Everything was soo good!!! Private luscious rooms with air conditioning and fan!!! Beautiful outdoor private area with small pool and surrounded by beautiful tropical plants. Staff are absolutely wonderful!! Breakfast out or this world delivered to the room- fresh fruit and yoghurts. Desta and all staff were fantastic!!! Staff are so very wonderful kind and friendly!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Le logement était absolument parfait et très confortable. Tout était pensé pour que nous nous sentions bien. Le service a également été irréprochable, avec une équipe attentionnée et disponible. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Meraki Villas. De villa is prachtig en comfortabel, maar wat ons verblijf vooral bijzonder maakte, was het personeel. Iedereen was ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. De service was echt top en we voelden ons vanaf het eerste moment welkom. Ook het ontbijt was erg lekker en uitgebreid. De porties zijn wel behoorlijk groot, dus je hoeft zeker niet bang te zijn dat je met honger aan je dag begint! De locatie ligt wat verder van het centrum en andere voorzieningen. Een scooter is daarom eigenlijk wel essentieel, maar als je die hebt is alles goed te bereiken. Een hele fijne plek om te verblijven op Lombok. We zouden Meraki Villas zeker aanraden!

Everything about my stay at Meraki was perfect. The staff, service, cleanliness, and location were all excellent. I would highly recommend Meraki to anyone staying in the Kuta area. The beach is around a 30-minute walk away, or just 10 minutes by scooter or car, making the location both peaceful and convenient. What stood out most was the hospitality. It was genuinely among the best I’ve experienced across all the accommodations I’ve stayed at while travelling around the world. The staff made the stay feel special from beginning to end. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The villas are surrounded by nature and literally set within the jungle, so naturally you should expect the occasional mosquito or a few ants from time to time. That said, the staff always do their best to keep the villas clean and to prevent mosquitoes, insects, and other unwanted visitors from getting into the rooms. It’s simply part of the experience of staying in such a beautiful, natural setting.

Relatively costly for Lombok standards

We stayed here for 2,5 weeks for our honeymoon, and everything was amazing. The breakfast is excellent, the staff are all very kind and always greet you with a smile, the villas are nice, new and well maintained. They have a nice nature feel due to all the plants, are very comfortable and give you a lot of privacy. When needing something and addressing it to the staff, it is picked up instantly and done very well. The driver that they arranged for us, Aris, was also great and always available. They also rent out scooters, which is also very convenient. The center street is about a 10-15 minute walk from the villas, which makes the environment of the stay nice and peaceful, without being remote. All together everything was amazing, and I would most definitely recommend staying here!

The staff at Meraki were exceptional, Mila was so kind and willing to help us with anything throughout our stay. Although the location is a little outside the centre of Kuta, we actually loved how secluded and tropical it felt. It was the perfect place to relax while still being only a short scooter drive from restaurants and attractions. Photos cannot do the villas justice, they are simply beautiful and every part of the property has been thoughtfully designed and well looked after. From the welcome drinks and fresh coconuts on arrival to the small details throughout the villa, everything felt considered. We could not recommend Meraki Villas more!

If you are not comfortable on a scooter, it may be best to book accomodation to Kuta town centre as from Meraki Villas it is around a 40 minute walk with lots of hills.

Came for the location, stayed for the vibes. Everything about this place is so well thought out, from the interior design to the breakfast spread. It’s rare to find a place that hits the mark on comfort and style, but they nailed it. A solid 10/10 experience

We hebben een absoluut perfect verblijf gehad bij Meraki Lombok Villa! Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons welkom dankzij de ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzame dames bij de receptie. Ze namen echt de tijd voor ons en gaven geweldige tips over wat er allemaal te doen en te zien is op Lombok, dat maakte onze reis extra bijzonder. De villa zelf was pure luxe. Werkelijk overal is aan gedacht: van comfort tot details die je verblijf net dat beetje extra geven. Daarnaast biedt de accommodatie veel privacy, waardoor je echt volledig tot rust kunt komen. De locatie is ook ideaal. Binnen vijf minuten rijden sta je midden in de levendige winkel- en restaurantstraat van Kuta, terwijl je bij Meraki juist geniet van rust en ontspanning. Kortom, dit is wat ons betreft dé perfecte plek om te verblijven op Lombok. We zouden Meraki zonder twijfel aan iedereen aanradeng!

