Das Zimmer war schön, groß und sauber. Eine top Lage und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Отель находится в удобном месте рядом со станцией и торговыми центрами. Удобный номер, приветливый персонал и наличие бассейна сделали наш отдых восхитительным.

De locatie en heerlijk rustig in drukke stad. Fijn zwembad

Het ontbijt. Niets op de kaart wat ik lekker vond. Schimmel in kitranden douche.

Lag abseits in einer Seitenstrße daher recht ruhig gelegen. War auch nicht viel los. Sonst auch ordentlich, in der Nähe gab es alles was so braucht und MBK war gerade mal 300m weg, Paragon nur ein Dutzend Schritte mehr.

Klimatisierung war etwas willkürlich und laut.

駅から近いです。ナショナルスタジアム駅　ローソン側から出ると、見えにくいですがエレベーターがありますので下におります。そのまま右手に歩き、すぐ角を曲がり少し歩くと到着します。

排水が遅い

The room are clean, and the staff is polite and nice. It is 10 min walk from Siam Paragon and Siam Square.

No ramp for strollers and wheelchairs at the entrance. This is disappointing. It would be so easy to set up, though. The Wi-Fi system is also really inconvenient. It requires you to constantly reconnect whenever you're inactive. That's very annoying when you're trying to work.

Approachable staffs, smooth check-in, room is spacious and hotel is well-located near many shopping and eating options. There are 2 7elevens close to hotel too. Hotel smells nice and good aircon the moment you walk in.

The hotel provides everything I need. So nothing to feedback about.

Der pool und die zimmer waren immer sauber.

Leider waren am pool immer wieder Mäuse und Ratten gelaufen. Wir haben es gesagt. Aber es wurde nichts unternommen.

Il Reno Hotel è una struttura molto curata, pulitissima e a 3 minuti a piedi dal Mbk e la BTS. Alle spalle nella via parallela c’è la casa museo di Jim Thompson.

L'accueil et disponibilité du personnel très à l'écoute. Des chambres spacieuses et propres. Nous y sommes restés 1 nuit. Le gros plus sa localisation : proche de toutes les commodités (centres commerciaux, transport, restaurants)

Location was excellent. Cannot fault it. 3 min walk to MBK Centre and then a few more minutes to Siam Discovery / Centre / Paragon. Very small gym but it was rarely in use so with a few cardio machines, some dumbbells and a bench, it’s fine for a quick holiday workout. Big outdoor pool. Nice cafe connected to the building. I didn’t eat there but had coffee most days and it was a quiet atmosphere.

An odd hotel in design. Too minimalist so at times the upper corridors feel more like a prison. No iron is a first I’ve ever experienced. I imagine it’s to encourage you to use their laundry service - which is quite expensive (and I’m comparing to UK prices!) Bad wifi. When it stays connected it’s fine (not superfast but okay) but I found on the 3rd floor it constantly disconnected. Made it impossible to get any work done so I just went to nearby coffee shops. I kept finding little ants in the corner of my room when I sat at the desk. Not sure if this is a wider climate related thing or what, but it was frustrating if I sat down for a quick snack.

I liked the location for shopping, very convenient The art shop downstairs is cool The pool was nice The staff were nice

They put a sign in the bathroom that gets held up by a tiny dish, well surprise surprise it knocked over the tiny soap dish and we had to pay for it. I just think they could've stuck the sign to the wall. Or literally put it anywhere else. It's pretty cringe. I think it was $5 but it just soured it all. Then we had to wear shoes in the bathroom just to make sure. Also this dish exists so they can give you the thinnest piece of soap sealed in plastic to save on stuff, but they give you a new one every day and it breaks as you open it, everyday and then we didn't have a soap dish to leave it in. It's more wasteful and kind of just annoying. Also the bed was hard I got an adapter from a store in Thailand and I plugged it into the wall and it started smoking. I immediately removed it, I'm so glad we weren't asleep. I let the staff know that either the adapter was faulty or their wires are faulty and they just took the adapter and stared at it. I translated a message in Thai and they didn't even bother to read it. This was pretty disappointing. I hope no fires are caused because of this issue. Very scary.

Our first hotel in Thailand and couldn’t have asked for better! Clean and modern rooms friendly staff and the restaurant located in the hotel is amazing they have a good selection of food and drinks, close to literally everything.

Fantastic location near the MBK shopping centre, the National Stadium BTS station, the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre and only a short walk to the Jim Thompson House and the wonderful fun and quirky Khong boats on the Saen Saep Canal. Despite this busy location the hotel and room was very clean and a quiet oasis. Our room was lovely and well appointed. The pool was very relaxing and the staff were wonderful. The cafe also had some wonderful food options.

Super emplacement, a 4 min à pied de MBK et du BTS NATIONAL STADIUM. 7/11 a 2 min à pied. Bonne isolation, grande piscine. Excellent accueil et bagagerie disponible gratuitement a la fin du séjour.

Service de laundry possible avec un de leur partenaire, un peu cher mais ça dépanne! Petit déj a la carte, peu de choix et un peu cher pour BKK

Hotel location is perfect. opposite MBK Centre, Siam discovery is just 10 mins walk away, convenient stores nearby. surrounding is very quiet. Front desk staffs are nice.

a few of the housekeeping staffs were not very friendly when approached. hairs found in toilet floor. aircon controller is out of battery.

Everything was clean, close to all the malls. Nice pool.

The space was done well - complete with a pool, gym, art space, library nook (vert well use of space from an empty wall). The location is really in the middle of the whole Siam Area (Siam Paragon, Siam Center, MBK wtih Dongki, a homey massage spa, a really good italian restaurant with brick oven pizza open til 12mn. The room is spacious and there is a simple cafe that serves all day dining. Water is refilled daily in the room, the shower works very well. Its a hotel with taste, not fancy but really nice and value for money.

Their cafe and restaurant staff can improve a bit, by being maybe a little nicer. Or maybe because i looked like them coz im filipina , they speak thai to me or they dont know that much english and can be rude sometimes or discriminating? I just was not that happy w them compared to the hotel lobby staff and the cleaning team.

Very good restaurant - I recommend the Pad Thai.

Friendly staff, good sized and very clean rooms and a nice swimming pool to boot. Very close to MBK centre and the National Stadium BTS station makes it possible to avoid some of the Bangkok traffic. Also rooms and hotel was quiet. Very good and varied breakfasts can be purchased there also.

I had a great experience staying at Reno Hotel Bangkok. As soon as we entered, the hotel smelled fresh and welcoming. The front desk staff were very accommodating, and I was pleasantly surprised that we were allowed to check in early at 12 noon without any additional charge. The security guard outside was also very helpful, he always assisted me with my belongings whenever I arrived. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained.

Nothing significant. Everything during my stay was smooth and enjoyable.

Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. The place was kept clean and staff were very respectful. Location was perfect, with easy access to transportation, shopping, massages, and street food. Would definitely stay there again and recommend highly!

Nothing really, except maybe for the lack of hand soap in the bathroom.
