المكان موقعه ممتازه وحتى الفيلا جميله والمضيف متعاون لاقصى حد ومرحاب واهتم بالتواصل معنا قبل الوصول وتحديد مكان الاقامه وارسال موقع للمكان

لا توجد نظافه كان مفروض يضع المضيف شركه للتنظيف وليس عامل لا توجد لديه خبره والذي لم يعجبني ايضاً اغطية الاسره والفوط ليست ابدا لمكان اقامه وليست نظيفه يعني لا تحس بالراحه وانت تريد النوم على السرير وايضاً توجد بعض الحشرات داخل الفيلا اقترح لو يضع مبيدات يعني باختصار لا بد من الاهتمام اكثر بالنظافه لقد ظلم المبني نتيجة عدم الاهتمام بنظافة المكان من حميع الجوانب

It was a wonderful stay!! The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet, nice, cozy, clean and well-maintained property, and with privacy. It is closed to the restaurants, cafes, and the beach! I enjoyed exploring the whole Hawana by running in the morning. The host is very helpful and pleasant thru phone. Highly recommended place to stay!!!

Could have added extra towels, and floor towels/mats in the bathroom, and might as well some toiletries like shower gels (though we brought our own, not a big deal)

The house is in a perfect position, into the Rotana complex. It has a private parking just in front of the door. The house is new and spacious and has all comforts (dishwasher, washing machine, iron board, hairdryer). Wifi is fast. The private pool and patio outside is a plus, we had lunch outside everyday. The bathroom is big, with shower and bathtub. Bed is comfy. We did not meet Hatem, but he was always available on the phone. There is a beach club just opposite the house (Sandyz Beach), where you can go and have beach chairs and umbrella for free. There is also a very nice bar and a good and reasonable restaurant there. We enjoyed our stay very much and will gladly come back!

Just be advised that the sofa, during our stay, was a regular sofa and not a sofa bed, neither a foldable bed. So if you are travelling in more than 2 people, you better check with the owner the bedding situation.

Very comfortable, quiet and good located. Only steps to the beautyful beach. The apartment ist very clean, the little pool well maintained by the daily pool service. Communication with the owner 5 star, very very nice people. Thank you for the perfect stay, we felt like at home 😊

The place itself- gardens around- clean everywhere- splash pool with jacuzzi in front in the garden, sea and beach nearby. Very quiet place. There are restaurants and bars and marina. Across the main road is aqua center- good for children. All very new and modern.

The host was amazing. He made sure that our stay was pleasent. The place itself is so peaceful steps away from the beach.

Good, spacious property with only 5 min walking distance from ocean. Excellent territory of Rotana resort. There are couple restaurants on the territory.

There were couple questions about quality of cleaning, but after call to the owner it was fixed quickly.

This is a little piece of heaven in Salalah. If you are still having doubts, please don't and just book. The compound where the villa is located is super romantic place with plenty of palm trees. The villa is next to the private beach entry. The villa itself is a work of art: En suite bedroom with access to the pool. You also have an access from the living room. And you can hear the waves by night which was amazing for us. You can have slow evenings by the pool on the patio, it s perfect for couples or family because everything is easily accessible. The kitchen was very well equipped, including dishes and pans, anything you ll need if you Want to cook. But if you don't, you still have many restaurants around by walk where you can enjoy different types of cuisine. The owner was super friendly and accommodating. He even gave us access earlier than expected as we had an early morning landing. This was our first time in Oman and honestly, this villa made our trip amazing because of its cleanliness, comfort and very high standing. We Wil be back im September inshalah to enjoy the end of Kharif

Wonderful host. Beautiful place.

The villa is very nicely designed and the furnishings and fittings are all modern and tasteful. Hatem and his team were very helpful and hospitable with check in. We arrived early in the morning and they very helpfully allowed an early check in and made convenient arrangements for entry to the property. The location is excellent - one row back from the beautiful beach, and a short walk to Sandyz beach bar. Also very close access to the Rotana hotel complex which made it easy to walk across for food and drinks.

If you sit outside you do 'benefit' from the singer at the Bravo restaurant. But it's only background noise and isn't loud enough to hear once you're inside.

Brand new clean modern facility with private parking. Pool. Close to hotel facilities.
