Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Fantastic place, easy to get into, the information on check in was simple and we really enjoyed our time there. Wish we could have stayed longer as it was very close to everything but we were just passing through on holiday. The beds were very comfy and the facilities were very comfy which made it feel like home for us. It was also wonderful to wake up and my daughter see the snow and a few bunnies hopping around.

The apartment requires a tap to be left running in the bathroom at all times to prevent the water lines freezing during cold spells. This however did not prevent the line to the shower freezing. We were given access to an adjourning apartment to use the shower, however I am not sure what would have happened had this apartment been occupied. We noted that this apartment also required a tap to be left running to prevent freezing of the lines. We acknowledge that the night/morning temperatures were low during this period (-4/-5C) however we would question the suitability of these apartments for rental in the winter season.

Had to keep taps dripping in winter to stop it freezing over, got pretty annoying trying to go to sleep. No safe to keep passports/valuables

Every time we turned off the tap, we need to master turning the taps to dripping mode to prevent freezing of the tap. This was annoying but guess this is unavoidable during winter times.

They lack in service. We stayed for two days. Our room wasnot serviced. All we need is fresh towels and change our bins. We see instructions saying cleaning team will knock on door at 9 -9:30 to ask for towels. We cant wait until they arrive. We paid same amount for our two days stay. All we need decent basic service. Please be update your service level.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Rooms and living space were really spacious and comfortable, and having the washing machine in the house was so handy. Loved the quiet location of our apartment, although it’s a short drive out to the lake and restaurants but we appreciated the quietness of being at the end of the street. It was also really near the Chameleon Stargazing grounds so it was convenient for us to return to the apartment after the tour. Check in was super easy as the details were sent to us prior arrival. Would highly recommend this space!

We found that there is a camera in the bathroom mirror. When we found out we are shocked to see camera in bathroom . We didn’t know if it’s working or not, but it’s not a good experience to find out the camera in bathroom.

There is a hole on the front door, looks like gun shot sign, makes us feeling wired, and not do comfortable in some way .

Man muss genau lesen... Nicht in allen Einheiten ist trotz Küche auch ein Herd drin. War am Ende aber kein Problem und Fehler von uns. Leider war der Ausblick auf einen Bau Container und auf den Parkplatz der Angestellten nicht so schön.
