Quest Highbrook

Clean. And neat

The reception staff were extremely helpful

no complaints

Great location, we used the underground park which made us feel very safe. Comfortable room, and great to have a kitchenette.

There was quite a lot of what we assumed was plumbing noise.

Clean & quiet. The Indian Restaurant

First time staying there wasn't alot of options for meals. Unfortunately I didn't like the food at The Bankers ( but I was hungry :)) The view was sterile and there was nothing to do. Parking was an issue.

Nowhere in the shower to put soap or washing things very poor design

lovely clean room

nothing

I stay here for work often my favorite thing is the staff. They're always so so nice, they remember little details and make me feel so welcome.

I had a very pleasant stay at Quest. The room was clean, neat, and comfortable, and the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent throughout my stay, and I really appreciated how helpful and professional the team was.

Lage ist grenzwertig. Da es kein Frühstück gibt muss man im naheliegenden. überteuerten Shop, in der Tankstelle oder per Uber einkaufen.

Lage., Lage, Lage und fehlendes Frühstück

Great location very quiet

N/A

The room was comfortable and clean. The shower had a great pressure of water.

Cleanliness Location

The location was excellent as the motorway was close by. I love the extras like the Tim Tams on our pillows. Our bed and pillows were so comfortable. I would recommend staying here to others. The Quest is definitely our home away from home

The sqeaky lift

Very clean and cozy

Standard quest room, decent bed and shower etc. Small room, but again, only need to be there to sleep and eat. Suitable location for work, but food options are limited being an industrial location

No cooking facilities, but there are glasses, cutlery etc, enough to get by. Car park is about a 150-200m walk from the front door. Not a major issue but would be a hassle for people with multiple bags etc.

Linen bathroom and laundry access

Couch was uncomfortable

Met our needs perfectly. Very clean.

Location, cleanliness, parking

Very clean and comfortable, easy check-in process even with no staff there.

Water made a loud whistling sound when running.

Upto standard, very clean

From the location to the apartments, everything was amazing.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The team were so friendly and went above and beyond to make things easy for us, which we really appreciated. We'd definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

All good, well done

None

Very poor internet connection

Always our pick to stay when we come to auckland, staff are always friendly and always helpful. The room is always immaculate.

Nothing bad to say.

I arrived Sunday morning early and did not know how to get into the hotel and had to stand outside in the cold for 3 hours before i could get in. It would have been nice if i could get into the lobby earlier

always a nice tidy stay at the quest. Room is always nice and clean. Room service was good aswell.

Pillows are too soft

Booking directly was easily accomplished. The gentleman who received us on our first day was very friendly but also very efficient and professional. The room was spotlessly clean and warm.

The younger male who was on the desk at reception when we were leaving it felt like we were intruding on him. He may have been having a bad day though. There were no smiles or conversation at all.

The rooms are fabulous It’s a perfect venue for my visits to Auckland

Just slightly hard to find google maps gets confused I have stayed there before so kinda knew what I was looking for

Has everything Quiet Easy to park Friendly staff Close to motorway

Nothing

Very clean, tidy and well equipped unit. Comfortable bed and pillows. Secure parking was appreciated, although it was an additional cost.

The apartments were situated in a quiet part of Tamaki, which suited us, but maybe not everyone.

Everything.

Gentlemen at the front desk on arrival was Amazing and was very kind to my 6 year old son.

Great property, very clean, comfortable, amazing that there are laundry machines in your room. Free extras: Tim Tams on your pillow, water in the fridge, laundry detergent available, etc. Smooth check in and out process. Nothing to complain about.

No negatives. Was exactly what we were looking for before driving to the airport
