The view from your bed is spectacular

The Hotel location & view were wonderful. Easy walk to town or beach. [GREAT coffee @ La Chula just below.] La Esquina staff go above & beyond to maintain the property & keep the rooms in beautiful condition. A thing that we grew to really appreciate were the sound-proof beachside sliding doors. Sayulita can be a very loud place...music can be blaring from the beach bars. But with the doors closed & AC on, we were in our own quiet retreat. (Black-out Blinds were also a plus) Management were kind, very accommodating and responsive as well. Highly recommend La Esquina to anyone interested in visiting Sayulita!

The room was perfect with panoramic views but also privacy and quiet. Very clean and comfortable. A perfect oasis in Sayulita. The pool is just lovely. Appreciated the kitchenette.

Beautiful beach front property and located in the heart of Sayulita. The infinity pool was breathtaking and the room amenities were perfect. The property was super quick to contact me back and they went above and beyond my expectations. Would stay here my next time in Sayulita.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and all the amenities you could need. Everything was so convenient, yet the space still felt peaceful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful and quiet during the day. Nice pool and ocean views. It is across the street from the beach and a block from town. There’s also a great restaurant called Baklava down the street on the beach. There was just one issue, a neighbor on the corner played loud music until 6:00 am.

The property has a beautiful ocean view. I didn’t like the fact that nobody is there to greet you. I had to carry my luggage to the second floor and there is no elevator. Other than that I enjoyed my stay at La Esquina.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at this property in one of the studio rooms on the first floor. We absolutely loved our stay because of this hotel. We appreciate the easy check in and check out process. Our room was perfect for us two and plenty of space. We had a wonderful view and loved that the pool was as nice at is pictured. Although we didn’t make use of the kitchenette area, our room was equipped with everything we would have needed to prepare a quick meal in our room. Absolutely enjoyed our stay at La Esquina.

The hotel was a real highlight it was very comfortable and clean. We loved the ocean view from our patio. I especially appreciated both the convenience and environmental conservation of providing a filtered water cooler in our room.

The only suggestion I have is; don't go during spring break. The club down the beach was blaring until 4am every night ☹️

The room was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was useful and fridge was very spacious. I loved the pool and deck area, and appreciated the bathroom. It was nice that there were a few other people on the property but not super busy. Beautiful view from the room, overall would highly recommend!

Loved the beachside location, the sparkling clean rooms the friendly but unobtrusive staff and just the whole relaxed, beach vibe.

The neighborhood got a little loud sometimes at night but I really can’t say I don’t like it. It might be a concern for someone looking for an ultra quiet getaway.

Está nuevo todo, muy espaciosa la habitación, la alberca muy limpia y tienes todo a pie, sin duda me volvería a hospedar !

nothing the property can do anything about...but we didn't like the music all night and I think the city water is hard water or something because I didn't like the feeling of my skin or the sheets washed in this water. I'm thinking about bringing a filter shower head if I stay here again

View is great, ocean/beach front to watch the action/surfers. Walking distance to all restaurants, etc. Quiet at night except for Friday and Saturday when the music went til 430 am. Not sure if that is every weekend or just because the fair grounds that was on that weekend.

It’s a great vacation rental, very safe and that’s important! Unfortunately, the bars nearby played drumming music from 5am .. a little of culture shock the first night but it’s Sayulita week so loads of celebrations 🎉 Overall, we loved it. Thank you , La Esquina, w es will see you again 🌹🎊🙌

The apartment is beautiful just as we expected. Plenty of cooking utensils.

I would ask for the apartment higher as we could not leave our curtains open because everyone could see us .

Beautiful room in a perfect location just steps from the beach and many wonderful restaurants. Communication with the staff was excellent.

The little kitchen had everything we needed. The water tank/filter was great for me because I am prone to get sick in Mexico. The pool and grounds were lovely. This was a very relaxing stay.