We spent 14 nights at Meraki Lombok Villas. Everything was close by, making it an ideal location for us. The apartment was modern, featuring a beautiful pool. The staff were always smiling and helpful. We just had to ask, and they were able to arrange anything, whether it was a trip, or birthday decorations and a cake ..it was absolutely perfect! We also rented a scooter there at a great price. The breakfasts were always based on our choice and were delicious. We will definitely come back! Thank you for everything.

De villa was echt ontzettend mooi, fijn en ruim!! We zaten bovenin, waardoor we veel licht hadden en mooi uitzicht. Het personeel was ontzettend aardig en de scooter die we huurden was erg goed. Ook was het maar 5 minuten naar het centrum rijden, top dus!

In de omgeving wordt veel gebouwd, waardoor we veel geluid hoorden en niet helemaal de rust ervaarden zoals we gehoopt hadden. De bouwvakkers waren daarentegen wel héél aardig!

What impressed me the most was their personalized service. Every member of the team paid attention to details and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their warm hospitality, friendliness and willingness to assist with any request truly exceeded my expectation. The villas was beautifully maintained, clean, and offered a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The staff consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect without being intrusive, which demonstrated their proffesionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction. The villa is currently located in an area where some construction on going nearby. However, this was not a major issue for my stay. The villas design with perfect structure and make us feel undistrubing. The most perfect things also, the Manager handled the situation exceptionally well, showing genuine concern for my comfort and making every effort to ensure I had a pleasant and relaxing experience. Thanks for the team’s professionalism and excellent hospitality, any inconvenience was minimized and well managed.

Very spacious room and beautiful outdoor area. Breakfast menu was nice and they accommodated to our allergy requests. Very comfortable stay and loved the accommodation. Do note that they don’t have an in-house kitchen. Grab and Gojek are also not available in Kuta area so you’d need to either walk, hire a private driver, or rent a motorbike for transport.

As the property is near a forest area, there were various insects. Some were in the outdoor shower area and I had to be careful to not spray water on them during showering and inadvertently killing them. But this was in the description and to be expected before booking.

Wir kamen abends in der Meraki Villa an und wurden direkt sehr herzlich und freundlich von Andin empfangen. Schon bei der Ankunft hatten wir das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Die Anlage ist klein, ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Gerade das hat uns besonders gut gefallen, weil die Atmosphäre dadurch sehr privat und entspannt ist. Andere Gäste haben wir so gut wie gar nicht bemerkt, und auch die Villa selbst war in fast allen Bereichen nicht einsehbar. Die Villa ist in Wirklichkeit sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Alles ist sehr hochwertig, minimalistisch und geschmackvoll gestaltet, ohne überladen zu wirken. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details, Sauberkeit und eine angenehme Atmosphäre gelegt wird. Die Villa wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und war immer blitzsauber. Was unseren Aufenthalt aber besonders schön gemacht hat, war das Team. Alle waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und immer für uns da, ohne dass es sich aufdringlich angefühlt hat. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass man morgens und abends immer ein paar warme, freundliche Worte miteinander gewechselt hat. Es wurde gefragt, was wir vorhaben, wo wir gewesen sind oder ob alles in Ordnung ist. Dadurch hat sich der Aufenthalt sehr persönlich angefühlt und noch mehr dazu geführt, dass wir uns dort fast wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Auch ganz praktische Dinge wie Scooter, Wäscheservice oder Frühstück wurden unkompliziert organisiert. Man hatte einfach das Gefühl, dass sich wirklich gekümmert wird. Danke an Andin und das gesamte Team, ihr habt unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht.

