff all v lovely and the breakfasts are 💯

Excellent location for the lanes and the beach. Breakfast and evening meal excellent. Would recommend dinning there. Theres a lovely bar that you can order from while.dinning. The free upgrade to a sea view room was wonderful.

There was an opportunity to book in early unless you check your emails 24/7 perhaps a message to the peraons phone would be better

We enjoyed our stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton Waterfront, and the location was the main reason we chose it. Having the car park directly underneath the hotel was incredibly convenient, and the discounted parking rate was a great bonus. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and a good size for a city break. The hotel's location is second to none, with easy access to Brighton's seafront, shops, restaurants, and attractions. Compared to other Leonardo hotels we've stayed in, we were slightly disappointed with the breakfast, as the selection could have been better. We also felt that some of the communal areas could benefit from a more thorough clean. However, these were minor drawbacks, and the excellent location more than made up for them. Overall, a comfortable stay in a fantastic spot, and we would happily consider staying here again.

Great location for attending events at the Brighton Centre. We got upgraded to a sea view room which was lovely. The bed was really comfy and the room was spotlessly clean.

No car park, had to pay for expensive parking for 24 hours in The Lanes car park.

Breakfast was lovely. Especially having a complimentary breakfast. Room was clean and the filtered coffee was a nice touch. Spa facilities also nice, BHol August. Staff were really kind and helpful. Perfect location.

I did find the parking expensive arriving late Fri to leaving Thursday afternoon. Full charge for 3 days. Pool edges could do with a good scrub. Bi- carb to get the dirt off or a jet wash.

The location was good and close too all areas required

The rooms weren’t clean, we had marks on the bath tub and cracks all in the sink, no toilet brush was required, stains on the shower curtain of liquids also you can hear absolutely everyone, kids running up and down the hallways late at night, slamming doors and not giving a good nights sleep, the air con also was basically non existent which wasn’t ideal for the weather had at the time. Would you pay £600 then £160 on top for parking for the above?

L'hôtel est idéalement placé sur le front de mer et non loin des visites dans la ville. La chambre était spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Plateau de courtoisie. Parking à coté avec des tarifs préférentiels.

The frontage at the sea front side could be improved, as it doesn’t give a good image of the hotel compared to how lovely it is inside.

My husband came by car and find it difficult to access the parking and pay for the parking.

De ramen mochten wel eens gewassen worden, zeker met het zeezout dat zich vastzet. Eén van de twee liften werkte niet maar dit werd nergens aangegeven. De man aan de receptie mompelde en was nauwelijks te verstaan . Hij beweerde ons een upgrade te hebben gegeven maar misschien hebben we dat niet goed begrepen want we hadden gewoon de kamer die we geboekt hadden..

The location was spot on. We didn't eat in the hotel as we were meeting friends who live in Brighton The room was very comfortable and clean.

Great hotel and lovely breakfast. We enjoyed a swim everyday.

Our first room had a broken window and was very noisy. We asked to move which was arranged quickly although we were moved to an internal room but it did not impact our stay.

Location of my room was suitable, considering I wanted a complete break from the busy life in london and a bit of quiet. Room was clean few minor faults that I expected for the price would have been found and rectified, again for the price.

Firstly on arrival, we had an issue with the kettle supplied it tripped the rooms breaker so we had no power to the room for a short period, young man from front desk came and sort which was helpful. The main table for dining was on the wobble very unstable so had to request for that to be made firm, that was attended to the following day. I empathise on the cost of the suite one would NOT expect to go in to see the the main sofa cushions all ripped up like the cats were let loose at the cushions, not acceptable. Not one to make a fuss but also the basin in the bathroom was not flowing properly so to brush your teeth was a challenge as the basin was blocked so water backs up as you turn on the tap. Again for the cost of the room these things should not be over looked. It was quite windy on the days we stayed, not a problem, but it was so windy that the balcony door blew open because the doors are not able to be closed securely. Pointless complaining as all we wanted was some peace and quiet so we lived with the inconvenience. Lastly your 24hr room service I so wish I could show the desert we paid for, let the photo speak for itself. (Shocking!!) Overall the location of the room was superb, clean bed linings and towels. If the right individuals treated the suite as a suite and made sure everything mentioned was in good working order it would be worth a second visit.

The Bed was very hard & so was the pillows. I asked for more pillows & was told they didn’t have anymore as they were full.! Called the reception and was told the same. Eventually after speaking to the manager he told me he’d blocked off a room so it couldn’t be booked so I could have more pillows from that room. They were not fully booked as there were still rooms on booking.com. The housekeeping staff were very rude to me. This stay was supposed to be a nice restful weekend as I’m recovering from surgery & other health issues. They eventually found a mattress topper for hard bed. It was very stressful I’ve never stayed in any hotel where they don’t have spare pillows if you request them

Location was perfect on the sea front to them exit the hotel directly onto the Lanes Shopping area was perfect.

Some noise from the glazing , although a very windy evening, corner sea front room seemed to catch the cross wind .

The only thing was we were told parking was at the property - it took a while to work out that we needed the public car park

Its an excellent location, staff were very nice and helpful, facilities were great. We even had fresh fruit in the room available. Water, fresh fruit and biscuits were also available at the reception area. We upgraded to the seaview suite and it was lovely waking up to that view. Highly recommended!!

The room was very poor. The sink was cracked and didn’t hold water. The bath tap was constantly running, the toilet did not flush, the disabled access entryway at the seafront was broken so we had to push our buggy through a rotating doors. The staff were deadpan, no attempt at politeness.

The location was great to everything you needed , the sea, the pier , town and the lanes . I slept like a log even though there was lots of nightlife going on I didn't hear anything . The staff was lovely . The Marshall man who deals with the luggage was so so lovely and amazing . The breakfast was great so good and so much variety

The pillows on the bed were much too firm they gave me earache. There wasn't a choice in the room of different types.