Everything was wonderful

Everything was perfect. The location was within walking distance to everything. It was right on the beach, I opened the doors at night and the ocean waves put me to sleep. The pool was clean. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping came daily. The management people were very helpful with the renting of a golf cart for my spouse. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

La ubicación es excelente, puedes ir caminando al centro o recorrer la bahía a pie. Tienes vista al mar con habitaciones muy bonitas, limpias y con muy buen mantenimiento. The location was excellent. Walking distance into town and all the restaurants and shops. The pool was heated and had a great view. Rooms are well insulated!

I wish there had been a couple of comfortable chairs inside or a loveseat.

TV was very small, and the main bed was excellent, but the bunk beds were not as comfy.

Everything really. Second time staying here and will be hard to stay elsewhere in Sayulita. Great location and amenities. Close to everything, but not noisy. Rooms are perfect and updated. Staff is great.

We absolutely loved it here! It’s even better than the pictures. We had a beautiful ocean view, it was spotless, check in was perfectly communicated and very easy. We rented a golf cart to get around and they had a little spot for us to park. But everything is very walkable too so you don’t really need one.

The location was excellent. The view to the water was great. Our room was clean and well appointed. I especially liked that they had a bottled water cooler inside. Walking into and around the town was convenient.

The boomboom of loud music from the bar/resturant nearby starting around noon and going till 2am was annoying and greatly hampered the enjoyment of listening to the surf.

Above and well beyond my expectations! I had never been to Sayulita so didn't know much about it. Where to stay or where anything would be. Your hotel was exactly where I would have pick had I know those things. I will absolutely return and hope to get the same room!

The hotel has only nine rooms, making it very quiet. The views from the rooms are incredible, all facing the ocean. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are very friendly.

The location and views were nice.

The staff never came to clean our room. When we returned back to the hotel our second day there our door was wide open, as the staff had entered the room, but nothing had been cleaned and the bed was unmade. We didn't know why they had entered our room if they didn't even bother to clean it, give us fresh towels, or make our bed. It made us feel unsettled, as our room should not have been left open with our valuables inside. We also wish there was coffee included with the coffee maker.

Nothing. The only thing I'd suggest is having some kind of place for guests to store their luggage at the property after checkout.

Great location and very clean/well-maintained. Appreciated the daily housekeeping, little kitchen had everything needed to make breakfast and a light lunch. Loved the convenience of a filtered water cooler in the room. Would 1001% recommend and would stay here again. We were in LE7 and it had a great view!

Great Location. Walked less than 200ft to surf every morning. Located near the center of town but calm, a couple safe blocks away from the night life. Beautiful room with great kitchen amenities (the clean water cooler and ice tray were a nice touch). The staff were quick to respond and very courteous. We felt bad about the sand they diligently cleaned off the floor every day, wished there was a broom in the room.

We stayed for a week and for several nights there was a lot of yelling and screaming; maybe at sports? Not sure if this was from the room above us or the balconies of the hotel next door (located about 20 ft. behind our room). Kind of ruined the peaceful sound of the waves, not to mention our sleep.

It was walking distance to everything.

Every morning at 7am a leaf blower.

On the beach and close to town. Small hotel, very clean rooms and grounds. A bit too much noise from the nearby disco at night, but otherwise a fairly quiet neighborhood considering how close it is to town. Would definitely come back.

This place was amazing. My only gripe was booking they added another fee which was significant after I paid in full months ago!

The bed, chairs and couch are not regular height and it was tough for a 5’5 person to sit anywhere (but the patio) comfortably.

Everything was just wonderful.

I have stayed in several places in Sayulita and this was by far the best. The location, the cleanliness, the security, the comfort of the bed, the water dispenser in the room...all made for an amazing stay.

The property's exterior premises and pool area are well maintained, and the location and views next to the beach are superb. The studio room is spacious.

There was no furniture in the room! A comfortable bed was provided. The only other furniture (except for shelving cupboards and closet) was a small kitchen-like table and three metal kitchen chairs. The table top was scratched and damaged and we requested a table cloth to cover it. The metal kitchen chairs were old and rusting. We advised management that there was no comfortable seats to read or chat in the evenings. The response was that our comments would be considered.
