La ubicación es fantástica, cerca a pie de Santa Sofia o la Mezquita Azul, así como de una estación de metro. Personal muy amable. Nos ayudaron con el traslado al aeropuerto.

Hotel sencillo, con lo imprescindible para los 4 días que pasamos, la cama king sige, super cómoda (lo que mas aprecias tras todo el día de visita. La ubicación es inmejorable, la limpieza y la amabilidad del servicio especialmente el recepcionista Necati siempre dispuesto a ayudar y recomendar lugares de interés y también todo el equipo del desayuno. Nos guardaron las maletas ya que nuestro vuelo salía a las 22h. El recepcionista Necati en todo momento fue amable y servicial, aconsejándonos lugares de interés. Además al llegar no dio a elegir entre dos habitaciones disponibles que tenia disponibles por lo que fue todo un detalle.

Por poner algo, eche en falta un banco para dejar la maleta y una estanteria en el baño para dejar el neceser, pero no es lo mas importante, en general perfecto.

Idéalement placé, l'hôtel est a proximité de tout les sites historiques, des transports, le personnel est très sympathique, toujours souriants, en particulier Nacati et iskender, sans oublier les dames au petit déjeuner avec leur sourire et accueil chaleureux, le nettoyage des chambres est impeccable , je recommande ce hôtel 100%.

Hôtel parfaitement propre et très calme malgré l’emplacement (1 et étage côté rue). Idéalement situé pour une visite d’Istanbul complète. Un grand merci à Iskander pour son rayonnant sourire et à toute l’équipe pour leur disponibilité et professionnalisme. N’allez pas chercher ailleurs cet hôtel vous comblera avec sa terrasse sur les toit pour une vue sur la mer!

Отличный отель, расположение супер. Сотрудники очень внимательные (есть русскоговорящие и с английским тоже, конечно, всё прекрасно). Завтраки очень вкусные. Спасибо девочкам на кухне и ребятам - Necati и Arda - на ресепшн!

Amazing stay! The staff were very lovely, especially Necati! He was helpful and nice! I strongly recommend this place. Breakfast was really good, and we got a sea view.

i loved the vibe, room and everything. the best part was the stuff . they were so accommodating. they helped me with my baby so much. Necati and iskender were amazing hosts. everytime i wanted help wether it was asking for dish soap for washing my babies bottles or wanting extra bed they helped with everything. they even helped me in watching my baby while i had breakfast.i definitely recommend this hotel

La ubicación y la amplitud de la habitación

No me dejaron el cartel de no molestar y el día que estaba haciendo la maleta entraron y prácticamente me sacaron de malas maneras las de la limpieza. Se lo trate de explicar qué no tenía el cartel de Dont disturb y que necesitaba la habitación en ese momento para preparar mis cosas. Tuve que bajar a recepción para que se lo expliquen. Fue un poco agresivo por parte de ellas...

Отличная локация, до всех достопримечательностей очень легко и быстро можно добраться. Несмотря на то, что рядом много ресторанов и кафе, в номере было тихо. Мы приехали рано утром, нас быстро заселились, дали улучшенный номер с видом на море. Накормили завтраком. Очень внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. Спасибо всем работникам, остались очень довольны сервисом.

We hadden een prima kamer, goed ontbijt, prima locatie, zeer vriendelijk management. Jammer dat ze geen restaurant funktie hadden. Je kon op terras niet even iets drinken, terwijl zij daar wel de ruimte voor hadden. Management zou bijv. samen kunnen werken met naastgelegen restaurant (eigenaars restaurant en hotel zijn broers). Stel dat men bijv. vouchers met 15% korting zou aanbieden, dan zou dit leuk zijn. Op eigen terras iets te drinken aanbieden in samenwerking met partner geeft aanzienlijke meerwaarde.

Vriendelijkheid van keukenpersoneel zou beter kunnen.

La amabilidad del empleado siempre dispuesto. La ubicación de 10, al lado de la Mezquita, de Santa Sofía y del bazar. Desde la terraza superior las vistas son preciosas. Las camas cómodísimas y el desayuno fenomenal.

Чистота, расположение и завтрак. Персонал очень внимательный и дружелюбный, всё подскажут и расскажут. Отдельное спасибо Икраму, который был на ресепшене в день заезда.

В номере отсутствовали поручни для людей с ограниченными возможностями, хотя отель заявляет о доступности. Довольно неудобно в номере для людей с инвалидностью. Это единственный минус.

