Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Check-in war problemlos. Preis-Leistung ok.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The villa was good and we had the entire property to our selves. The rooms are great and spacious. There is a nice garden with fairy lights are the key to have a great time at night. The beds are comfy. rooms and washrooms are clean. good water pressure. Surrounding is safe. walking distance to laugfs food city, Vitto pizza, Bank (ATM) and The Grand, for amazing breakfast.
No bathroom amenities. no soap. Hot water is not so great. Fridge in your room is not connected. Wish we had that. Only one common area fridge is functioning. TV is not working. No Wifi, even it says wifi. And also I wish they have a good seating area for out door swimming pool area. They do have few seats but they are not good for a larger group when the entire villa is occupied. So we had to move indoor for drinking.

Lighting in the room was slightly inadequate. There was no drinking water in the room. Although the staff immediately went and bought water so it wasn't a biggie.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025Excellent communication with owner, really comfortable beds and the best shower we have had in 3 weeks. The pool was clean and welcoming after a day walking around. Walkable into the town or a short tuktuk ride and a couple of restaurants close by. It is away from the party area (which is what we wanted). Easy taxi to the airport.
Nothing, but worth noting that we had to pay upfront for the rooms on arrival.

The location is excellent, with the 24-hour Laugfs Supermarket just a 3-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for any last-minute essentials. The villa is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are cozy, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was great for both work and leisure. One of the highlights was the easy access to the pool, providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The peaceful and quiet surroundings made my stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed. Despite being close to amenities, the villa felt like a private retreat. I will definitely return on my next visit to Negombo!
