I tried to cancel around a week before my stay . Even though my booking was a non refundable one , They refused which is fair enough..however their excuse was RIDICULOUS !! they said they can not reimburse because it was a short notice .. one week before is not a short notice ! Anyway it is their right to refuse but I was hoping for some kind of humanity from their side. The only thing good in the hotel is the location .. i mean it is not a great location but it just opposite to a metro station and kind of reasonable value for money . The room is small and very hot no ac only a small fan that was noisy . Cleaning was not done doily .

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Die Lage ist sehr gut, U Bahn und Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. Frühstück war bei mir nicht verfügbar aber im Bahnhof gibt es einen kleinen Bäcker für belegte Brötchen und Kaffee.
Etwas hellhörig was nicht unbedingt am Hotel liegt sondern an den Gästen die sich Nachts auf dem Flur lautstark unterhalten müssen.

Bettzugang beidseitig eingeschränkt, 1 Seite Mansarde, 1Seite Mauervorsprung!! Aufzugfahrt ist ein Erlebnis, schwer zu beschreiben :-(. Wandanstrich ziemlich verschmutzt. Ausstattung der Zimmer...naja. TV Empfang so gut wie gar nicht existent!! Zimmer ist zweckmäßig, mehr aber nicht.

However, it remains functional and suitable for a short stay. Its main advantage is the location — it is close to tram and metro connections, making it easy to reach the city center and other parts of Vienna.

Ayrıca metro girişinin konaklamanın hemen karşısında olması ulaşımı bizim için çok kolay ve konforlu hale getirdi. Konaklama alanı temiz, ferah ve düzenliydi. Her şey özenle hazırlanmıştı ve kendimizi rahat hissettik. Ancak bu konaklamayı bizim için asıl özel yapan şey tesis sahibinin ve personelin yaklaşımı oldu. Her zaman güler yüzlü, sıcakkanlı ve yardımseverdiler. Herhangi bir talebimiz olduğunda ellerinden gelen desteği sağladılar. Viyana ve çevresi için önceden detaylı bir tatil planımız yoktu. Buna rağmen bize çok değerli öneriler sundular ve güzel bir gezi programı oluşturmamızda yardımcı oldular. Ayrıca biz yokken bagajlarımız konusunda destek olmaları ve dönüşümüze kadar yardımcı olmaları bizim için büyük bir kolaylık sağladı. Kısacası sadece tesisten değil, tesisin arkasındaki insanlardan da çok memnun kaldık. İlgi, misafirperverlik ve samimi yaklaşımları sayesinde Viyana seyahatimiz çok daha keyifli ve unutulmaz hale geldi. Her şey için Sinan Bey’e çok teşekkür ederiz.
Olumsuz olarak belirtebileceğimiz herhangi bir durum yaşamadık. Her şey beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi.

The previous reviews complaining about noise are true and valid. You literally feel like that the underground arrives next to you, in evert five and ten minute there is an awful noise during the night not to mention the traffic and the cars. I stayed out late and was exhausted when i got back to the hotel, still everytime i almost fell asleep i was awaken by the awful noise. Otherwise this could be a nice place at reasonable price but you really feel like as if you were trying to sleep in metro station. And don’t you even think of opening the windows, because noise is unbearable even with wondows closed

冷蔵庫、金庫はありませんでした。シャワー室はとても狭かったです。 エレベーターは1基しかなく、かなり待たされました。 設備は他の同じ価格帯のホテルの方が何かと良かったです。

Reviewed May 24, 2026ロケーションが良く、ウィーン旧市街地の中心部までは43番の路面電車で15分弱で行けます。 施設もUバーンの駅から至近にもかかわらず、夜は大変静かで快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの方もとても親切で助かりました。
冷蔵庫があれば更に良かったなと思いますが、お得に泊まれるので十分です。

Reviewed May 18, 2026Zona tranquilla e ben collegata, con la metro Alser di fronte e la fermata del bus a 100metri (perfetto per non perdere tempo coi mezzi e quando c'è maltempo). La struttura è in un palazzo indipendente e con accesso anche elettronico. Ho avuto la stanza singola ma con due letti,semplice e con buona pulizia generale. Wifi buono e rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo (considerando anche che era la settimana di Eurovision).
L'insonorizzazione non è il massimo,purtroppo sentivo le telefonate della camera di fronte. La pulizia della stanza non è stata fatta dopo la prima notte ed essendoci la moquette sarebbe servita. Il bagno è un po' piccolo e d'estate credo ci faccia parecchio caldo. La reception non è sempre disponibile,ma per fortuna non ho avuto problemi, nel complesso però sono stato bene.

Reviewed May 13, 2026I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, directly opposite the Metro. Tram, supermarket, and many restaurants nearby. The staff were very cooperative and welcoming, especially Mr. Sinan, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
