Lu Peaceful Homestay

Amazing! I received a very warm welcome and, for the first time since arriving in Vietnam, I truly felt at home. The owner is incredibly helpful and welcomed me with a big smile. Every time I come back to Vietnam and Da Nang, I will definitely stay here. You are awesome!!

I had the most homely experience at Lu's. All the staff and Lu herself are super sweet and loving. If I decide to visit Danang, I will stay at Lu's again. Access to kitchen was a plus point.

Luさんがとても親切でした。 会話の中で「Đỉnh Bàn Cờという観光地に行こうとしている」と話しました。しかし実際には悩んでいました。理由は、その場所へは一般的なgrab bikeでは行けず、grab carだと高額になるからです。 ところが ルーさんはその場ですぐにĐỉnh Bàn Cờまで行けるセミオートのGrab bikeを呼んでくださりました。おそらく知り合いのドライバーだったのでしょう。プライベートツアーのようなものになりました。 10日間のベトナム滞在のうち 5日間はここに泊まりましたが、値段も安く大満足しています。

I stayed for just one night, but I really enjoyed it. Comfortable beds, and the place was clean and smelled fresh. There is a very well-equipped shared kitchen. I think it’s an excellent place for long stays and digital nomads. The host is very friendly.

我在这里住了大约两个星期，在这段时间里认识了很多有趣又友善的朋友，Lu推荐的附近餐厅也都非常好吃。 Lu是一个非常善良、温暖的人。刚来到这里的时候，我其实充满了焦虑和迷茫，但她一直很耐心地听我倾诉、开导我，也给了我很多帮助。离开的时候，我的内心已经平静了许多。 我觉得自己非常幸运能够住进这里。这段住宿经历带给我的收获远远超出了我的预期，不仅是一次旅行，更像是在人生一个有些迷茫的阶段，遇到了很好的人，也留下了一段很珍贵的回忆。非常感谢Lu，也很感谢这里。

房间非常干净整洁，每日打扫，附近生活设施方便，旅舍可提供的服务非常多包括洗衣、租车等等。房东姐姐非常热心，帮助我解决了旅行出出现的问题！！推荐！

We kwamen aan en de gastvrouw geeft aan dat onze boeking niet klopt en dat we geen kamer hebben omdat het vol zat. Mevrouw wilde ook absoluut niet mee denken voor een oplossing en was niet aardig. We hebben vervolgens wat moeten boeken voor 160 euro voor twee nachten omdat alles vol zat terwijl we daar geen budget voor hadden

Once, and NEVER AGAIN. I stayed here for one night, and early tomorrow morning I have to urgently book another hotel and move out. They say a person's appearance reflects their character. The owner of this homestay looks extremely mean and calculating. Honestly, she looks really scary! 🙂 When I arrived to check in, she was sitting on the sofa and couldn't even be bothered to stand up. Not a single smile, not a single greeting. She just sat there scrolling on her phone and told me to hand over my ID card. When I got to my room, my bed didn't have a pillow or a blanket. She told me to take the pillow from the bed upstairs. As for the missing blanket, I messaged them on Zalo to let them know, and it wasn't until midnight that a staff member finally brought one in. The shared bathroom was dirty, and the faucet was broken (only hot water came out, and it was so hot that I genuinely felt like I could get burned). The security was extremely lax, and no one seemed to care or keep an eye on things. Anyone could come in and kill you (the gate opens from the inside, people come and go freely, and if someone opens it and doesn't close it afterward, literally anyone can walk in 🤭). Anyone could also come in and take your suitcase and belongings (and no one would know or be able to control it. If your things go missing, you're completely on your own 🤭).

This was truly an unforgettable experience in my life. I have never stayed at a homestay or hotel where I encountered a host this terrible. There was absolutely no sense of responsibility or even basic courtesy. You couldn't see even the slightest bit of help from this homestay. I hope anyone considering staying here sees my review and thinks twice. It is nothing like what you see on Booking.

