Hotel Chitwan Park Village

The worst night staff ever i came across. Room wasn't clean at all, blood stains in Bedsheet and pillow cover. Ask for a clean one and suddenly they disappeared!! Disgusting 🫣

The staff are friendly and the food is delicious.

none

Location only.

Very poor facilities, not hygiene at all. Washroom door is not shut at all, air con system is not in operation. many facilities which is necessary for staying were not in place at all. Very disappointed property.

Kuz Zal can organize everything he also could show some places to see rhinos without entering the national park

Owner was very helpful and we booked safari through him

Well, the Breakfast was simple but it was tasty and fresh.

It was 3min walk from main road so the hotel was located at quite place there is not in crowd and distrub from others.

nearby Metro New Delhi railway and close connection to Karol Bagh as well

I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a relaxing experience. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, yet peaceful enough for a good night’s rest. The food was fresh and delicious.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay in Chitwan. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Mr. Ranjan Bhandari, who is one of the most humble, respectful, and helpful people I’ve met. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels comfortable and taken care of. His passion for hospitality really shows in the way he manages the place. The breakfast every morning was amazing fresh, delicious, and prepared with love. It gave me the perfect start to my day, especially before heading out for the tours and activities. What impressed me most was how friendly and caring the entire staff was. They didn’t treat me like just another guest — they treated me like a member of their own family. Every interaction felt warm and genuine, and they were always ready to help with a smile. The location itself is peaceful and surrounded by nature, which makes it a perfect escape from the busy city. They also offer a wide variety of tour options, from jungle safaris to canoe rides and cultural experiences, and everything is very well organized. Whether you're visiting for relaxation or adventure, they have something for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chitwan. The hospitality, the food, the comfort, and the overall atmosphere created by Mr. Ranjan Bhandari and his wonderful team truly made my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Our Unforgettable Chitwan Adventure at Hotel Chitwan Park Village ,Organized by the incredible Ranjan Bhandari We arrived at Hotel Chitwan Park Village dusty but buzzing with anticipation. Nestled beside the lush greenery bordering Chitwan National Park, the hotel felt like a tranquil oasis. Our thatched-roof cottage overlooked the serene Rapti River, where crocodiles basked on distant banks and exotic birds darted through towering sal trees. The blend of rustic charm and warm hospitality instantly immersed us in the wild spirit of Nepal.

1) Dinner and breakfast were fantastic! You won’t believe it — the next day's lunch was exactly the same as dinner. It made me wonder if it was just leftovers from the previous night. 2) The team was really supportive — they arranged the jungle and elephant safari over the phone, and the team even came to the hotel to pick us up."

1) I had initially booked one room with a triple bed, a single bed, and two double-bed rooms for my small kids. However, to my surprise, the hotel didn’t have such a room available upon arrival — which was quite shocking. Eventually, they admitted their mistake. 2) The staff service was even more disappointing. There was no one attentive enough to listen to our concerns — I had to go down to the ground floor every time just to request basic services. 3) The room itself was untidy, had a foul smell, and many of the amenities were not functioning properly.

**Review of Hotel Chitwan Park Village** Our stay at Hotel Chitwan Park Village was an unforgettable experience, and we cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family, and every aspect of our stay was exceptional. Here’s a detailed review of our wonderful time at this budget-friendly hotel: **Location:** The hotel is perfectly located in Sauraha, just a short walking distance from the main area. Its central location made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the town, enjoy the local culture, and experience the beauty of Chitwan. **Accommodation:** The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the ambiance of the hotel added to the overall charm of our trip. **Food:** The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed a variety of dishes, including local Tharu cuisine, which was flavorful and authentic. Every meal felt like a treat, and the dining experience was a highlight of our stay. **Jungle Safari:** One of the most memorable parts of our trip was the jungle safari. Our guide, **Dipesh Chaudhary**, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the safari truly exciting. We spotted wildlife, learned about the jungle ecosystem, and had an adventure we’ll never forget. **Exceptional Staff:** The staff at Hotel Chitwan Park Village went above and beyond to make our stay special. **Ranjan Bhandari**, in particular, treated us like family. He not only arranged for us to enjoy a typical Tharu dance evening but also personally took us there in his own vehicle. His warmth and hospitality were truly heartwarming. Another standout was **Sagar**, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. He was always attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed. His dedication and kindness made us feel so welcome. **Tharu Cultural Evening:** The Tharu cultural dance evening was a fantastic experience.

Spacious bed.

The toilet was damaged, no toilet paper, towel not provided even when asked, poor wifi. Breakfast wasn't on time. The pillows are dirty, it needs to be thrown out.

There is a very good place. An clean area.there are a good person.

I LIKED NOTHING!!

I didnt liked anything. My guest was there and he was very upset with the service. And the way the staff spoke. Useless. Doesn’t mean if you pay cheap, you will serve them cheap. Typical uneducated peoples.

