What was included in our accommodation was the buffet breakfast though on the second day when we arrived at the dining area there were no more food so I requested for a refill unfortunately they were giving us plated meals. Then there were nomore cups and utensils we had to request several times. Another worst experience was the towel in our room which really looks like a rag... The amenities inside the 3 rooms we got were incomplete... It came to a point that we needed to talk to the owner who initially doesn't want to talk to us but she had no choice since we were demanding for a full refund.

Location, cleanliness and the staff were very friendly but could have been more helpful.

Price did not reflect the property, staff could have been more helpful, there is no restaurant even they claim to have one and the pool was unusable as it was roped off.

The staff are very welcoming, courteous and attentive. We were nicely surprised that the room and bathroom are bigger than we expected. The beds were comfortable and the aircon works fine. We also enjoyed swiming in their pool, the water temperature has a gentle warmth and it's not heavily chlorinated. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Adela.

I would like more variety with the breakfast menu. We only stayed 2 days and the menu was the same. If one stays longer then you might probably tire of eating the same things. I would also propose to add rugs/mats to the rooms please.

The standard room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. On our last night - A strong stench was coming out of our shower drain and spread throughout the room in the middle of the night. We called the front desk and they moved us to a different room. It was a little inconvenient to pack up and move at 2am but the staff was very kind and helpful. She was also the same staff who welcomed us when we checked in!

The wi-fi was not working most of the time stayed there. I fed the dog in front of the hotel and got a funny look from the Korean Grandma who was working in the kitchen. sorry not sorry lol

Bad experience with staff. Upon check in staff told us that they will charge x amount of money if we steal any items from room.

Horrible breakfast, same menu every day. No options for vegetarian people.

The staff were really nice and helpful. Especially the security man who is standing at the door. He doesn’t speak that much english but he is a person with a warm heart. Always friendly always smiling!!!

The transfer service fees are a bit high, and we also had to pay more for the motorcycle which we rented than the reception said.

It was convenient, quiet and clean accommodation. But overall it was not a cost effective place to stay. You can actually find an AirBnB that is way cheaper in the area and you can cook your own food. The restaurants in Panglao are very expensive and most tourists were Korean Nationals. Hence they took advantage to jack up the prices of food and other necessities in Panglao, Bohol. I might not stay back there in the future!

They must provide more potable water or even make a deep well for guests to drink, and improve their breakfast menu. Same food every single day, it was boring already! The hotel owner is also Korean national and was accommodating most guests were Korean people :-) Welcome to Jeju Island lol ;-)

We like the kindness of the whole team from the owner to the staff, they were excellent! I lile their location as it is quite near to Alona.

I wish the breakfast is buffet and hopefully next time there is more variations of cuisines and not only korean. But their food is delicious.

A little bit far from Alona Beach, but the resort provides free shuttle bus services. All the staff are quite nice.

The balcony is quite near to the neighbor’s, feeling a little bit inconvenient and no privacy.

The owners and staff were all super nice!! They made us feel home so much!! When we were late for breakfast, they even went to the kitchen to make something for us! And when we ran into issues, they went beyond their responsibilities to help us so much!! Everyone is super friendly literally!!

We loved that everybody from the owners to the staff are all very accomodating. We had some unusual requests because of our late flight going back to Manila but they made it possible. They made everything possible. They were to quick to say NO to concerns, they always find ways to accomodate us. They're all soooo friendly. Made our trip hassle-free and very enjoyable.

There were no bath floor mats to absorb water (only rubber mats), no flannels or hand towels. Only towels provided. We were 13adults, majority weren’t happy on the breakfast that was served. Very small portions, it’s like for kiddie-meal.

a group of people were there using the pool but they were not guests but just a visitor of their guests and was not able to use the chairs or bench

The hotel was far from the main city. When we checked in there was no credit card facility. Then once we were in the room there was a bad smell. We were then moved to another room which still had a bad smell. The hotel staff said it was because the rooms have not been used in a long time. The air conditioning was also not working well. And there were stains on the bed sheets. We checked out straight away and booked at another hotel. Otherwise, the staff was very understanding.

the rooms are obviously not used often at the moment so there were some dead inspects and lizards in the room which resulted in flies. the way they managed the breakfast offering on the first morning and the absences of knives to cut the food was very strange. also, room was not made up on the second day.

My friends and I booked a Premier room for 4 days and 3 nights. This place is amazing it made our trip to Bohol extravagant. The rooms are very clean and spacious with complete toiletries and other essential needs they also provide free coffee and mineral waters upon check-in, the rooms also have electric kettle they are also equipped with complete cable channels. The staff in the front office were very welcoming and accommodating they always attends to our needs as quickly as they can, they also have contacts if you need a transportation and tours which is perfect, so guests won't have a hard time waiting for tricab on the street or booking for a tour. The restaurant of this hotel is also great the food was awesome! as well as the friendly staff in the restaurant, they serve authentic Korean food and Filipino food, the staffs always smile which gives a positive vibe to their guests. The pool area is also big we spent our nights in the pool area because it is very cozy, and they always clean the pool. Overall experience was amazing will definitely go back here such a good recommendation.

The breakfast is good! I stayed here multiple times, the staffs are good KUDOS to PHILIP who helps us with the transportation and answered our questions precisely. HOSPITABLE, WARM, and AWESOME STAFF. They made our stay more like home! There are rooms where the wifi connection is not good, but PHILIP lends us the mesh so we can work properly. Wasnt able to enjoy the pool because was busy with work, but my overall stay is WORTH IT! stayed 3 times 1st stay 5 days 2nd stay 4 days 3rd stay 1 day
