Cheathata CTS Hotel Siem Reap

The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even have a pool. Drink prices are cheap. Breakfast was ok. I really liked the scrambled eggs and the omelette. The rooms need to be modernized but that is just me. The feel matches the hotel.

Not enough air-con in the communal areas and I did not like where the rubbish bins are located outside the hotel.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The facilities were great and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for money.

I’ve been living in Cambodia (Phnom Penh) for 5 years, and Cheathata has always been one of my favorite places to stay. I usually come here on weekends to relax and refresh after a busy week. The staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Always enjoy my stay here and will definitely keep coming back!

Exactly what you'd expect, good space, good location, average bed/shower. Not extremely luxurious but everything you need. Breakfast buffet did the trick.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent. The rooftop pool was a great bonus and a lovely place to relax. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and would happily stay here again!

La ubicación en el centro de la ciudad pero sin ruido ni bullicio nos impresionó. El tamaño de la habitación, tan espaciosa. El desayuno riquísimo, con u gran bufet. Los cócteles de la piscina excelentes.tofo el personal súper amable

Endroit merveilleux, prestations haut de gamme pour un prix modique ( un vingtaine d'euros ), très belle chambre avec boiseries , spacieuse, confortable, personnel adorable, serviable, accueillant , petit déjeuner de qualité, emplacement central à 200 mètres du centre ville. Piscine en roof-top, garage, il ne manque vraiment rien .

Franchement rien, tout est parfait, et ce n'est pas dans mes habitudes de tresser des lauriers . Vous avez les prestations d'un hôtel 4/5 étoiles françaises pour le prix d'un F1 ! Et encore ..

I asked for the complimentary bus station pick-up at the last minute, and honestly, I thought they wouldn’t be able to arrange it. But surprisingly, they managed to organize it for me! I really appreciate their effort and helpful service. Thank you!

After a long journey, I was so happy to be welcomed with a delicious Khmer dessert. It was a small but thoughtful touch that helped me relax and feel refreshed. Really appreciated the warm welcome!

Location is unbeatable. Right next to market and pub street. The staff is extremely polite and kind and nice. The room was spacious. Price is vreat inclusive of breakfast, early check in and late check out. Breakfast was adequate.Pool is nice.

Rooms are old fashioned and furniture a bit dated. There is a bad smell coming from the bathroom.Pool is small and a little dirty. The rubbish bins in front of the hotel. No or inadequate air conditioning in communal areas, not even in the sitting area near the reception. Breakfast could have a few more pastry options.

ロケーションはとても良いと言えるでしょうね。 パブストリートも近いし、ソクサン通りのすぐそばだから、ご飯食べようと思ったら何でもすぐ近くにあります。 きちんと清掃されたきれいなホテルです。 不快な虫なども見かけることは無かったです。 朝食も、品数は多いとは言えないけれど、十分であると感じました。 味も良かったです。 シャワーの温度は、適温になるまでに時間がかかるタイプですが、まぁ問題ないと言っていいかなと思います。 エアコンもしっかり効いていました。 毎日の清掃もしっかりされていたと思います。 スタッフの皆さんも、良い感じの人達でした。

このホテルに限らず、 冷蔵庫の電源だけ常時電源に繋げることはできないのでしょうか？ 部屋のカードキーの抜き差しで電源が入ったり落ちたりするのですが、 昼間観光をしている間に冷蔵庫の電源が落ちるから、冷えるまでに時間がかかるし、結露で冷蔵庫内が濡れていたり、 あまり良い状況ではないなと、いつも思うんです。 もちろんこのホテルに限ったことではないですので、誤解なされませんよう。

Purtroppo dallo scarico del bagno veniva su qualche blatta erano piccolissime e innocue ma non era bello trovarsele in bagno, purtroppo un problema comune in Asia non era una cosa che dipendeva forse dall’hotel

Posizione perfetta, vicina a Pub Street ma in una via molto silenziosa, ricca di ristoranti. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Letto abbastanza scomodo, arredi un pochino datati. Lo staff è meraviglioso, ci hanno aiutato moltissimo e sono super accoglienti. Prezzo davvero molto basso per un hotel così. Piscina sul letto molto carina. Colazione inclusa ma solo cibo salato, consiglierei di aggiungere qualcosa di dolce! Consigliato

Super bien situado y habitaciones de buena calidad. El personal muy atento. Tiene piscina en el tejado que viene muy bien para refrescarse por las tardes.

