Günlük kart aldığımız için toplu taşımayla ulaşım rahattı. Yatak çok rahat gerçekten. Mutfak malzemeleri çok çeşitli ve yeterliydi. Bulaşık makinası, deterjanı, tuz ve karabiber vardı. Ella inanılmaz yardımcı oldu her isteğimizde. Çok hızlı dönüş yaptı her defasında. Banyoda sabun ve şampuan vardı. Mobilyalar çok yeni ve güzeldi.

Emekleyen bir bebeğimiz olduğu için yerler bize göre çok çok kirliydi. Toz ve saç topluyordu mecburen bıraktığımızda da. Çocuğu yere bırakamadığımız için birimiz hep onunla kalmak zorunda kaldı. Fıron değil de mikrodalga var. O yüzden biz kullanamadık. Onun dışında bir sıkıntı yoktu.

Apartamentul este mare și spațios pentru 3 adulți. Unele apartamente acomodează ușor 3 adulți (canapeaua din living fiind mai mică), unele 4, având canapeaua mai mare. Când am avut o solicitare în legătură cu schimbarea unui apartament poziționat mai liniștit au fost deschiși și ni l-au schimbat imediat. Se ajunge foarte repede de la metrou la apartament, Max 5 min de mers pe jos. Apartamentul este dotat cu toate ustensilele de bucătărie, aparat de cafea și mașina de spălat vase. În baie se găsește și uscător de păr.

Apartamentul 3 situat la strada principală și este cam zgomotos atât ziua cat și noaptea. Am solicitat schimbarea lui cu unul poziționat într-o parte mai liniștită a clădirii și au fost deschiși să ni-l schimbe după prima noapte.

Great place. Very comfy. Everything you need, as promoted and as expected. Even tho is not in the city center, Vienna is a small city and very well connected. So you are 1 minute away from the tram and 3 minutes from the metro. You can be anywhere really fast. Recommendable and option number one for when coming back.

Have in mind that you’ll have to pay a 10%-city tax that is not shown in the listing (it is mentioned, though). Despite being mandatory, will feel more fair if it was included in the final so you can compare properties better.

Sauberkeit: Badezimmer ist schwarz dementsprechend sieht man den Staub, hinter der Türe sind die fliessen schmutzig. Da muss die Putzfrau auch die Türe zu machen wenn sie im Badezimmer ist um den Schmutz zu sehen. In der Dusche unten in den Ecken Schmutz. Überall sind Haare zu finden, ich glaube das sie von der Putzfrau sind (habe sie bei der Ankunft getroffen). Da muss einfach besser geputzt werden. Schlafen: Bett ist in Ordnung, Polster etwas klein. Was aber problematisch ist für Menschen die gewohnt sind bei Dunkelheit zu schlafen ist das man das Zimmer nicht abdunkeln kann. Das ist für mich ein Grund dieses Zimmer nie wieder zu buchen. Klimaanlage: Ich habe mich für das Apartment entschieden wegen der Klimaanlage. Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht gekühlt… Also für mich persönlich ein totaler Reinfall. Da gibt es bessere alternativen…

The accomodation answered very quickly on all our questions. The accomodation was very modern. The sleeping sofa was comfortable for one persoon. It was out of the centre but close to public transit and supermarkets. Large bathroom. We had no noise nuisance and didn't hear any other renters in the building.

The air conditioning did barely anything, it was better to open the Windows. The kitchen was a bit small and lacked some equipment. The curtains let in a lot of light. No luggage storage after check-out.

La struttura è nuova, letto comodo ed ha quello che serve per soggiornare. Il tram per il centro è praticamente davanti la porta, poco più lontano c’è la fermata della metro. Qualche locale e market vicini, di cui uno piccolo che chiude tardi, ma il plus è stato l’assistenza di Ella.

La nostra sistemazione era a piano strada, quindi un po’ rumorosa e le tende non sono molto oscuranti, ma considerata l’altezza delle finestre ed il fatto che vadano tenute chiuse credo che non ci sia altra soluzione. Per noi è andate benissimo così.

Apparentamento nell’insieme ben fornito e in buona posizione , tranne che al nostro arrivo la biancheria da letto e da bagno erano per due persone e non per 3 come indicato nella prenotazione. Una volta sollecitato il problema, ci erano state date solo le lenzuola e non gli asciugamani. Inoltre non ci è mai stata data alcuna risposta ad alcune nostre richieste come ad esempio se potevamo lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Sicuramente la pulizia da migliore. Il giardino esterno da sistemare in quanto inutilizzabile.

I booked this property, they shifted me to another property without any communication. The other property was 35 mins away using public transport and i had a lot of luggage. The other property that i was moved to had stains on the floor, was quite dirty. I was told that i would be compensated for all of this. No compensation was paid.

La struttura è a prima vista carina ed è vicina al tram e metro. La ragazza che gestisce la struttura è pronta a risponderei in caso di necessità e cerca di aiutarti nel risolvere quasi tutti i problemi.