No me pude alojar porqué la dueña nos escribió el mismo dia que teníamos previsto ir para que nos buscaramos otro lugar. Luego descubrimos que había un espectáculo de fuegos y que todos los alojamientos subían el triple o más los precios así que, evidentemente, ella también quiso sacar beneficio de las fechas y no le interesaba nuestra reserva al precio normal. Vimos publicada la habitación para ese mismo dia a 109 dolares en lugar de los 20 que habíamos reservado nosotros. Así que no opino del lugar, solo del personal.

A beautiful home run by a very friendly host. She helped us find good restaurants to eat and had excellent recommendations for our trip. She also shared fruits and drinks with us in her shared kitchen. A very wholesome experience.

The location is within 15 minutes from the train station and airport, but somewhat far away from the city centre. You would need to take a taxi or rent a bike (which the host offers) to get around.

Stayed for one night only, big room and clean. The airport is nearby which made it perceived for us. Lu is very friendly!

the owner miss lu is very kind abd the house is tidy abd cleab and good for ppl who love calm and peace since no drinking or smoking is allowed inside

The hostel has a pleasant atmosphere for socializing and discussing various issues. The hostess is very helpful and attentive. The mattresses are good, and the showers have hot water. There is a kitchen with all the necessary equipment, and you can cook if you wish. The hostel is quite safe, and you can feel secure about your belongings.

I was sleeping on the bottom bed and the water from the aircon was dripping onto the top bed. During the night the top mattress got wet and the water started dripping onto me. Lou told me I could sleep on any bed that was available but the room was still very damp. The location is not ideal as there are no cheap cafes nearby and I have to walk to get food. The bathroom is a bit dated and leaks. A new building is being constructed next to the room and it can be quite noisy. In general, this is a good option for 1-2 nights, as the airport is very close.

Obiekt zlokalizowany dosyć daleko od głównych atrakcji. Bez skutera ani rusz.

Host is very helpful and Amezing

She is very strict for only check out.. When I am check in then after sometime she said you wait for 1/2 hours for Mentnence , This Time I am very tired and won't for sleep.....

L’un des meilleurs Homestay que j’ai pu faire dans ma vie. Chambre confortable, plusieurs choses mises à disposition dans le logement. La propriétaire Lu aussi est adorable et fait tout son possible pour vous faire passer un merveilleux séjour en s’impliquant énormément. Je recommande à 100%

At least 20 min far from city center. The rooms is very nice. But we found leftover rice and some drinks in fridge so that means they didn’t clean properly or forgot. Also we found sunglasses in the room. The owner shares information when you check in so this is nice. If you want to be close to airport and bus station is okay but far from city center

Vi ankom til Lu Peaceful homestay efter at have læst de gode anmeldelser. Vi følte os ikke godt taget imod, men fik vores private værelse. Da vi kommer ind lugter der af mug og skimmel. Denne lugt er også på badeværelset og der er ekstremt indelukket og ingen ventilation. Kort tid efter indkvartering opdager vi en kakerlak på badeværelset!! Det var ikke muligt at få en ekstra dyne, den skulle vi betale ekstra for. Først da vi opdagede at det dryppede med orange væske fra loftet direkte ned i sengen, og vi måtte benytte den ekstra køjeseng for ikke at få væske i hovedet da vi skulle sove.

Je suis extrêmement déçue par mon expérience. Nous avions réservé une chambre via Booking, et en arrivant sur place à 18h, on nous annonce qu’il n’y a finalement plus de chambre disponible. La propriétaire affirme avoir envoyé des messages pour prévenir, mais je n’ai rien reçu au moment concerné. Au lieu d’annuler correctement la réservation via la plateforme, aucune démarche n’a été faite de son côté. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvées sans logement le soir, dans un pays étranger, sans aucune aide ni proposition de solution. Le plus choquant est que nous n’étions pas les seules dans cette situation : plusieurs autres personnes ont vécu exactement la même chose le même jour. C’est un comportement totalement irresponsable et un service très peu professionnel. Aucune empathie, aucune assistance, aucune prise en charge. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.
