I didn’t like anything about the property. There were two people that came in unannounced into our room two separate times and just unlocked the door with a key while we were in there and didn’t speak any English to us. the room was not like the photos very unclean and not very helpful with locating the premises, very vague, 0 out of 10.

The room was clean and there was enough space for 3 people

But if it wasn’t the only room available in this price I would choose a different one. The reception was far from the room and the city tax was very high and I didn’t see any information about it before

Good size room and bathroom, really powerful shower, excellent air con, comfortable bed, very clean. Good location for access to the train station for day trips.

Aspiratore del bagno guasto: il tecnico ha constatato il problema promettendo la riparazione il giorno dopo ma non è stato fatto nulla. Minifrigo che non raffreddava, l'hotel sosteneva che funzionasse mentre le bottiglie restavano calde. Ho dovuto inoltre sollecitare lo svuotamento del cestino e il cambio di asciugamani e teli da bagno. Il problema non sono solo i disservizi ma il fatto che dopo averli segnalati nessuno si sia realmente preoccupato di riisolverli. Per un hotel decisamente poca attenzione e poca professionalità. Esperienza deludente

Het vast vies en de badkamer was niet school het stonk naar urine. Op de gang lag het vol met vieze handdoeken en beddengoed in zakken wat ook geen goede geur creëerde in de gang

Niestety standard obiektu nie odpowiadał temu, co było przedstawione w ofercie. Pokój okazał się być oddalony od hotelu ok 300m. Widok z okna jest zza krat na dach i rury. Natomiast w nocy było słychać hałasy i skrzypiące drzwi.

We were very pleased with its proximity to the station, its cleanliness, and the size of our room.

The deluxe rooms are located in a different part of the property. We had a little trouble finding them, maybe because it was nighttime; I’m not sure.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja

Room was clean and comfortable. The location is good, walking distance from the important part of the city.

The room was supplied with a kettle, tea and coffee, but there were no mugs nor glasses to have the drink in. There is also a shared kitchen, but it was not equipped, so not very useful. Although for my stay particularly it was not a big issue.

I booked online when i go to take the key says , room is in another place, no parking for car . I was with kid night have to walk to go

Podobało mi sie wszystko, od personelu po pokoje. Nie spodziewałam się takiego standardu za taką cenę, taki los na loterii. Zawsze szukam tanio i nie narzekam, ale tutaj miałam wrażenie ze przeskoczyłam kilka poziomów wyżej. Serio polecam. Nawet rzeczy można przechować za darmo jeśli macie późny lot. Czysto, ładnie. Raczej nie wracam do miast w których już byłam ale jeśli miałabym odwiedzić Bolonie raz jeszcze to na pewno zatrzymam się znowu tutaj. Lokalizacja cudna.

Eine Mitarbeiterin an der Reception war sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten Mühe, die Unterkunft zu finden. Die Tür zum Appartment konnte man nicht abschliessen, nur die Zimmertüre. Viele Sachen sind heruntergekommen und fallen auseinander. Das Zimmer roch nach Rauch und hatte Asche auf dem Fenstersims. Die Garageneinfahrt ist sehr steil, tiefgelegte Autos können nicht dort parken. Das müsste man von Beginn an sagen.

Hotellet har flere avdelinger og vi ble innlosjert i et annet bygg av 4 min å gå fra det opprinnelige hotellet . Likte ingenting ved det stedet. Rommet var lite og det var hår i dusjen.

Da vi kom til rommet på kvelden var det et par som hadde seg i rommet ved siden av.de holdt på hele natten, vi lurte på om det var en prostituert eller evt noen som drev med dop. Rommene er ekstremt lytt, vi hadde med to barn og ingen sov den natten. Grusom lokasjon.

Vi ble sendt til en annen bygning, noe som ikke kom tydelig fram i bestillingen. Det var veldig kronglete å komme seg fram til rommet vårt, og det luktet sterk klor

Pokój w stylu hotelowym (około 10 pokoi na naszym piętrze), ze wspólną kuchnią. Kuchnia wyposażona w płytę grzewczą/lodówkę. W pokoju czysto, choć po szafkach i elementach widać już ślady zużycia. Sprawnie działająca klimatyzacja. Cicha okolica. W pokoju dostępny jest czajnik/kawa/herbata. Za dopłatą, hotel oferuje możliwość zjedzenia śniadania w głównej siedzibie. Należy pamiętać, że pokoje znajdują się 200m od siedziby hotelu.

Kuchnia nie jest wyposażona w zastawę - nie było dosłownie nic (szklanek, sztućców). Należy to wziąć pod uwagę, jeżeli zakładacie zjedzenie posiłku na miejscu. Szklanki doniesiono nam na życzenie.

la camera è grande e comoda per chi vuole fermarsi qualche giorno e farsi da mangiare la trovata non è male sebbene a noi non interessasse

la camera distaccata dall'albergo e assistenza minima per trovare il posto se non una cartina dove non spiega esattamente dove andare per chi non è del posto con valige e caldo è un disguido lo snodo della doccia/supporto non teneva la doccia nella posizione corretta per poter fare la doccia la maniglia della porta per entrare nella parte comune era rotta e poteva entrare chiunque

La stanza è comodissima, zona centrale, aria condizionata, doccia perfetta!