Peccato per la pulizia. Infatti in fase di prenotazione è stata richiesta una particolare attenzione vista allergia ad acari. Appena preso possesso dell'appartamento ci accorgiamo che è presente tantissima polvere sulla testata del letto e sulla ringhiera del soppalco. Abbiamo fatto notare il problema e la risposta è stata che lo staff avrebbe risolto nel più breve tempo possibile... li stiamo ancora aspettando. Inoltre sono presenti anche le formiche.

Modern, jól felszerelt szállás, nagyon jó elhelyezkedéssel. A villamosmegálló körülbelül 100 méterre található, a metró is könnyen elérhető, a közelben pedig több bolt is van. Az ágy és a matrac nagyon kényelmes volt, az ágynemű és az evőeszközök tiszták voltak. Hasznos extra a mosogatógép, a hajszárító és az okostévé is.

A tisztaság sajnos nem volt mindenhol megfelelő. A padló több helyen foltos volt, a radiátor pedig kifejezetten koszos. A szálláson pókhálók és egyéb szennyeződések is előfordultak. A legnagyobb probléma azonban a klímaberendezés volt. Láthatóan nagyon régóta nem történt meg a tisztítása: a szűrő rendkívül el volt tömődve, emiatt a klíma gyakorlatilag nem tudott megfelelően hűteni. A szűrő kitakarításakor körülbelül egy tálcányi szennyeződés jött ki belőle. A tisztítás után már érezhetően erőteljesebben működött, de egy ilyen mértékű szennyezettség higiéniai és egészségügyi szempontból is komoly probléma. A szállás földszinti, az ablakok közvetlenül az utcára néznek, így nyitott ablaknál a járókelők közelsége zavaró lehet. A sötétítőfüggöny sem sötétít megfelelően, ezért éjszaka sem lehet teljesen besötétíteni a szobát. A parkolás szintén nehézkes, a közelben található parkolóház körülbelül 27 euró/nap áron érhető el. Ez ugyanakkor nem feltétlenül róható fel a szállásnak, mivel a hirdetésben előre jelezték, hogy saját parkoló nincs.

Le grandi finestre non sono oscurate a sufficienza e la mattina alle prime luci l'appartamento è completamente illuminato.

The shower and the A/C were very good and that's it.

The staff were difficult to reach and often seemed not to know what they were doing. The problems began even before my arrival: a staff member contacted me about the city tax, even though I had already paid it. The instructions for accessing the unit were largely useless. I had to rely on the goodwill of a resident in one of the internal units, as I was staying in Flat 1, which was accessible only from the street. The bathroom sink was blocked from the beginning of my stay. I asked the staff to fix it, but they never did. A staff member also gave me the Wi‑Fi details but mixed up the network name and password, leaving me without internet access for the first 48 hours. I could not access the garbage area because it was permanently locked. I was able to meet the cleaner only twice—my booking did not include cleaning—and had to ask her for the keys to the garbage area. The cherry on top was that the staff cancelled my reservation three days after my check-in, claiming that I had not checked in, even though I had. About 48 hours later, I was told that the cancellation had resulted from an “internal software error on our side.” They did not merely cancel my reservation: they issued a full refund while I was still staying at the property, despite the booking being non-refundable. They did not send a payment link during the two remaining weeks of my stay in Vienna. On the day before my departure, I called them and practically had to beg them to send one, as I did not want to check out without paying. They eventually sent the link, and I paid immediately. After checking out, I messaged a staff member to let him know, but I never received a reply. I would strongly advise against staying at this property. The staff appeared to be entirely unaware of how to manage basic aspects of their work.

A 100 metri c e’ la fermata del tram per il centro. Struttura nuova con design accurato. Bagno moderno con doppia doccia e doppio lavandino. Molto bello e pulito. Nei dintorni Lidl e altri supermercati e ristoranti.

Ładne i funkcjonalne mieszkanie, wyposażone dobrze. Wygodne łóżka. Blisko metro, komunikacja miejska funkcjonuje rewelacyjnie, nie ma sensu przemieszczać się samochodem. Parking płatny blisko mieszkania ok 2 min na pieszo. Świetny kontakt z Właścicielką. Polecamy. 🙂

I liked that it was exactly like the picture! It was comfortable and in the quiet and nice neighborhood. I was glad there was AC during this heatwave! True lifesaver.

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt. Sauber, gemütlich und eine hochwertige Ausstattung. Klimaanlage bei der Hitze war top. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Parkeren, dit had beter uitgelegd kunnen worden. De nabije supermarkt bood uitkomst voor 24 uurs kaart van €27,00. Daarnaast was douche verstopt en werd niet verholpen tijdens ons verblijf.

Dies sind stilvolle Apartments mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Die Kinder waren begeistert! Sie liegen verkehrsgünstig im Stadtzentrum. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und planen, wiederzukommen)

Trevlig lägenhet nära kollektivtrafiken. Bra pris för en stor lägenhet med allt man behöver. När man behövde hjälp med något var det väldigt lätt att kontakta boendet som assistera i allt man behövde. Lägenheten i sig var väldigt fin med bra faciliteter.

Great loft with AC.