It was too bad

Everything was bad ! There is nothing good. They didn't had hot water, milk powder and most importantly TV. They don't have good breakfast. So if want a good hotel see another one. Thanks

Nice break fast, all staff are friendly and helpful. Near by main street. Big room and clean room. We enjoyed alots. Hotel arrange all jungle activities for us.

Nice breakfast, near by main street and river. we had good food at rooftop restaurant. Manager arrange all our jungle activities. all staff are friendly and helpful. we had great time. thank you so much for your great hospitality.

Ac available, hot water and good location

Pictures of the hotel not representative of the reality; disappointing. Staff was really nice but sometimes too omnipresent in our stay, not letting us any space. The day of the departure we were awake before them while everything was planned the day before for us to have bkf and leave on time. At the end “eat fast please the tuktuk is waiting”. They woke up 45 min late we were waiting for them. Not reliable and serious at all.

All good.

Owner didn't provide me booked room. He assigned it to other customer for higher price

Room is big and clean. Air conditioning is working very well. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Walk 10 minutes to town . It’s a quiet and peaceful place to stay.

Wifi was little bit slow.

no that rememberable things on there.

difficulty to sleep with mosquito.

Nice hotel with clean rooms, friendly staffs ,the owner of the hotel (Ranjan sir)came to pick us up and drop up to the bus stop, that's impressive, never met this kind of person who comes to pick up in buspark,he is the best ,big thumb up for him,and I truly appreciate his hospitalities,we will be back

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

They were pretty good for first two days and then they stop calling for breakfast and also they cut off the tea . And also they suppose to do all the transportation for safari package but they ask us to walk to the property from safari jeep drop off .

Management ,

Friendly staff

Not response about the online booking

Nice place, wonderful people, good break fast, they have free pick up service from tourist bus park. Hotel arrange all jungle safari program. Thank you all for your great hospitality

Behavior of the staff,Location, Thali set

No room amenities, stain in the bedsheet and pillow, Not very clean rooms, Leakage in bathroom tap

The accommodation was ok for the price, if you don’t mind a cold room and bathroom.

We had to pay extra for heating (AC), but all rooms have one. For a family room only 1 towel was available. After a long trip on a local bus we arrived and asked for food in our room, it didn’t come. We asked again and were told it would come after 10 minutes. Two hours later stil nothing and went to bed. At 11pm we were woken, the food had arrived??? We checked out the next day. This is no way to treat customers!!!

Nice location, bedroom clean. The owner can offer you to do some volunteering in a school or building things for the village etc...

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Our host was super friendly and helpful, picking us up from the village, and organising a fun packed few days. We ate there also, and the dinner and breakfast was amazing! Would highly recommend!

The owner was attentive and kind and very helpful. He personally collected us from the bus station! He is very well connected and can solve any problem. He also arranged tours with guide Gopaul, who was quite excellent! Gopaul is extremely knowledgeable, fun and knows just where and when to be to see the animals and flowers. He calmly points out things you would miss and knows the names and dates and facts about absolutely everything! The food was great, especially the biryani, which was as delicious as it was beautifully presented. Lovely big fans to keep cool. Super kind and helpful staff.

Wifi was slow.

Nice quiet location, friendly helpful staff, great food and good facilities. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Walking distance from town centre and the national park.

Nice hot shower, big comfortable bed, fresh towel, friendly staff and easy access to main Sauraha area.

Except for the location nothing about the hotel was Good total waste of money and my time in the hotel.

Rooms were filty as if they havent cleaned in months, pillows were nasty, spit marks were all over the walls, toilet was smelly, it said sound proof in the advertisement but wasnt sound proof, Wi-Fi was super slow, staffs were irresponsive, no TV no table in the room.

Very helpfull and friendly staff.Nice food. Was my pleasure to feel part of the live at Chitwan.

I stayed at Hotel Chitwan Park Village for three days and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, bright and just a few minutes by foot from the jungle. But the best thing about the hotel was the team. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They took care of every need and always gave me tips for hikes and sights in Sauraha and organized my jungle-safari activities perfectly. The food was also very tasty, varied and the portions were big. It is an ideal place for exciting activities in the beautiful surroundings of Chitwan National Park. Even though I was far away from Germany, I really felt like I was at home with the hotel team being my family. Thank you for everything! Your friend Jakob from Germany

Good location and very helpful owner. Looked after us at every moment. Nice standard of rooms but needs little updating.

Few issues like no bulb in bathroom or blocked shower hit were solved by the owner when mentioned.

This place is absolutely great! We stayed for 2nights and loved every second. The owner RANJN who runs the place is really service minded and friendly, and the other staff is so sweet. The owner made a handmade safari package for us with a experienced guide. The price is to good to be true and food is amazing, even the breakfast which was included. Rooms are clean and comfortable, Do your self a favour and stay here during your vacation in Chitwan.
