- Top locatie - Fijn dat het een duplex is - De foto’s doen de woning echt hun recht niet aan. In het echt is het veel mooier en groter dan de foto’s doen ogen. Echt een fijne accommodatie! - Veel ruimte

- Het toilet was nog erg vies (plas, wc papier en opgedroogde uitwerpselen) - Niet alles was schoon achtergelaten - Beneden in de hal werden vuilniszakken opgestapeld bewaard. Dit zorgde voor enorm veel geurhinder en rook je tot aan de slaapkamer beneden in de duplex. Heel onaangenaam. - Enorm veel trappen om boven te geraken. Zeker rekening mee houden als je niet goed te been bent.

La localisation dans Anvers avec plein de commerces de bouche et bar autour. Logement au dessus d’un bar, selon sensibilité au bruit cela peut gêner.

Appartement fonctionnel sans décoration, literie pas très confortable dans les couchages d’appoint. La taxe de séjour se paye via un système indépendant de Booking ce qui peut surprendre surtout que je n’avais reçu aucun reçu ou confirmation. La communication avec l’hôte est passable, vous n’aurez pas

We enjoyed staying here. The apartment is in a great location to visit Antwerpen. The neighbourhood has an excellent atmosphere. Plenty of good adresses around (I recommend Italian restaurant GIO trattoria and resto brunch Kloonies ) and next to the historical center. Excellent communication with the host.

Very central location in a nice neighbourhood albeit lively at the weekend....

Whilst the weather was exceptional the bedroom was far too warm to sleep in... needed a fan in it as well as the living room. Moving the fan from the living would've been hard as steep and open stairs with no handrail ... Towels were very tired....

Groot appartement en erg schoon. In een hele leuke wijk met leuke restaurants, 15 minuutjes lopen van het oude centrum.

De hoofdkussens op het bed waren heel erg klein, dit was niet comfortabel. Appartement zit boven een restaurant, wat ‘s avonds een beetje lawaaiig kan zijn.

Bloedvlek op het hoeslaken. De trap naar boven was te stijl en zonder trapleuning. Ingang naar het toilet was deels over de trap boven. We zijn vertrokken en hebben in een ander hotel geslapen.

Stairs felt not so safe

Todo la verdad que espectacular. Un 10 la comunicación y logística de check in y un 10 el alojamiento. Sin dudas volvería.

Duplex sympathique et confortable! On y dort bien. Appartement équipé d'une cuisine, cafetière, draps, serviettes et savon (gel douche + shampooing) c'était super !

Difficulté à récupérer la clé!

Es war sehr viel Platz und mit allem ausgestattet.

We hadden 2 verschillende sleutelcodes gekregen - niet heel handig maar uiteindelijk kwamen we het appartement wel in. De verwarmingsketel/geiser bleek te weinig druk te hebben en deed het dientengevolge niet - we konden dat zelf fixen maar ook niet heel handig.

Apartamento muito limpo e muito bem localizado, aquecedores todos funcionando bem, cozinha muito bem equipada, nós amamos! Tem diversas vagas na rua para estacionar e foi bem fácil achar o aplicativo (o estacionamento é gratuito no período noturno)

Nada a reclamar

Uitstekende locatie, ruim, van alles voorzien, netjes en een goede prijs.

Waar je rekening mee moet houden dat je voor appartement twee behoorlijk wat trappen op moet. Hoewel er staat vermeld dat het niet geschikt is voor rolstoelgebruikers, is hot ook een uitdaging voor gasten die slecht ter been zijn.

A bit noisy

Prima appartement voor een overnachting in de leukste buurt van Antwerpen. Appartement is niet luxe, wel heel ruim en heerlijke bedden met fijn beddengoed.

Appartement is wat basic ingericht. Maar voor de prijs is het een zeer goed verblijf.

There were two floors and it had plenty of kitchen appliances. The bathroom was very spacious and it also had a bath! The bed was big and comfortable. There are also a lot of restaurants that are able to deliver food to the place which you can eat there comfortably.

The curtains don't really slide well. There was only 1 fork in the drawer, could use more cutlery.

Het appartement was ruim, netjes, aangenaam ingericht. Alles was er. In een rustige straat en toch in de leuke buurt van Antwerpen.

Clean, spacious, good location in nice neighborhood

A little bit more attention to details could be nice (eg instructions and tips, coffee for the coffee machine). Kitchen not really well equipped to make/have meals.