Un día necesitamos desayuno temprano, pero no sabíamos que el límite para pedirlo era antes de las 17:00. Así que no pudimos pedirlo cuando llegamos del tour donde nos avisaron que lo necesitaríamos al día siguiente.

L’établissement est très agréable et le personnel est avenant et souriant. L’emplacement est idéal car il est situé à quelques pas du marché de nuit et des bars mais il n’est pas du tout bruyant.

Las habitaciones huelen literalmente a humedad, la respiras por las noches. Me puse mala de la garganta. Solicitamos un cambio de habitación y nos lo denegaron alegando que estaban completos. Al día siguiente, pusieron un cartel en la puerta de que había habitaciones libres para hospedarse. Si tuviera la oportunidad de pasar unos días de nuevo en ese maravilloso país, elegiría un hotel por esa zona (que hay miles) pero desde luego no este. El desayuno está fatal organizado, nada que ver con las fotos, y en un país en el que desayunas todo lo que quieras por 1dolar, me parece pésimo. Sin duda, no lo recomendaría, la estancia es algo que ayuda a que tu viaje sea mejor o peor, en nuestro caso, una decepción.

Роскошные номера, вкусный завтрак, бассейн на крыше, услуги трансфера и проката байков, всё что нужно для незабываемого отдыха в Сием Риапе.

Хорошее расположение, рядом все необходимое есть. В номере было чисто и что важно для нас - чистые белые полотенца и постельное. Мебель старая, в целом отель потрепанный, но для остановки на 3-4 ночи сносно.

Бронировали номер с балконом, дали номер на 1м этаже, и вместо балкона выход на козырек какой-то пристройки. Поменять номер отказали.

This is my go to Hotel in Siem Reap - Very Comfortable, lovely staff and it is very close to everything! It’s a 3-5mins walk to Pub Street, lots of shops and restaurants just outside, as well as many tuktuks available just outside the Hotel (you can negotiate prices with them - or the Hotel can also book a tuktuk for you), and there’s a wonderful Massage place next door that we use whenever we’re in Siem Reap (very Professional and not dodgy!)💯

The bathroom was spacious but the shower was terrible. The shower head kept falling and the it leaked onto the floor. The was really the only downside. Breakfast was only just ok. Limited options.

It was very central. We literally could walk everywhere. It was a 5-7 minutes walk from the famous pub street and night market; close enough to enjoy the festivities but far enough so you still had some quiet. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, they offered free breakfast. Vutey and the others at the front desk were so helpful.

My only issue was that some of the plugs in the room were not working

Уборка каждый день. Бассейн чистый, большой. Месторасположение на все 100%,центр в 3 минутах. А в отеле тихо и спокойно. Всё понравилось.!! Рекомендуем, не пожалеете. Если удастся побывать ещё раз в этом милом и красивом городе, то обязательно останомся только здесь.

It was my first time visiting Siem Reap, Cambodia, and my friend highly recommended that I stay at Cheathata Hotel. I expected it to be good, but my actual experience was far beyond what my friend described. Everything exceeded my expectations—from the warm hospitality and comfortable room to the excellent service and convenient location. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and willing to help with anything I needed. My stay was truly amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Cheathata Hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

Breakfast was average, lack of power points, no power point next to the bed only power point to charge anything was to pull the kettle cord out to charge or the bathroom, lighting of a night in the room was very dull

In our bathroom water was dripping from the ‘Bidet hose’ so it was very damp in there all the time.

La ubicación.

Booking anuncia el hotel como 4 estrellas y la realidad es distinta, en nuestro caso habitación sin ventana exterior con fuerte e insoportable olor a desagüe, una cama con el colchón hundido y duro como una piedra, al quejarnos de la misma solo nos ofrecieron (de manera no muy educada) un "upgrade" de habitación con el consiguiente aumento de precio. Al ir a hacer este upgrade nos dicen que ya no quedan, pero para sorpresa al mirar por Booking y otros buscadores si que aparecen habitaciones disponibles para las fechas.