Очень удобная локация Приветливый персонал, особенно хочется отметить Икрома , который встретил нас в ресепшене быстро все оформил, дал конкретные советы по экскурсиям, предложил услуги трансфера Нам понравилась кухня на завтрак было подготовлена вкусная еда очень близкая к нашему домашнему (узбекской кухне)

The room with the balcony had lovely views and the air conditioning worked nice. The windows provided plenty of sound insulation on the 3rd floor. Necarti was very helpful in getting us settled into our room and checking out.

The breakfast was basic and had limited cook food choices, nevertheless the continental breakfast served its purpose in providing a light meal for the day. The scrambled egg was nice with the provided bread. There are literally hundreds of places to eat in and around the hotel for more substantial meals.

Очень хорошие месторасположение отеля, все в шаговой доступности. Заселили до 14:00 дня, и не взяли с меня дополнительную оплату. Заселили в номер с видом на Босфор. На ресепшене все разговаривают на русском. Завтраки были очень вкусные (вкуснее чем в дорогих ресторанах).

Расположение отличное,разнообразные завтраки. Персонал всегда готов помочь, ребята превзошли все ожидания! Спасибо!

Right in the heart of Old Istanbul and walking distance to the Mosques. Very beautiful, and a lovely park. As well as a mini flee market experience. Very Expensive! Enjoyed my stay, wish I could have stayed a few more days. Breakfast was great. Only downfall, TV did not work at all.

Everything was perfect! A nice and cozy place, very welcoming and attentive staff. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Clean, new and fresh bedsheets. Nice interior. Everyday cleaning was especially great! They change towels and bring extra water, tea and coffee every day. If we ever come to Istanbul again, will definitely stay there. 😍🙏☺️❤️💫

We had an amazing stay at the Magnaura House Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. Everything about our experience was absolutely perfect. The hotel is situated in an incredibly rich, historical area. Stepping outside feels like walking through history, making it the perfect base for exploring Istanbul. Our room was spotlessly clean, tidy, and very comfortable. It featured a balcony overlooking an inaccessible, somewhat overgrown area of ancient ruins. While it might not be a manicured, standard view, looking out onto actual history was fascinating-and best of all, it meant there was absolute peace and quiet. We didn't hear a single bit of street noise, which allowed for a perfectly restful night's sleep. The breakfast each morning was delicious, fresh, and provided the perfect start to a long day of sightseeing. The entire team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout goes to Ikram at the front desk! He speaks four languages fluently, and his impressive multilingual skills and helpful attitude made our stay extra special. If you're planning a trip to Istanbul, do yourself a favor and book this hotel-you won't be disappointed

Уютный номер, очень удачное размещение отеля, практически до всех достопримечательностей можно было дойти пешком, рядом мраморное море и остановки общественного транспорта, вкусные завтраки.

Отличное размещение в районе Султанахмет, рядом есть много достопримечательностей, кафе, магазинов, все в пешей доступности. Переживали, что ночью будет шумно, так как на улице много заведений, но все было спокойно. Вежливый и дружелюбный персонал. Номер соответствовал картинкам и описанию

Rendkívül jó helyen található a szállás, pár perc sétával minden elérhető. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész, kérés esetén mindent megtesznek, hogy segítsenek. A szoba tiszta volt, kényelmes.

Fällt mir gerade nichts ein.

L’emplacement est vraiment exceptionnel et le personnel est adorable. La chambre est grande et spacieuse et confortable.

Le petit déjeuner est un buffet, varié et bon mais j’aurais apprécié un peu plus de choix en sucré, mais c’est un détail ! Support de jet de douche pas très propre mais le reste du ménage était niquel !

Путешествовали мои родители. Эта была первая поездка заграницу родителей, но персонал до такой степени были идеальными, что родители до сих пор говорят о них. Во всем помогали и были очень вежливыми. Обязательно этот отель еще раз выберем. Также идеальное место расположения, близко с Ая София. Завтрак был хорошим. Отель чистый и удобный.

The small, family-run hotel is very close to the main sights and the T1 tram stop. The reception staff were very nice and helpful with everything. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the bed was comfortable, they cleaned every day, changed towels, gave coffee and tea bags. The hotel met our expectations, we felt very good.

The only negative is that due to the acoustics of the building, noises from the corridor, slamming doors, loud conversations could be heard in the room. This can be a bit disturbing, especially at night.

