Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Ein wundervolles B&B! Liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer und herausragendes Frühstück. Das Auto kann man direkt vor dem Haus parken. Nach Galway kommt man in ca. 25 min zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus, der direkt vor dem Haus abfährt. Dieser kostet 1,90€. Wir haben einen Ausflug zu den Aran Islands gemacht. In Salthill gibt es sehr nette Cafés und eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants.

L'accueil était également très chaleureux. Je recommande fortement ce B&B très bien situé à Salthill, à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Galway. Nous reviendrons !

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025Com certeza foi uma das melhores hospedagens que eu ja tive. Acredito que eram os donos da casa pois foram super amaveis e gentis comigo. Tiveram todo cuidado em oreparar o meu café da manhã que por um acaso estava maravilhoso. Recomendo vivamente e voltei sempre que possivel!
Não tenho nada a reclamar pois foi perfeito!

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025St. Judes ist ein entzückendes B&B mit köstlichem Frühstück. Das Haus hat das Flair eines romantischen englisch/irischen Landhauses obwohl es in der Stadt liegt. Die Lage in Salthill ist gut, Innenstadt von Galway auch zu Fuß erreichbar.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Zeer vriendelijk en geïnteresseerde eigenaresse. Raadde bijzondere niet toeristische locaties aan. Moesten bij vertrek vroeg weg maar ze kwam zelf met ontbijtpakket. Goed bed en alles super schoon.
Ligt 20 minuten lopen van centrum.

Beautiful home and cannot thank you enough for inviting us in. Room was perfect, bed was super comfy and the shower… I wish I had that water pressure in the states!!

Reviewed Jul 19, 2025Absolutely beautiful home with kind and friendly family running this B&B. The room and entire home were immaculately clean. The breakfast was lovely, and everyone we encountered in the family was so helpful and friendly. Parking is available but tight so hopefully you have a small car like we did. 20 minute walk to downtown Galway, but also close to a downtown area in Salthill and the lovely Salthill Promenade. Would definitely stay again.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2024We LOVED St. Judes! The home was spectacular and they thought of everything to make our stay extra comfortable. Breakfast was freshly made everyday and something we looked forward to. Ifa was a pleasure to chat with every morning and was so helpful in answering our questions. We walked into town everyday and it was an easy and convenient walk - 20 minutes tops. We easily took the local bus from the train station thanks to Tony’s detailed directions (there is a stop right outside the B&B)
We loved everything and would go back again for a longer stay.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and the owners friendly. Three rooms were perfect. They give a choice of breakfast times and menus. The homes is in walking distance to many restaurants and the owners gave us some great suggestions.
There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Just be careful when using Google maps for navigation there is a similar named stay in Galway that pops up. We went to the wrong place and so did another couple staying at the same time as us.

I'd have liked to have been able to make a coffee in my room but this is only a small thing. Breakfast was served a little late (8:30) but the host very kindly adapted this so I could eat at 8 so I could get to my course on time.

We are coffee lovers, and real coffee is only available during breakfast. There's a coffee station with instant coffee only, but we didn't ask the staff for extra coffee so we can't really say if it is available during the day.