Abbiamo apprezzato il bollitore in camera con caffè solubili e tè, ma non c'erano tazze per poterne usufruire purtroppo.

La stanza è molto grande e spaziosa. Elegante, con l'aria condizionata che funziona perfettamente. Molto silenziosa. Doccia comodissima. Il WiFi funziona ma... non é chiaro come ci si collega. La posizione vicino la stazione é ottima per chi deve prendere il treno la mattina.

Nella struttura ho trovato circa 3 indicazioni diverse e "datate" di come accedere al WiFi, prima di capire da solo dove e come ci si dovesse collegare. Suggerisco di aggiornare alcuni avvisi. Le stanze all´interno di un condominio creano un´impressione strana all´ingresso, ed avere la reception in un edificio vicino ma separato é potenzialmente scomodo. Stanza bella ma davvero molto costosa per una sola notte e senza colazione inclusa. In piú, oltre al prezzo iniziale, vanno aggiunte anche altre spese come la tassa di soggiorno o la culla.

No quedaba dentro del hotel. Hay que ir al hotel y te indican cómo llegar a un edificio cerca de apartamentos de familia. Donde es difícil llegar por qué el letrero es dentro y no se ve nada. Me dieron la llave 710. Yo asumí que era el piso 7…. Nunca me explicaron que era piso 2. Me toque volver al hotel con la maleta. Y me llevaron. No me sentí segura en un apartamento con la puerta abierta y donde cada habitación ya es individual. Por ende pedí que no la arreglaran. No quería que entrara nadie. El internet malo muy malo. La cama y almohadas regulares. En la ducha no hay donde poner las cosas. Los muebles son en mal estado. Booking no debería recomendar este hotel

Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, siamo arrivati la sera tardi e ci hanno tenuto il posto per la macchina davanti all'hotel senza che lo avessimo nemmeno chiesto. Camera compatta, ma molto pulita e con arredi di discreta qualità! Ci tornerei!

L'unico difetto è stata la dimensione compatta della camera, che non si è rivelato un grande problema considerando che la maggior parte del tempo lo abbiamo passato fuori

Door de tl-verlichting was de kamer niet echt gezellig. Daar zou wat aan gedaan kunnen worden.

Location to the train station was great

We didn’t get the room we originally booked ,when we queried why the change the staff just played dumb , And reception was 500mtrs from the room ,so there was a lot of dragging cases around the streets

Room smelled like it was smoked in it. Duvet was not inside the sheets but a sheet and the duvet on top, absolutely gross

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good.

I arrived as declared at about 21h30, fairly tired from a full day's travel. As the room was in an annex, it was necessary to collect the keys (actually a pass code) from the main reception. I was provided with a map of the whole of Bologna and in the top corner the receptionist made some squiggles regarding the location of the room. There were three sites and I had to guess which was mine. I got it wrong. So had to return to the hotel who (having not told me the first time) indicated the correct site. Having found the site and with a room of "710" and not being in the best of moods I assumed it was on the seventh floor which it wasn't. It was the first floor (that information was in fairly innocuous typeface on the piece of paper containing my passcode). Two other guests (staying on the third floor) took pity on me and we tried to find the way around on the first floor. Eventually I navigated successfully to my room. The signage was rubbish. I cannot believe this is the first time a guest has experienced these problems and why the hotel doesn't provide a large scale local map with clear markings and better instructions escapes me. The wifi was unusable, something I haven't experienced for years. And for the price I would have expected something better than rubbish instant coffee.

Misleading listing and unsafe setup for solo travelers I booked a hotel room with 24-hour reception through http://Booking.com, but was actually sent to a separate building 300 meters away that operates like a shared accommodation. As a woman traveling alone, I avoid Airbnb-style stays for safety reasons, and this felt no different. You’re placed on a floor with other strangers. If someone had bad intentions, there’s no staff on-site to help. You’d have to push your way into your room, and if you screamed, only other guests would hear you. There’s no one for emergencies, tourist info, or technical issues like the light not working in room 708. The room was extremely hot and the AC couldn’t be turned on. Finding the room itself was frustrating: you need to enter a code across 3 different screens with poor signage. http://Booking.com showed photos with shampoo that wasn’t provided. At check-in, the receptionist at the main hotel 300 meters away announced my room number out loud in front of several unknown men. I can read the paper - why say it out loud? The shower was very narrow, and the faucet was at elbow height, making it easy to accidentally shut off the water or change the temperature. Information about the city tax wasn’t clear on Booking. Other places in Italy list it much more clearly upfront. I chose this place for its location near the train station, but instead I had to go to one location for check-in, then walk another 300 meters with my suitcase to the actual room. Not what was advertised, and not safe or practical for solo female travelers.

The room was adequate no tea making facilities( no cups,no milk, no teabags) safe was non functional, bathroom door lock not working, view was industrial, no air-conditioning, there was no sign indicating where the apartments was situated we went up and down the lift trying each floor individually. we eventually found them by asking a service engineer if he knew of their whereabouts and showing us to them!!