My stay at Meraki Villas exceeded my expectations. The villas are almost brand new, very cozy, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bedroom was large, and I especially loved the outdoor shower and bathtub located under the trees, which created a very relaxing atmosphere. The villa also features an outdoor kitchen and a water dispenser, which was very convenient. What really stood out the most, however, was the staff. Everyone I met was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable.

As already mentioned in some other reviews, there is some construction in the surrounding area. However, this is currently quite common almost everywhere in Kuta. The important thing is that the construction did not really disturb us unless we walked outside of the villa.

La villa, es increíble. Una vez que llegue, me sentí tan a gusto, que me costaba salir. Es amplia, bien decorada, simple, muy muy muy cómoda. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. Luxuriöse, neue Villas. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Der private Pool ist ein Highlight. Es gab einen Welcomedrink und eine Kokosnuss bei Ankunft. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben einen Roller über die Unterkunft gemietet und die Laundy genutzt. Alles bestens. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es gibt einen eigenen Wasserspender in der Villa.

Es wird aktuell gebaut neben und hinter dem Hotel. Daher hört man den tagsüber immer mal wieder Baustellenlärm. Das Hotel kann dafür nichts, sie hatten uns dennoch mitgeteilt, dass das Hotelzimmer dadurch 5% günstiger ist als üblich.

100% aanbeveling! Ze zijn in de omgeving nog wel flink aan het bouwen en dat hoor je ook wel, maar ze hebben hier wel goeie afspraken over gemaakt. De mensen hier zijn zo lief en behulpzaam, ontbijt is fantastisch en het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Water tank vond ik ook echt heel netjes en fijn. Je hoeft ze maar een appje te sturen en ze komen het brengen of regelen. Echt genoten.

Als ik toch iets moet noemen, ons zwembad en bedje lag geen enkel moment in de zon overdag dus als je even wilt chillen in de zon dan moet je er op uit. Heeft 0 effect op het cijfer of de beoordeling want kunnen zij ook niks aan doen, maar ik vond dat wel jammer. Ben eerder een zwembad typ dan strand dus puur persoonlijk en hangt er vanaf welk huisje je hebt :).

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional. I was especially impressed by how the staff paid attention to every minor detail to ensure we wouldn't face any inconveniences. The villa was spotless, and we truly enjoyed the authentic Lombok vibes of the property. We spent our time swimming to our heart's content and had a perfectly relaxing getaway.

The only minor issue was that the hotel was a bit difficult to locate on Grab and Google Maps, likely because it’s a newly opened property. Our drivers struggled to find the exact entrance, so updating the location tags and providing clearer directions would be very helpful for future guests.

Beautiful location with beautiful gardens. It feels like you are in your own private sanctuary. Still close to Kuta and all the facilities in town but not stuck on a main road. The new concrete access road makes it very easy to get to. Fantastic and friendly staff were able to organise airport transfers and a vehicle for our stay.

The staff was super super sweet, the food was AMAZING and everything about the villa itself was great! Very clean, always fresh, everything you would need is there and if not reception is right there to help you! Pool temperature was perfect and the outdoor shower next to the pool was very appreciated! Even though it was a little unfortunate to have a bit of construction work nearby, surprisingly management compensated us and we are grateful for that!

Maybe an umbrella for the outside area to have breakfast in the shade would be a little improvement, otherwise perfect!

Meraki was a beautiful stay, just the holiday we needed! Our favourite was the pool which was much needed on the hot days. The staff were exceptional and very eager to take care of us. They booked us transport, surf lessons and yoga nearby which made our stay stress free. The breakfast was very enjoyable and catered well to my difficult dietary restrictions (gluten free/ vegan / FODMAP). It is also helpful to have a kitchenette for light meals. The location is nice and quiet in the evening. We did not have a motorbike, but found there is plenty of food options within walking distance and it is possible to walk to town if you’re happy to brave the heat. There is also transport available when needed to get into town that Meraki can book.