Отличное расположение отеля, в шаговой доступности 5-10 минут до основных достопримечательностей. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов, также 3-4 небольших супермаркета. В исторической части в обменниках курс невыгодный, нужно пройти или проехать 2-3 остановки на трамвае в сторону Аксарай, где курс значительно выше, например, в туристической зоне 42 лиры за 1 доллар, через 2-3 остановки 44 лиры за 1 доллар. Завтраки довольно хорошие для такого уровня отеля: омлет, вареные яйца, сыр, брынза, фета, колбасная нарезка, горячие местные закуски, френч фрайз, разнообразные джемы, печенье, кексы, мед, фрукты, чай, кофе, мюсли, молоко, йогурт и даже первое на завтрак. Чисто и аккуратно, сервис отличный. Большое спасибо работникам кухни. Номер убирают и меняют полотенце ежедневно, чистота, в номере есть электрическая батарея для отопления и кондиционер, чайник, кофе, чай, сахар и бутылка 1,5 л воды каждый день. В ванной верхний душ, не душевой шланг с лейкой. Персонал на ресепшн отличный, некоторые говорят на русском, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать, с просьбами не отказывают, идут навстречу. За это большое спасибо, отдельное спасибо Искандеру.

The location in relation to Hagia Sophia, Topokepi and Blue Mosque, and rest of Old City is excellent. This is a well kept small hotel with a good breakfast. Our's was a quiet room facing away from the street. Staff was helpful. Necati in particular was very pleasant and helpful.

Я редко пишу отзывы но в этот раз хочется оставить. Останавливались в этом отеле 11-14 апреля с семьей и остались очень довольны! Расположение просто замечательное, в самом центре достопримечательностей, в пешей доступности голубая мечеть, А-йя София и др. В номерах тихо, несмотря на месторасположение. Маленький уютный бутиковый отель) Завтраки нам очень понравились, разнообразные, каждый день добавляли что-то новое, и все вкусное. Мы хорошо наедались.🙏🏻 Персонал очень отзывчивый и приятный, некоторые даже говорят на русском. Особенно хочется отметить Искандера, безумно приятный молодой человек, нам очень понравилось его отношение и внимательность. Когда в первую ночь соседи сильно шумели и нам было тяжело спать из-за этого, мы попросили нас переселить подальше и нам предоставили другой номер, причем улучшенный, без какой либо доплаты. Это был очень приятный опыт, спасибо всему коллективу! Приедем ещё:)

Great location, lot's of attractions within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants near by. Hotel has a small lift. Reception staff were friendly. Breakfast is a basic buffet style with a coffee machine and çay. Rooms were cleaned daily with toiletries, bottled water, tea and coffee replenished daily. The rooftop terrace was empty when we were there in April and the lift doesn't go upto it so it's steps from the floor below.

Breakfast was very basic and the few hot dishes that were available were cold. There is no soundproofing so if there is someone noisy in the room next door you can hear everything. Also if you happen to get a room at the front you can hear the traffic too.

Foarte curat peste tot, personalul amabil, locație excelentă.

Mi-ar fi plăcut o cameră cu vedere spre drum dar nu am avut priveliște frumoasă și ținând cont că nu prea am stat în camera nu ne-am plâns.

Lo unico que puedo destacar del alojamiento es la ubicación, que es inmejorable en todo el centro de Estambul

Hay un montón de ruido de otros huéspedes, se escucha todo. Un olor a comida continuamente desagradable. Las instalaciones son viejas y destartaladas.

Hotel is in a good location.

We mistakenly booked this hotel rather than Magnaura Palace which had been recommended to us. We realized our mistake upon arrival. We would have stayed there anyway but this hotel is not adequate. Lobby looked like an old furniture storage room. Staff were not very engaged or helpful. Our room smelled terrible and when we opened the window to air it out, the smell of cat urine from the "garden" was overpowering. The garden was actually just a patch of weeds.

O café-da-manhã tinha poucas opções "internacionais", sendo mais um café típico para turcos - o que limitou bastante para nós.

Отличный отель с хорошим расположением, понравилось питание и каждодневная уборка, вежливый персонал, особенно Искандер - лучший сотрудник.

Hotel bol výborný výhľad z izby na more žiaľ balkón som nemala len francúzsky napriek tomu že som si objednala izbu s balkónom. Izba čistá a veľká. Posteľ pohodlná cca 600 metrov od Modrej mešity a Hagia Sofie. Mesto pekne a čisté Obyvatelia sú milí a nápomocný

Bola len jedna vec čo sa mi nepáčilo a to raňajky síce výber bol dostatočný ale nebola dostatočná hygiena pri servírovaní raňajok : v praženici vo vajíčku a v miešanom šaláte som našla vlasy a nie jeden ale viac. A druhý deň tiež☹️