The place was clean. It had a well equipped kitchen, with a coffee maker, plates and utensils. Beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. Accessible public transport. They were quite considerate allowing us to check out a bit later.

Air-conditioner had a turbo function but was disabled, and thermostat could not be set lower than 18 degrees which would have been helpful given the heat wave.

Loft accogliente, arredato con gusto e ben dotato. Posizione ottima a due passi dal tram che porta in centro in due fermate e a pochi isolati dalla metropolitana.

Un disguido all'arrivo ha comportato un disagio iniziale. I codici di accesso non consentivano l'ingresso. Ci siamo dovuti mettere in contatto con lo staff che comunque ha risposto tempestivamente inviando nuovi codici di accesso, ma accedendo in appartamento c'era ancora lo staff addetto alle pulizie. Siamo stati quindi costretti a lasciare i bagagli senza poterci sistemare subito. L'appartamento è un loft molto grazioso, un po' defilato dal centro storico ma ottimamente collegato. Occorrerebbe tuttavia migliorare l'insonorizzazione (arrivano troppi rumori dalla strada) e applicare tende oscuranti alle finestre (entra troppa luce fin dalla mattina presto).

The specific unit I was staying at is facing the street, and it has basically no sound proofing so it was pretty noisy - like sleeping on the street. The blinds on the windows are white and half transparent so there is no possibility to blackout the room - I was waking up at 4:30 a.m. as soon as it would get lighter outside. The bathroom sink was clogged and had very slow flowing water from the faucet, and there were several cobwebs across the loft, all which tells me the cleaning here is done just superficially. Bad thin pillows. Poor responsiveness from the facility management.

Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Sehr abgenutzte Wohnung mir dreckigem Boden und schlechter Ausstattung. Bei unserer Ankuft am Abend war das Duschgel/Shampoo nicht aufgefüllt, also konnten wir nur mit Wasser duschen. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und es hat 2 Tage gedauert diese zu reparieren. Die Nächte waren extrem heiß. Das Fenster kann man nicht öffnen weil es im EG liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und es extrem laut ist. Kommunikation mit Vermieter katastrophal. Unfreundlich und nicht verständlich. Keine Entschuldigung für die kaputte Klimaanlage. Meidet diese Unterkunft unbedingt. Für das Geld bekommt man in Wien besseres

The management was really poor. Actually all our requests were simply ignored. Some simple stuff like toilet paper and shampoo were absent.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Loft rundum genossen. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar geräumig, sehr hell und war bei meiner Ankunft sauber. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen; es ist alles da, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Ein weiterer grosser Pluspunkt ist die Lage: Der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist in nur wenigen Minuten bequem zu erreichen, wodurch man unkompliziert und schnell in der Stadt unterwegs ist. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

We hadden enorme vertraging met het vliegtuig. Eenmaal eindelijk aangekomen werkte de code niet en ging de communicatie moeizaam. Na zo’n lange reis trokken we dat heel slecht

Der 1. Eindruck war leider schlecht, es miefte in der Wohnung, im Bad ganz schlimm vom Abfluss in der Dusche und aus der Geschirrmaschine mit dem "sauberen" Geschirr stinkte es, sodass wir auch das Gschirr neu abwaschen mussten. Leider gab es nur eine dreckige Abwaschbürste. Es gab je nur ein grosses Duschtuch, kein Handtuch, kein Tuch für die Haar und 1 WC Rolle für 5 Tage?! Wir mussten jeden Tag Sachen beanstanden. Der Herd ging auch nicht, als wir kochen wollten...leider war da schon Mitternacht und alle Restaurant zu. Die im Chat konnten uns auch nicht helfen. Am nächsten Tag kam Jemand vorbei und zeigte, dass es einen Hauptschalter gibt in der Küche, den man betätigen muss. Tücher bekamen wir am nächsten Tag, WC Rollen kamen erst nach 2x nachfragen. Tagsüber gab es immer eine schnelle Antwort im Chat. Der Strassenlärm an Werktagen ist leider so laut, dass es unmöglich ist zu schlafen. Wegen den weissen Rollos über die Fenster, wird es sehr hell morgens! und leider war überall staub, ein paar Haare im Bad, Flecken auf dem Kissen. Wir brauchten echt ne Weile, um uns einzuleben. Der Gipfel war dann ein vergammeltes Schneidebrett mit Dreck in der Holzrille und ein dreckiges Geschirrhandtuch. Die eine Pfanne war zu gross für den Herd, sodass der Herd immer wieder abstellte und die Pfanne war so alt und uneben, dass man sie anheben musste, damit die Speisen anfangen zu kochen.

Service was not so good as they never clean on our stay and we had only one toilet paper and one Towel for a family of five. When I contacted them they told me to go on their storage they have next to the property and collect anything I would like as they were out of staff. The lady I spoke was really helpful!

The apartment was excellent, comfortable and very spacious. The access and entry to the apartment were very clear and easy to manage. Die Wohnung war im Untergeschoss kalt. Die Heizung befindet sich oben im Schlafzimmer und die Wärme schafft es leider nicht runter ins Wohnzimmer/Küche.