The location is also ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby spots. Overall, it felt like a curated experience rather than just a stay.

I had a superb stay at Meraki, the staff was super welcome from the moment we arrived, a welcome drink was provided during check in which was delicious. The villa felt brand new and very cozy at the same time, you can definitely tell they are super high quality while enjoying an amazing nature place, the view was amazing and enjoying the pool, with some nice coconuts was incredible. We also ordered breakfast one morning and it was super nice to enjoy that nice food (the croissant with eggs was amazing), sun and the pool, cannot get better. The bathroom was so beautiful also, I want one like it. Definitely recommend this villas

Sehr nettes Personal. Gute Ausstattung.

Die Anlage liegt etwas außerhalb von Kuta, deswegen ist ein Scooter unerlässlich. Zudem wird in unmittelbarer Umgebung täglich von 7am bis 7pm gebaut. Man hat leider dadurch das Gefühl, direkt auf einer Baustelle zu wohnen. Entspanntes Chillen am Pool nicht möglich. Darauf sollte unbedingt hingewiesen werden. Außerdem wird man täglich gegen 6am von einem benachbarten Hahn geweckt. Ausschlafen leider auch nicht möglich.

Es difícil decir qué es lo mejor de Meraki Lombok Villlas ya que todo ha sido excelente: una villa muy amplia, amueblada con mucho gusto, y materiales de primera calidad, el desayuno se servía en la habitación y estaba muy bien elaborado con productos frescos, y sobre todo ¡un excelente servicio por todos y cada uno de sus empleados, especialmente las 2 chicas de recepción!

This was by far the best place I have ever stayed in. I’ve traveled to 31 countries and I’ve never had such an incredible experience. My wife and I felt super comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, pool was lovely and the place had everything we could possibly need. Best of all, it was extremely well priced and great value for money. I would recommend to all.

Breakfast was great - a lot of options to choose from. I was tired of it by the first week though. Then again I stayed for 2 weeks so it's not really their fault.

There were bug droppings on the patio seating every morning. Guessing the bugs were hiding in the wooden panels on the ceiling. I wasn't too bothered as I just wore a cap while seating outside most of the time so it won't get in my hair. Could be a problem however if someone gets icky easily.

The villa is fantastic, it felt like our own little oasis with a private pool and outdoor shower. Location was perfect - secluded but also central. The most important part was the staff - I couldn’t compliment them enough - always friendly and happy to help with whatever we needed. I’ll be coming back!

I truly enjoyed my experience at this amazing villa; it felt like home from the very moment I arrived. I was blessed to be met by Andin, a lovely young lady who handled my check-in perfectly, explaining everything about the property before escorting me to my villa. The accommodation itself was spotless, incredibly well-organized, and maintained to a very high standard. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the incredible kindness of the staff. I unfortunately had a scooter accident about 1km away from the villa and was unable to walk. To my surprise, Ilham and Andin came to my rescue immediately. They took me to a nearby pharmacy and took such genuine care of me until the very end of my stay. Andin, Ilham, and the rest of the team went well beyond my expectations. This is a beautiful place managed by people with big hearts, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Der Service inklusive Personal war außergewöhnlich gut, es wurde sich um alles für uns gekümmert von Fahrer bis Roller mieten war alles ohne Probleme. Die Ausstattung war sehr modern und super gepflegt.

Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist zwar holprig aber dafür ist man ein wenig abseits der Hauptstraße und somit ruhiger gelegen.

