Room was spacious, comfortable bed. Facilities all there plenty of places to eat breakfast. A quiet place to stay.

Good, comfortable accommodation. Room was nice and kitchen were good. Norman was very helpful and talked to us about other things to do in the area. He also let us park at the property earlier than the check-in which was an added bonus.

I guess that others beat us to the showers, because we had absolutely no warm water (6:30am). Bed pillows pretty flat.

This property is clearly relying on OLD reviews - the real.outside doesn't look anything in person like the photos. We're very disappointed with Booking.com fot not rechecking the properties they are sponsoring.

Proprietario simpatico e gentilissimo, camera accogliente e spaziosa, la casa è molto carina immersa nel verde. La sera, non essendo abituati alle temperature irlandesi, avevamo un po' freddo: abbiamo chiesto al proprietario di accendere il riscaldamento e ha provveduto subito portandoci anche una stufetta.

La pulizia potrebbe essere un po' migliorata, le prese della corrente sono distanti dal mobiletto per asciugarsi i capelli, in bagno non ce ne sono.

Good size room, excellent shower and lovely view to the garden at the side of the house. great kitchen and sunny nook in the afternoon for a cuppa and easy to get our own breakfast. Easy check in as long as you have the email with instructions to follow.

Very hard to find on google maps because the name of the property on booking.com does not correlate to the name of the House which is Glenarde House. It would be much easier if the booking name was the same as the google maps name. In the booking, I had to go into Manage Booking to find the extra info (which is not where I would expect to find it).

Comfortable and clean. On a short bus ride into central Galway and walking distance of Salthill prom.

Room was filthy, bathroom was moldy and the smell of damp was shocking. Vomit stains on the farmer and the side of the bed. Really really grim

Another guest bolted the front door from the inside so when we got back from dinner we were unable to get in with the digital access, luckily another guest was sat in the dining room and helped us out

Comfortable large bedroom with a king size bed Fluffy towels and finally seperate shampoo and conditioner and body gel rather than one for all. A communal kitchen with all essentials was a lovely surprise .Parking was also greatly appreciated

Nice quiet location a bit out of town. Room was a good size with a comfy bed and ensuite. Shared kitchen was well equipped. Host was really helpful with suggestions for our drive to the Connemara area and for our trip to Doolin afterwards

L'endroit est calme, l'accès à une cuisine.

Pas très propre, toilette mal nettoyée, siphons de lavabo et de douche qui évacuent très mal. Jardin à l'abandon

La cocina está muy bien, y la casa es amplia. Tenía mejor precio que lo que había por la zona.

El cuarto económico es un garaje reformado, huele un poco a humedad y las toallas de la ducha no sé secaban entre un día y el siguiente. Es pequeño, pero eso está bien indicado en la oferta de la habitación, y no es un problema. Mirad a ver cuánto más cuestan las otras habitaciones porque puede que merezca la pena. El transporte público que te lleva al centro es terrible, el 402 pasa cada hora en fin de semana y a veces ni se presenta. El paseo al centro son 30 mins, que a la cuarta vez ya se hace bola.

The Kitchen: Saucepans were carcinogenic? there were loads of burnout old frying pans and saucepans. They did not provide even a box of Cornflakes, could not find coffee or a tea bag. Mean and disorganised. Bed Linen: The pillows were really old and dirty, had to put a towel on my pillow, scared of bugs. No wardrobe, cramped. Shower was Ok. Water was hot. The room was supposed to be budget, the room should be used as a broom cupoard. The Place looks drab and it needs to be painted.

Sebbene la camera risultasse abbastanza pulita, gli spazi intorno meriterebbero una rinfrescata e risistemata generale. Peccato, perché la struttura ha un buon potenziale. Tutta la cucina necessita sicuramente di esser pulita più a fondo. Inoltre l’acqua del nostro wc era calda…che ci può anche stare (pulisce meglio 🤣), ma eventuali schizzi potrebbero non esser piacevoli…

La struttura si trova in un bellissimo giardino, a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro. La camera è spaziosa. Completa di tutti i servizi.

L'emplacement, le fait d'être autonome pour le petit déjeuner ( cuisine et salon fonctionnels).

Le bruit. On entend les personnes qui rentrent et qui parlent et prennent leur douche dans la chambre d'à côté.

Calm and green loaction - needs though a bus trip or half an hour walk to get to the city center. Spaceous room.

This was our second stay here, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The property is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. It's always a great sign when you choose to come back, and we would happily stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Clean, tidy, comfy. Instructions were clear. Felt secure there. We parked two motorbikes in one parking space, no issues.

Someone in next room was taking on the phone loudly after midnight. Waking up from sleep several times with his noise was a bit frustrating.

The location offers a remote feel, peace and quiet, but is only a short walk from the beachfront and a 10minute bus ride into town. The ambience of the room, the rustic feel of the house, and the wildlife thriving in the garden.

Room was extremely clean, ammentities were amazing/Bathroom great.

The location was good and the bed was comfortable, but that's all the good I can say about it.

The carpet had a weird smelling wet spot,qnd the shower drain was almost completely plugged, making it nearly impossible to shower. I absolutely would not stay here again.

The room was quiet and comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped and welcoming, bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Norman’s communication and helpfulness when we forgot our passports was excellent!

There was no safe for storing valuables. Perhaps the risk is low for theft but it felt strange.

The room was way too small and the bathroom even more. The price is very high for what they offer.

Great location and lovely staff/owner. The rooms were really minimal but ideal , bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the communal kitchen.

I think a deep clean might be due as it was definitely surface cleaned, but the bathroom looked like it needed a little bit of a freshen up.

Small room (no5) double bed is against the wall which isn’t shown in the pictures. Room could have done with some more hooks. Mismatched crookery made it feel like a shared house. No bin in bathroom.

Smooth self-check in. Big house, spacious room. Nice that there’s a kitchen and dinner table you can use if you want. Parking space is great and the bus stop is close.

It’s a bit sad that there’s no personal contact with the owners/staff.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, verfügt aber über gute Busanbindung. Es ist ein Self-checkin, daher hatten wir keinen Kontakt zum Personal. Alle Informationen kamen jedoch rechtzeitig und ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die gemeinschaftliche Küche ausreichend ausgestattet, aber in der Sauberkeit abhängiger von den anderen Benutzern. Wir haben uns alles in allem wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen
