L’emplacement de l’hostel est top. Le personnel est très accueillant. Je vous conseille Elsa si vous voulez une organisation pour une sortie ( Ha giang Loop). Les chambres sont confortables.

Tout était parfait, sauf la propreté de la salle de bain (lavabo). Mais ce n’était pas catastrophique. Le rapport qualité/prix est parfait.

Had a private room. Room was great, clean and comfy. Food is also really good here. Stuff was friendly and helpfull. Can really recommend.

The room I stayed in was very clean and tidy, and my roommate was very polite. The food there was great also. It's highly recommended and definitely worth sharing with everyone. P/s: especially, it's very close to the area where you can easily catch buses and cars even on weekends.

La atención sobre todo de Tung, muy amable y servicial, un amor <3! Las personas que realizan el aseo super líndos y respetuosos y los meseros también muy amables. Así mismo tener café y agua gratuita todos los días en la habitación, la cama deliciosa, super cómoda. La Ubicación perfecta para visitar muchos de los sitios interesantes de Hanoi

Depronto es un poco incómodo que no sepan el idioma inglés bien, la comunicación se torna un poco dificil en ocasiones, se que hay traductores pero no es lo ideal . También la habitación un poco encerrada, pero tenia las amenidades necesarias para dormir bien

Clean and spacious. Our family had an incredibly comfortable and pleasant stay. If we have the chance to visit Hanoi again, we will definitely come back here! ❤

I stayed here for 2 nights in the dorm room. I am impressed by this place, located inside the Old Quarter, the bed are very comfy, the room, toilet, shower are very tidy and clean, strong wifi. The staff/owner are very welcome and friendly, especially Mr. Tung. They provide umbrella for guests to go out when it's raining which I think not many hostel do it. Breakfast with Phở Gà was great. They have the restaurant on the ground floor with a nice decorations and reasonable price. I will have to come back here if I visit Hanoi again. I highly recommend this hostel for your visit in Hanoi. 10/10 You will not regret it.

The only thing that I think it can make better experience for guests is providing some flip-flops for indoor wearing, then we can keep our foot and the floor clean after using the shower/toilet.

Elsa, la recepcionista, y el resto de trabajadores fueron realmente atentos y amables. Desde que conocí este hotel repito siempre que visito Hanoi, y así seguirá siendo. Te hacen sentir en casa. Totalmente recomendable si quieres un lugar tranquilo, agradable, y pasar unos días estupendos en esta ciudad. Un 10.

Das gebuchte 4-Bettzimmer gab es nicht mehr sodass ich in einem 16-Bettzimmer untergebracht wurde. Das die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie nicht mehr vorhanden war wurde mir vor der Anreise nicht mitgeteilt. Und das obwohl ausreichend Zeit gewesen wäre. Nach meiner langen Anreise in Vietnam habe ich mir was anderes erhofft. Ich habe noch in der ersten Nacht eine andere Unterkunft gebucht, da der Aufenthalt so für mich so nicht akzeptabel war und ich mich auch nicht wohlfühlte.

Lisa ( the receptionist) was positive and helpful, she managed the day trip to ha long and also called a taxi for airport. The room was very clean.

What's a beautiful Hostel in Hanoi Old Quarter. The room was tidy, clean, and smelled very pleasant. Staff is so cute, friendly and helpful, they had tell me a lot of traditional restaurant and food in Hanoi. Highly recommended

What's a best experience so far in Vietnam. Lovely site with tidy room, flexible location to explore Hanoi Old Quarter, getting chill in night, have to try there if you are solo trip and on a tight budget, this one it's a great choice.

I'm taking a short trip to Hanoi and planning to visit the Ha Giang Loop. I've found a lovely place to stay for a day there. The hostel is totally worth it - nothing to complain about, clean rooms, and a very cozy place!

Hidden gem Hostel, Lowkey hostel located at Ma May street - a crowded street a blend of old and new. The room is tidy, clean and modern. Service was perfect, their staff was helpful, friendly. Food was delicious also. Highly recommended

The auto light keep turn off when you not doing movement, not good during having a shower because the bathroom will go dark.

The hostel provides the big space on the second floor for working where I can sit down comfortably to work online.

It was in the middle of the heart of old quarter , can be quite noisy on weekends, but very accessible to everything by foot. It also had a great restaurant included, food was great and very authentic and tasty.

Hałas- na przeciwko bar z głośną muzyką i przez drzwi wszystko słychać. Gorzej jeszcze z dźwiękami z klatki schodowej i windy, jeżdżącej w górę i w dół do późna i od ok. 6 rano :(

Bardzo bardzo miła obsługa, pomogła w znalezieniu dobrej restauracji, taksówki oraz przystanku autobusowego. Pokój sam w sobie bardzo duży, ogromne łóżko i nowoczesna, ładna łazienka. Cały pobyt był świetny + bardzo dobre śniadania. Oraz wiadomo lokalizacja idealna jako baza wypadowa.

Towels are not included and need to be separately rented. A bit stupid in my opinion. The room itself was clean, but I saw rats running around in the hallway, which was not a nice sight when having to sleep somewhere.

Ostello ben posizionato con terrazza panoramica, abbiamo visto i festeggiamenti del 2 settembre da lassù. Fantastiche le ragazze alla reception Lisa e Hoai che ci hanno accolti con grande ospitalità. Ottima la colazione.

Nel bar c'era costantemente un beat di musica tecno, dalle 8 del mattino alle 22 della sera. Non si sente nelle camere ma non è comunque un'armonia piacevole da appena svegli.

As a repeat guest from Singapore, I feel compelled to share my perspective—it is deeply unfair to the hardworking team here, and I wouldn't want potential travelers to miss out on a fantastic experience based on a misleading complaint. ​I am not here to judge, but I am certainly entitled to share my own long-term, positive experiences. Having worked in the hospitality industry and traveled extensively, staying in countless hotels and hostels, I like to think I know what good service looks like. The staff here consistently go above and beyond. ​What puzzles me is simple: if this establishment were truly as terrible as that guest claimed, why did he repeatedly choose to book and stay here? To me, this clearly looks like a spiteful revenge review. ​Please don't let one unfair review deter you from staying here. This is a wonderful place, and you deserve to experience it for yourself.

For this particular configuration, the bathroom desperately needs a ventilation fan to extract air out of the bathroom.

Almost nothing, but being in the tourism industry myself, I can't let this go. ...The man who checked me out was disrespectful and spoke on behalf of the entire hostel staff. Breakfast is from 7:00 to 10:00 AM, and I arrived at 10:01 AM. He told me I was too late for breakfast. I told him I was held up by the elevator (which was incredibly slow from 6 floor). He replied, "Rules are rules." 🙈 I said, "Okay...just make me a coffee if you don't do my eggs😃." Then he told me I was costing other employees money because I had asked the bartender for seven mint leaves the day before, and that I should have bought them at the market. He had other complaints...and then he complained that he had to pay for the seven mint leaves. In reality, I stayed for 9 days, and I think this small delay could have been overlooked. The wait was long, and because I asked for a coffee... he took the liberty of speaking to me very rudely... and with a sadistic smile, he told me I had to leave the hotel because it was full... and I doubt it 🙈 I won't name names, but... he'll recognize himself (he wears glasses and speaks broken English...). So, Mr. Arrogant, your job is to take care of the guests, not complain about your working conditions... 😡 The girls at reception were great for me...😊thx and thank you to Mr. Hoai and his wife who did everything to make my stay pleasant. In the hospitality industry, the smile you give a customer should be genuine and not forced... In conclusion, I recommend this place 😊 but avoid the wait...

The breakfast was made really quickly and it tasted amazing, the bathrooms and showers were all really clean, the bed is very comfortable and the lockers were really safe and easy to use, the staff were really hospitable and welcoming especially tung who suggested places I should go see which was really helpful, overall it was a wonderful stay will definitely come back the next time I’m in Hanoi

La atención del personal, muy atentos y resolutivos. Recomiendo contratar las excursiones con ellos, te colocan en los mejores barcos y bus de lujo literal. Yo hice Ha Long Bay un día y otro Tran An / Mua Cave. Muy bien de precio también. En cuanto a la acomodación es simple, una cama y baño compartido, está bien para el precio ya que está en el centro.

Pocos accesorios de aseo. Sugiero que podrían dar un Kit de higiene para cada huésped, incluyendo jabón,bastoncillos y más de una toalla.

The hostel is spacious with elevator and big eating area in 2. Floor. you can bring your food or eat in the restaurant in 1. Floor which is so tasty i recomend beef pancaces. There are also lockers by the bed. 10/10

The staff Cooking class with Hoai and Lisa, they are very nice, talkative. New staff Tung very nice and kind. Bed was very comfy, no too soft, not too hard, mattress just perfect. Storage room if you need to check out and stay during the day.

Bathrooms could be more frequently cleaned, or leave some mop to dry the floor with clean water for every guest cleans after shower use. Ac makes a bit noise during all night, hopefully changes with the time, better sleep with earplugs if you have a light sleep.

Todo. Desde el trato del personal,la ubicación , el dormitorio....todo estuvo bien . Muy buen ambiente ,dormitorio femenino ,tranquilo ,limpio y cama muy cómoda con pequeño ventilador luz y looker dentro Tres baños y dos duchas en la habitación. Agua caliente y artículos de aseo. Desayuno sencillo pero muy correcto ,muchas opciones a elegir . El personal super amable ,te ayudan en todo lo que necesites . Puedes reservar tours ,taxi,cambiar dinero con ellos,lavanderia.. Ubicación ideal ,en pleno old quarter y muy cerca de los puntos de interés . Muchas opciones para comer y beber cerca . Bien insonorizado y ambiente muy tranquilo.