Mooie luxueus uitstralende villa. Een jaar oud, maar nog in goede staat. Compleet met kleine keuken, koelwatertap, fijn bed en badkamer tussen de groene planten. Goed ontbijt, ruime keuze en aanpassingen mogelijk. Fijn dat er in de avond een restaurant de mogelijkheid biedt voor bezorging van maaltijden, goede kwaliteit. Scooterverhuur op locatie erg prettig want in de nabije omgeving zitten weinig faciliteiten

Tijdens de 3 nachten dat we er verbleven hebben we 5 keer geen water gehad. Opzich werd dit snel opgelost na contact met de receptie, maar toch vervelend als je net water nodig hebt. Ook zijn er bouwwerkzaamheden op het terrein wat van te voren niet kenbaar is gemaakt. Wij hadden hierdoor geen privacy in onze badkamer/toilet. Dit was vanaf 7AM-17PM. Ook zijn de kosten van de minibar veel te hoog in vergelijking met de bezorging van drankjes/maaltijden van het nabijgelegen restaurant. Als laatste de toegangsweg naar de accomodatie en de locatie op Google maps. Deze zijn beide zeer slecht.

Die Unterkunft ist total schön. Alles ist sehr hochwertig, sauber und neu. Der Aufenthalt ist ein Traum und sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Frühstück war nicht nach unserem Geschmack.

Beautiful new villa with a gorgeous pool, peaceful surroundings, and spotlessly clean interiors. The staff were absolutely lovely! Ilham, Andin, and Kiki at reception took such great care of us, gave excellent restaurant recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Only minor thing is the access road from the Main Street, it’s a bit rough and can get muddy in the rain, so scooters might find it tricky. Totally worth it once you arrive though!

- The stuff was wonderful, very helpful and attending: arranged us a bike in minutes, dropped me to a yoga nearby, breakfast service was always on time, left a birthday message, made a pancake cake and deco the bed with flowers for my birthday, even went to buy us birthday candles. Very loverly people work there, especially the lady at the reception (sorry, forgot the name)! Felt like a 5-star resort service but only more genuine. - The villa is new / very well maintained, aesthetically pleasing, natural materials, smart design: compact and clean. Beautifully designed and executed! - The breakfast was superb!!! A few options to choose from, served like in a best brunch restaurant. I was looking forward to it every day. - Loved tropical rain shower and bathtub! - Pool area is nice. Very green, palm trees help with privacy and simply look so pretty. - Love all the pots and vases they use for deco. Definitely recommend staying here!

- As everyone mentions in the comments, the road leading to the villa is VERY bumpy. It's a quick ride to the main road, quick but painful. - The villa is expanding so there was a construction (like everywhere in Lombok). But it wasn't too noisy, could barely hear it. I was more concern about privacy, as the bathroom is exposed a little to the construction and workers can see you. I just had to be a bit more careful when getting changed. - The pool is nice but quite small, more like a cold plunge as it's always in the shadow. That might depend on which villa you get. - As the bathroom, toilet, shower are all outdoors, you can expect some creatures there: frogs, palm-size spiders. It was ok for us, but if you are scared, then going to toilet at night might be a challenge. - No tooth brushing kit provided, with was strange for the price of the villa. At least one set per guest for the entire stay would be appreciated! All these things were minor, and we still enjoyed every moment of our stay and didn't want to leave!

Everything was perfect actually. If we have to name something, the road to the accomodation is a bit bumpy and the girls at the reception could sometimes be a bit overly excited, especially in the morning. But again, super friendly.😅❤️

The hotel was beautiful, exactly like in the photos. The room was perfect – very stylish, extremely comfortable beds, and the automatic shower and bathroom features were a real highlight. Everything was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, there are currently a lot of construction sites around the hotel, which means you get woken up very early by the noise. Right behind our villa, a new one was being built, so it was almost impossible to relax or read by the pool because noise from several different construction sites overlapped. It’s a real pity, as the place itself is so relaxing, but the sound situation at the moment is extremely loud. The access road is also still unfinished, so arriving by scooter can be a bit bumpy.

