The house is located near the center of Ella, but at the same time in a very quiet area, where the silence is disturbed only by the singing of birds and the chirping of insects. As soon as you cross the threshold of the house, you will have a magical view of the mountains. The hostess is one of the kindest and most caring people I have ever met. she will be happy to help you with any question and will not leave you hungry. These two days spent here will always remain in my heart.
You may miss the wifi, but this is exactly what you can handle in this magical place) stay open minded!
The mountains are gorgeous. It felt like sleeping in a little forest lodge, The room and the bathroom are both huge. There were so many deers, plucked tea( the highlight of my stay really). The food was traditional and delicious! It was homey and the host, Maya was very kind and accommodating. even called me a tuktuk to take me to the city.Totally worth it if you want to have a traditional experience surrounded by nature. It is a bit into the village/ forest which I loved. Far enough I got plenty of peace and quiet but close enough I could go to the city by tuktuk. For a homestay it was quite a good. The view at night is beautiful.