Bedwantsen! Na de tweede nacht werden we wakker met bedwants beten. Contact gezocht en werd afgedaan als muggenbeten… die hadden we inderdaad ook, maar dit waren overduidelijk beten van een bedwants. Na meerdere reacties gelezen te hebben (achteraf helaas) zagen we ook reacties over muizen…

Lage ist top

Fenster sind nicht gut isoliert und die Steile Treppe ist wirklich eine Herausforderung. Die Dusche hat leider geleckt… Sonst war der Aufenthalt super und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Die Lage und der Schnitt, Größe der Wohnung waren sehr gut.

Der dritte Schlafplatz (Sofa) war nicht bezogen und das Bettzeug lag auch nicht parat, sondern musste erst zusammengesucht werden. Das Sofa war auch voller Flecken und deshalb nicht besonders appetitlich. Zudem gab es nicht genug Besteck für alle (Gabeln)

The location is great, and it's easy to get the key.

There were mice running all over the property. We all had to sleep in the one room that didn't have mice and I had to sleep on the hard floor. The owners were not helpful when we told them.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est très pratique pour visiter Anvers à pied et notamment le musée des Beaux-Arts. L'appartement est spacieux et comprend de nombreux rangements; l'essentiel est prévu pour votre arrivée et vous facilite l'installation (huile, sel, poivre, thé, café...).

Les escaliers sont particulièrement raides et l'appartement lui-même est sur deux étages, en duplex. Il fait très chaud à l'étage supérieur et le ventilateur est trop petit pour y remédier. Le matelas est très mou et convient mal aux dos fragiles, les draps pourraient être plus récents car ils comportent des déchirures.

Verhuur is duidelijk bedrijfsmatig. Communicatie is geautomatiseerd en kreeg geen persoonlijke antwoorden

Very decent home stay. It has everything you will need we stayed here as a family of four for one night only. No parking available but there is a Q Park only a five-minute walk away (23 euros per night). It was impeccably clean.

Clean, comfortable, and really well equipped apartment. Lovely location with restaurants and cafes nearby. Really enjoyed our short stay.

Nothing. Everything was great

Didn't meet any staff. It was an Airbnb and keybox system. The curtains in the bedroom were broken. Hallway - entrance was dark and the light didn't stay on. It was super noisy, could hear the people on the street, trams, upstairs neighbors. The bed was very comfy however and the apartment was clean and nice.

Clean and spacious, so that's amazing! I mean there's nothing wrong with the place itself. It feels like you're simply staying in your apartment so that's a big plus. The kitchen is very well equipped and there's a table, which makes it easy to work.

The bed wasn't very comfy at all and the room is located next to a window facing the street, and let me tell you, we haven't even been able to sleep for a single minute because of all the noise outside and the upstairs guest. It's really a shame I woke up completely exhausted and had to have a long day at work. You should really at least prepare some earbuds for the guests. That would've probably solved it tbh.

I liked everything: location, clean and spacious apartment, kitchen! and easiness in communication with host: quick and detailed responses.

It may be a bit noisy because apartment located in the city centre, but on the other hand you are in the city center and have everything nearby.

A light, spacious apartment split over two levels with a huge bathroom in a great location. Tastefully furnished, well equipped, easily accessed, it is an easy recommendation.

The internal stairs are steep and not for old, clumsy or inebriated. Netflix wouldn't work and the TV had no channels to watch.

very spacious and clean apartment located in a area filled with little bars, restaurants and places to get a coffee. I had several times contact with the host and all questions were answered fast and proper, there is a spacious bathroom with a comfy shower/bath a roomy bedroom and a little flower on the bed that was waiting for us. I only had a problem with getting in until I understood it was a sliding door (yeah my bad :) ) for the rest I really recommend this location.

The place is located in central place near tram and restaurants

I booked a place for 3 kids was given one bed and couch . No extra bedding. The louvred curtains on the main bedrooms did not work so there was so much light struggled with sleeping. The communication with host was very poor . I was informed of city levy last mi ute and threatened I will not get access code untill I paid. There's nothing luxurious about the air bnb

Great location if you are planning to stay / visit the Zuid. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our short visit.

More suggestions: it was a bit odd the upstairs bed (in the open area with the living room and kitchen) was made but not the one in the bedroom. Could do with a some hooks or towel rails in the bathroom.