It’s even much nicer than you can see on the pictures, it’s so large and open. Beautiful and quiet. The staff (especially Ilham and the woman at the front desk whose name I forgot!) have been so helpful with everything. Thank you 🙏

Our stay at Meraki has come to an end, and I’m already missing it deeply. We spent an unforgettable six nights there, and every moment felt like a peaceful retreat. The entire place is beautifully designed — tasteful, minimal, and absolutely spotless. One of the details that really stood out was how the staff cleaned the room twice a day, always with care and a smile. The villa itself is open-concept, including the stunning open-air bathroom — definitely a highlight. I’ll admit, I was a bit anxious before arriving, worried about insects sneaking in due to the open layout. But somehow, Meraki worked its magic: no unwanted visitors, just a few tiny ants here and there (and honestly, as long as there are no spiders or centipedes, I don’t count them!). What amazed me even more? It was the most affordable stay we had during our time in Bali and Lombok — and easily the best in terms of value and quality. The staff were kind, thoughtful, and genuinely warm. I truly wish Meraki all the success in the world — they’ve created something special, and I hope more travelers get to experience it.

If I had to mention one downside, it would be the lighting in the villa, which was a bit too dim — especially if you’re trying to do your makeup. A small thing in the grand scheme, but something to note!

The villa is truly beautiful and the service is excellent. It’s great to have the option to cook as well. Also the complimentary water machine is fantastic.

However, there’s one major downside that should really be mentioned: the garden gets no sunlight, which also makes the pool very cold. There’s just one tiny corner where one person can sunbathe, but you have to wedge yourself halfway into the fence to do so. Additionally, I hope the road leading to the villa will be repaired by the municipality soon. It’s also worth mentioning that while it’s aesthetically pleasing that the bedroom is connected to the bathroom, which is located outside, it’s not very practical. At night, it’s quite exposed to insects when you need to use the bathroom to brush your teeth, as the outside door cannot be closed properly. During our stay, we ended up walking around and kept that door shut the entire time.

Absolutely loved our stay in the villa. Beautifully build, very private, comfy bed and very clean. The outdoor bathroom gives everything such a luxery feeling. Staff is lovely as well. Liked that we could order food if we didn’t feel like leaving our pool for the they.

The road to get to the villa is quite rough and it’s not paved. Getting home at night in the dark on our scooter after dinner wasn’t our favorite, but we managed every time.

The whole experience was incredible. The staff were very friendly, attentive and calm. They really made you not worry about anything. The villas are beautiful and everything was very clean. The internet was good and consistent. Very close to the main area with all the restaurants.

I didn't like the fact that we had to leave the villa :( However, I do wish the provided hair dryer was better; it's small and takes a long time to dry my hair. Perhaps Meraki could invest in a larger hair dryer with stronger airflow/heat. Also, the road on the way to the villa can be pretty rough, but the villa makes the journey worth it.

we came during the rainy season - after the rain it is quiet scary to drive around the area by scooter and impossible to walk, so unfortunately we were trapped quiet a few times

Everything is great. Scooter is recommended for comfy ride to the city center and back as it is more on the hill. Great place to stay.

Everything was super clean and new, and the staff were so so lovely! We didn’t hear much from the construction around the Villa and just felt like the perfect little secluded stay. We loved the four days we had at Meraki Villas, we wished we could have stayed longer! We would definitely recommend this place 🙌🏼

The WiFi wasn’t great (definitely a first world problem). It would have been great if there were robes in the closet!

Meraki Villa in Kuta honestly extended our expectation. We were one of the first guests as it is newly open. Everything was super clean with daily cleaning service and a spacious, beautiful villa with a stunning outside area. The design of the whole complex was incredible. Special thanks to the staff - super polite & always helpful. They really tried to make us feel at home 😇

It was so nice to stay at Meraki. The villa is comfortable. It was very relaxing. I love the garden. Nice staff. I only booked 2 nights and extended for 1 extra night. I wish I could have stayed longer. Well located, no mosque near. I'll come again!
